1. how are they done precisely? in an erect state, semi-erect or flaccid?
2. do you use only one hand? Or how did you otherwise manage to get 3 reps in within just one second?
3. if "super fast mini jelqs" bring that much temporary girth, why didn't he advise you to put them into your girth routine? and if they work, why shouldn't normal jelqs do?
4. did you two guys talk about SSJ and Clamping?

edit: forgot one: if he says that you have to put your hands not more than 2 inches away from your base (with regards to the stretches), does he mean 2 inches in a stretched state or 2 " away from it at the beginning of the movement, just before you pull on your dick?

I don't know if neutron abbreviated some info given by the urologist, but I think, if the doc doesn't tend to unprofessionally exaggerate he has told him that every urologist has sufficient technical knowledge about the anatomic structure and functionality of the penis to potentially get an accurate picture of Penis Enlargement, that is if he would knew about such techniques. That being said it's self-explanatory that most urologists (like most other people) don't have a clue about it.
 
I think some of this MAYBE true but I think everyone can gain. I do my stretches like he said 1.5 to 2 inchs above the base as I find I get better stretches and grip, and also that it can help me because I got a good amount of inner penis. But no matter what I know wrapping and wearing a cock ring and keeping expanded and stretched out will always help. I have gained more then 1 inch in length with this method.I have always stretched 1.5 to 2 inches above the base.True.
