I would try this but because of my EQ training I have such good EQ that I only drop down to 90% erect after I ejaculate... even if I don't touch my dick it takes like 5 minutes for me to hit 60%... even if I reverse kegel. And at any of those points I could literally just kegel back up to 100% erect in a minute. Damn my amazing EQ.

Actually I tried this last night and after an hour of clamping and SSJ's I was exhausted enough to were I could not get back up without really trying. So I did a hanging set and it worked really well. I don't know how loose I got but my BPFL felt like it was 7.5 or more. I usually get up to 7 or 7.2 after a hanging session, but this time the hanger went past my cheeks when I did BTC hanging.

The feeling to be expected is a more stretchable, more malleable or more elastic. Most men feel this but it may not be across the board, this theory is in it's infancy but from where I stand, it is a spectacular way to gain length

That's what's up, fatigue would be the double threat coupled with the post-orgasm state. Please keep me updated on ypur progress in this department, I need as many lab rats as I can get:)

How often could I do this? I know Red talks about taking every two days off for intense girth work. So would this just be a twice or thrice a week workout?
 
Three times a week sounds like plenty and it will give you time to heal.

first I used my SG for 30 min stretched length at the end 9 inches.
after this i have done the 60 min "workout"
I tried manual stretches after the session but it was like stretching cables :) at least for the first 10 min.
After 10 min it got much better and I put the SG on.
After 30 min I measured again and ...

and today using my SG for 30 min without srt+ I measured again and now I'm stretched at the peak value of 9.1875"

i try that too yesterday. do my pump work for 40 minutes and then edging for 20 minutes.after ejaculation my penis was much more flexible and mpre strenching.but i have 2 questions.1.my penis wasnt 100% hard.is that ok??? 2.will that stop my thickness growth??
 
I am hanging everyday, 2hours and 20mins. I found that i am fatigued after masturbation. So i am going to experiment and masturbate every morning till the end of the month and i will see if i get any new BPFSL gains. The only downside is that my dick i s fatter after masturbation and i have more blood in the head than normal, so it will be a little bit harder to hang. But we will see if its worth it. I will report in the thread after 15 days.
 
Sounds great DLD. I'll put this to work now too. I've also found edging after girth work greatly reduces the fluid build up I get.

When stretching you do not want to be erect, it is best to stretch when soft or flaccid.

You are going to love it, after a long session of edging it feels great to let one out and get to stretching. It is like stretching no other way.
 
Edging has always been the cornerstone of my Penis Enlargement even before I knew what it was, getting in a super long session of edging and seeing an increase for hours and hours afterwards is very rewarding, getting the stains off the ceiling is a bitch though.

So with this routine, should girth be done following SRT before proceeding with length? Or should it be length, girth, length after routine then into SG or Jim's. Then say in the pm do girth again and strap a cock ring with light Uncle Jim's for the night?

I'm just trying to figure out if if I should do girth before length or length before girth as in the SRT, but then follow up with a good stretch during the refractory period before going into Uncle Jim's.

I could also do the SRT+ girth then length routine at night since I get off at midnight. Strap into Uncle Jim's until morning, then get up and do length followed by girth using the SRT routine then into cock ring and Uncle Jim's or SG for the day with the usual stretches every hour. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!
