Firstly,I had my masturbation session yesterday(lol) and then I did my stretching.I did my stretches with al lot of intensity and my stretches were incredible.That was the best stretching session I ever had
 
I would think the masturbation alone would help in circulating the blood and help repair the tissue, but not ejaculating. Ejaculating too frequently(less than a week apart) hurts more than it helps from mine and a lot others experience. Not necessarily edging but more like "just playing around"

Quick question for DLD and anyone else who has any suggestions.

If I were edging alone for the sole purpose of lasting longer in bed, would it be more beneficial not to ejaculate? And if so, would it be more beneficial to get in a few 30 minute sessions a day also without ejaculation? Or maybe even ejaculate on the last session and get into your stretching.
 
I can't wait to throw this idea into the mix. I'm so close to my longterm goals in both length and girth, this might be a really good way to hit them both at the same time. Guys am i the only one doing this routine, been doing it properly now 2 days on 1 day off for about 3 weeks and claimed .30' in bpel. Girth nothing much but erection quality is twice as better and ejaculations shoot like a rocket. I am at 7bpel want to focus on length more than girth till about 9.5' bpel then will totally focus on girth. Thank you DLD!
