Well, I have been a long time watcher, sporadic poster, here at [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MoS[/words]. I havent been into Penis Enlargement in a long time, but am getting back into it now.

I started up again 7/6/04, yesterday, and plan to continue til I have met my goal.

Started: 7.25 x 5.5
Current: 7.75 x 5.75
Goal: 8.25 x 6.5

My goal alrready thinks Im big and always comments how big it is, but I want a bit bigger. Just need 3/4" each way.

My routine is girth focused, I dont care ifI gain any length. I can already hit that "deep spot" on my girl I just wanna fill her up more. It is a routine I got from somewhere on here too so it isnt my own.

(10x 5sec dry jelqs - helicopter for 10 seconds) Repeat 2 more times
60 Seconds compression squeeze

Repeat that whole thing right there twice more.

Mid/high grip on penis squeeze-jelq the head so I can keep head big. Do SLOW SLOW squeeze-jelq 10 seconds. Helicopter for 5 seconds. Repeat 2 more times.

That is my girth workout. Length is just random stretching throughout the day. Also, I do wear an ROP so that will help.

My plan is also unique from what most people do, its the plan I always used and works AWESOME. 1 day on 1 day off for 3 weeks straight then 1 full week off. Then I repeat it over gain. It gives perfect 1 month blocks to measure on and the complete week lets it heal fully, solidify, and you follow up with a measure.

Well I was 7" but grew naturally to 7.25 then did Penis Enlargement to 7.5 then grew naturally with MINIMAL if any Penis Enlargement (very sporadic dont think any of it helped) to 7.75.

Im 17. I started Penis Enlargement when I was 16 only did it for 1 month. Then I did sporadically but ya no real growth.

I have hairy legs and arse, but my face isnt very hairy at all, but its starten to thicken yay for me! I have always been a late bloomer. As my pappy says lol the tree that blooms late, blooms biggest, like the redwood.

Anyhow ya my voice isnt as deep as I personally think it should be either so luckily Im still in puberty I think. Im out.
 
NM I did do my workout tonight, I was thinking weight lifting hehe. Missed that one. I think with ROP, protein shakes (has glutamic acid = glutamine = opens blood vessels, and also has L-arginine, does same thing), weight lifting, I can get my T up too. I wanna get to my 8.25 x 6.5 in 2-3 months and I think I can do it.

Ok my girth is nearing 6 as I always wanted. It is like between 5 3/4 and 6. Id say 5 7/8 which is awesome after only 2 workouts. My lenght is still pretty much the same 7 3/4 and sometimes a lil over, but ya.

I think I can make my 1 month goal of 8 x lil over 6 :) We see Im gonna measure for final mark beginning of August.
 
Did em on 12th too tired today, but tomorrow afternoon Ill do awesome workout. I wanna meet my goal by end of summer so Im gonna work hard.

Early workouts gave me gains, but now.. well havent even been working out so no wonder, been lazy.

One hard hard boner I was 8" and I am almost 6" girth. 8 x 6 my mid goal... going well. Worked out tonight kinda... I keep up to date.

BTW my stretched flaccid is like jsut under 8.25" now :)

Lol she already does, but I think the last time it was out and we were doing anything I was 7.5/7.6 x 5.75, so if I keep up my routine I and reach 8x6 she will notice. But ya whenever I get hard when were standing and making out she uses both her legs to grab it and tells me how much she wants to do me. OK havent really been doing Penis Enlargement, been bad as usual. Finally got some time now summer school is over, and thank God, never doing summer school again :) Anyways, gonna start up tomorrow along with my X-Country running and weight lifting. Finally gonna wear ROP 24/7 or at least 16 hours a day/night or as much as I possibly can. Going to decrease soda/caffeine (contricts blood vessels), increase water (helps with cum etc), continue to take multivitamin contaning Zinc (for cum), and continue on with creatine and protein shakes (gultamic acid [amino acid] = glutamine = opens blood vessels;also contains Arginine think its L-arginine too). I won't beat it either except 1 a week on off days to check cumload size increase/decrease. Maybe just with these non-Penis Enlargement actions I can get a solid 8x6 :)

I can almost reach 8" length and sometimes I can. Can almost reach 6" girth. Problem on girth is I measure with a lined paper and not tape measure or anything so I need to start doing that, but I know Im not far off, if Im off at all.

Only problem is 6" doesnt look so thick cuz Im so long. My new goal is 8" NBP 6.5"BP :) I'm gonna start again. I need to layout my plan now so I can check and follow through easily. Here it is.

Overview: Start Thursday 7/22, 1 day on 1 day off until Wednesday 8/4 (3 weeks later) when I will do my final workout then let the increases solidify by resting for a week until 8/12 when I will measure. I have been lazy, but am not completely newbie, but my first month will be modified to get me back into Penis Enlargement. Phase One will be the my return, from lazy half-assed workouts, to dedicated consistent ones. Phase Two will be working harder, doing more reps/etc harder workouts. Phase Three is the shock-it-to-shit phase, where my penis will be put to the test. Phase Four will be rest and relaxation... without masturbation, or caffeine intoxication... or... or.. junkfood mastication! YEAH :)

Comments: I think 1 on 1 off for 3 weeks with 1 week rest is best way to increase and keep a nice schedule so this is what I am doing. I think I will end up 8NBP maybe a little over and 6.25, but I can hope :)

Routine: Just doing Phase One for now. Ill get through this and see where I am and where I can/should go.

Week 1 - 7/22, 7/24, 7/26, 7/28 - Phase One

1. Warmup with casual helicopters, stimulation, and testical massage. Toss some warmup exercises in between steps 2-5
2. 10 Power Jelq (kegel then long hard jelq) 5 C-Jelq (fix my slight left curve)
3. 1 Minute 1-handed constrictor
4. 30 second glans constrictor with quick jelqs
5. Repeat steps 2-4, four more times.
6. Cooldown with casual helicopters and testical massage and maybe hot shower

Relatives still been a hindrance, just starting from 24 on, going on vacation I know I can do it now, quickstyle in the shower @ the hotel where I am going. And in the bathroom. BTW didnt get any zinc over weekend but 3 days of holding out and not wanking it and using ROP and my load was 2x as big Id say, I had more spurts when I cummed too it was awesome. Found out I might get some today so held off on Penis Enlargement, dates now 28 30 1 3. In other good news, ruler I used had like 1/5-1/4" of just plastic before it got to measuring part so I know Im thicker and longer than I thought. Might be 8x6 like I wanted. Im gonna check with metal ruler where beginning and end is where ruler starts and begins.
 
Ok did first workout, got that outta the way so thats good. Blew my load today I couldnt help it, Im sofa king horny. Anyways, gonna hold it for 1 week, now Im back on protein shakes (l-arginine 300mcg or so and glutamic acid 3g+ in em), before I blow my load and keep working out.
 
Now that I know I can reach 8nbp x 6.5 erect in time I am setting a new goal.

I wanna be 9nbp x 7. Im gonna start stretching now to gain length. Im so stoked gonna get back into weight lifting n Penis Enlargement full blast, maybe even running again :) ... or I could just dick around in X-C and track this year :) But hey still be cut as hell with a huge dick :)
 
Good workout last night only did 3 sets cuz they were intense. Tried rubberband thingy man it left a mark, but went away, and although it helped a lot on my head jelqs not using it again haha. I need a clamp. I think my 2nd month of Penis Enlargement Im gonna clamp.

Well not much gains, maybe minimal ones. Once measured 6" girth. Mostyl 5 7/8 and my length seems 7.75-7 7/8" which is ok. I got a new inspiration and tips.

It is tough to overtrain LENGTH so you sound like you are on the right path.

Ok girth workout went good last night. Man it was painful. Well it always is slightly, but moreso than normal. Bends are a bitch, but hey I feel like Im growing. Put away measuring tape and ruler and not busting em out til Im done and my full week of rest is too.

Stretching went alright.

Week 3 has to be postponed due to 1 week @ x-country camp and dates for week 3 will be 23, 25, 27 ,29, 31. Rest week will be Sept 1st to 7th. (First day of school) when I can measure

Goal for end of this session is lil over 8 x 6 on normal erection.
 
11th workout moved to 12. 13th workout still on 13th. 12th will be morning 13th evening. Ran and did ab workout today, thought I'd fit it in but I couldnt.

Ok I got a clamp .99 (Cable Cuff - exact same model) @ home depot and 3 red 1.47 golft weights @ walmart. Gonna try ADH or Im gonna try. Need more weights tho only got 3 cuz I got them before clamp and wasnt sure how much itd be. I plan to get like 3 MAYBE 4 more. Ill ADH except maybe when school is in session, Im running, or Im doing girthwork and am clamping and then 30 minutes light clamping after for effect.

ANYWAYS. Going to do some clamping routines once back from x-country camp and some length things too so ADH will help cement length gains.

3. Glans/Upper Shaft compressor jelqs. Compress-jelq for 30 seconds
Repeat 1-3, 3 more times

Clamping Girth
1. Bends - 10 seconds down 10 seconds up 20 seconds right (Longer right and no left because I curve a little to the left. Will change to 10 all around once fixed.)
Start this at base. Then move up 1" and repeat until bottom of head is bended around last. This will last a little over 5 minutes.
2. Glans/Upper Shaft compressor jelqs. Compress-jelq for 30 seconds. Same as manual just easier with clamp. 30 seconds on, 30 seconds off for 5 minutes.
3. Clamp 1/2" under head and rotary head for 1 minute hard. Change direction every 15 seconds. Clamp another 1/2" down and repeat. go until clamped at bottom. This will take approx 15 minutes.

Once both clamping workouts are done. Leave a comfortable clamp level for 30 minutes. Masturbate for the first 5-10 to get up DHT/Test/etc levels, but don't cum.

This means the girth workouts will take just under 50 minutes and I will have another 30 of clamping just for the pump.

Did girth routine today. Interesting thing. I have always had skin where the line on the bottom of your penis ends that starts from the head, on the underside of the penis. Not just any skin. It sort of "hangs" so to speak. You can see it when flaccid and slightly less noticeable when erect. I have always had it. Never thought it as negative in an aesthetic aspect. Just somethere there.

Well after my girth workout today it got bigger. A lot. Very noticeable when I was flaccid not so noticeable when erect. Don't know if this will go away. Don't think it was fluid buildup, cuz it felt jelly-like instead of liquid when I felt it.

Anyways, It is like one big bump, but I think it would be awesome to have it, permanently if not too noticeable. Sort of like those "pearls" guys get surgically implanted in the topside of there penis to hit the G-spot, it'd be the same, but a natural feeling and it'd hit the G-spot doggy style.

Started today cuz I had time. So the dates of will be August 22, 24, 26, 29, 30, September 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, with a 1 week break from September 12-19 when I will measure.

Thanks DLD, I dont get many post in here so each and everyone is very important to me. I think Ill do another length session today and ADH too. I think stretching everyday is important, if I got time, but definately every other day.
 
Couldnt find edit button so Im adding that I will do my stretch routine, then jerk off, then once flaccid and cant possibly get a boner again repeat stretch routine then ADH with golf weights. I was doing it with 3, but got 3 more so now it is like 6, and that is like 1-2 lbs. Ill ADH hang it for like 4 hours.
 
Hung for like 1 hour 10 minutes after doing stretch, ejac, stretch. 6 of those golfweights while I sat in chair and red a book. Head got a little chilly, but not "cold" or ANY funny colors so I kept going. I felt lig burns as I let it hang to left or right and down. Real nice, not intense, but I felt it :) Never have before so I know with time I can gain good length :) Girth is my main concern though. Going to do girth and length routine tomorrow.

Working out tomorrow too, missed today. Too bummed/lazy.
 
Did girth routine. I swore I had like 5 T-veins lol. Everythong was popping and veins were kinda sore, but alas I dont have any so that is good.

Don't think I got as engorged as last time, except one time in my workout when I was wankin at first it was pretty awesome.

Same gelly like popping-out-bump-thing underside of penis happened again this time. Maybe not as bad... maybe, but ya after when flaccid felt jelly and funny and it hurt just a little when I played with it specifically.

Anyhow gonna do length routine later with some new stretches I am testing as I might of come upon an awesome discovery today. Keyword is MIGHT. We will see :) I think time will tell with my length gains :)
 
Got in half girth workout last night. No length. Busy busy. Couldnt even do weight lifting. Im going to do length today and early tomorrow. Ill ADH until approx 4. Shower rub down the wang get it looking normal and spot free. Drink lots of water from today til tomorrow. Keep taking multivitamin (has zinc).

Cuz tomorrow night folks going out of town and spending the night up north and the house will be mine. G/f getting off work at 8. I also got some viagra, I can have fun with. I think it will be an awesome night.

Might hang a little bit of weights too, but I am not busy this coming week. Last week before school and all I have is some AP summer work (reading and typing) so hanging would be perfect.

I also wanna step up girth routine for this week (starting today), to give me a boost in growth. Anyways once I figure out a routine and if/when I got wench made, Ill post it.

Anyways I got time for this week (today, 30, 1, 3) so I am gonna be able to ADH longer with my golf weights and pick up girth workout and be able to end it with the 30 minute ADC for a nice pump.

So now I can do everything I had in my old routine. I simply did my manual girth while clamped, and skipped the specific clamp work.

Today is a length day. Last night was a good girth day got a pretty good pump, did some edging and stuff while clamped, but blew my load, which felt hella good. I plan to ADH for a long time today.
 
Im sick of my girth not going anywhere. I had a decent length day yesterday. Today is girth so Im gonna pop 2 kamagra and do a nice workout + ADC.
 
Changing up my girth routine to be more productive.

5 power jelqs (kegel to jelq)
60 second isolation squeeze
30 second DLD bend
30 second upper shaft/head jelq
Repeat 5 times

Toss in some supra slammers and ADC. Going to try that today.
 
Didn't get a chance to do girth. Real busy, but I am gonna do girth today along with length and also girth tomorrow. Gonna pop a cheapass kamagra and work that girth :)
