My X-40 broke and i bought it less than a year ago, i emailed Bathmate a week ago and got no response, i just emailed peter hopefully i get this resolved i havethe herc and X-40 i really like their products.

It took two months for me to get my X-40 but I persisted and got pissed off and Julian sent me one immediately. I got through to him by going to the UPL site again and creating a new complaint ticket, rather than just replying to the email he sent me.

Yea I've used those. But of course everyone just seems to hand my message off to someone else and I never actually get help. When can I expect to actually get the Bathmate delivered to me? I shouldn't have to wait 2 months and email 5 addresses to even get my "case" looked at. I get stuff goes wrong, and there may be a little delay but this is horrible service.

-Over two months have gone by, they say 7-10 business days
-I've emailed and messaged multiple addresses/ people and no one has confirmed or helped anything
-Either getting unanswered emails, or emails stating they will forward the message to someone else.

Come on now.

I can't understand why you are having such a huge issue? Are you in the US? If not, perhaps it was caught at customs? Do me a favor and send me your order information, the link you bought it through and any other information and I will handle it.

is it dangerous use Bathmate for more than 20min? somebody wrote that he use it for 45min, but i dont know if its safe.. or if it can help with better result. thx

It is most smart to take your time and work slowly into what your maximum may be. Start with a trial session of 5 minutes and work up from there. I think the best use of the Bathmate is when it is combined with manual girth work, particularly in super-sets as seen in THIS ROUTINE.
