Bathmate dedicated questions for Agust

Hey August from Bathmate, whats up, today is the first I've started to test and use my Bathmate since I got it and I think I have a problem and I think you can help me. When I started to use it in the shower I warmed up first , getting myself and ready but then when I filled up the Bathmate with water and was getting ready to put my penis in it I noticed the water was leaking out. Is it suppose to do that? And when I press the black tip and the end of it stopped leaking but as soon as I take my hand off of it starts to let out the water again. If I don't keep hand on the tip of it never stops leaking. That's not suppose to be like that right?

That is suppose to happen. Hold the black button and fill the Bathmate with water. While holding the black button insert your penis and tip the Bathmate up. Once it's facing upwards and it's firm enough against your body let go of the black button and begin pumping. It may be easier for you to start out using the Bathmate in the bath rather than the shower until you get familiar with it

Can anyone tell me if/when there will be a mid-sized model of Bathmate coming out?

Mid sized model?? I keep getting the run around trying to get new comfort pads for my X-40. GOOD LUCK.

I don't think there will be one. But who knows?

I ordered a X-40 unit and received a nose clip to prevent snoring instead. I've emailed customer service several times already with no replies. I ordered from Bathmate.co.uk. How can I get this problem resolved when customer service doesn't respond? Any help would be great, $147 nose clip just doesn't fly with me.

I know I have messaged both you guys (DLD & Agust) but the more I post the more feedback I will get and the better I will feel, so sorry for all the messages and posts but Im a tad bit impatient now!

So as I've told you two already, I ordered the Bathmate on March 17th, almost two months ago, and I haven't received the product. I first emailed Bathmate.ca thinking that, thats where I got it from being as I'm Canadian, and they sent back an email within about a week saying I did not order the product from them. Which confused me, but then I remembered I used the Bathmate link in DLD's signature. So I went to that site and emailed them, and its been two weeks with no answer.

I don't want a refund of the money, I am really looking forward to the Bathmate. I just discovered this thread yesterday and read there is a delay in shipping. So if so, how much longer do you think it will take?

No, I'm not trying to scam you guys and get a free Bathmate, I did order it and my card was charged. Also DLD mentioned something about them maybe not shipping to Canada (wasn't too sure at the time of response) But if thats so can you contact someone who does? Because it allowed me to select Canada in the countries scroll bar when ordering.

Sorry for the mess and bombardment of messages and posts, but I would really like this product sometime soon! Thanks for your time everyone!

I haven't either, they have bad customer service, Bathmate won't even email me back. It seems as though I'm being avoided. Sorry, but it's been a little over two months now and I haven't heard anything promising other than DLD saying you'll forward it to agust, in which I haven't heard anything from. I get you ate busy with other stuff and other orders, but even a reply to my message would be nice. Hell I would buy another Bathmate and let that first $130 go, because insecure about my girth, but frankly I can't trust Bathmate.

Again so sorry, I don't like complaining but come on :/
