Good girth workout. Man it was awesome. Only repeated 4 times though. Sometimes I felt like my dick would hemorrhage and explode, but all is well. Got a 6.5" base girth measurement, but that was because fluid build up. Anyhow, my girth still doesn't seem to be gaining, BUT I just tried this new girth workout.

Also I measured 8 1/8" length after workout when I got hard. The kamagra worked pretty good. Sometimes too good, and I had to let erection go down to continue.

Each exercises increased in intensity.

Power jelqs got the blood going, good pump, decent to ok intensity, not real intense
Isolation squeeze was very good, some better than others, medium-high intensity
DLD Bend excellent work, trying to fix left curve so I dont bend left, high intensity
Upper shaft / Head jelq extreme intensity, working awesome

By time I am done with all that I am hard so I let it go down. Then another set. By time I was done I had awesome pump going and clamped a little loose than snug and kept good pump for 15 minutes. No shrivelling, all is well.

I didnt do any supra slammers, will do next time. Going to work on length later and ADH, then girth again tomorrow (Did today to make up for missing yesterday)

Once I was done I did some more three legged stretches got this sweet pop in my left lig when pulling to the right. Seems like that one will pop easier. Anyways, length is going awesome and I am staying very focused, very goal oriented, and still awe inspired by the gainers and greats on this forum. Especially you DLD.

Even the man who works 6 months and gets nothing, which might seem discouraging to some, is truely an inspiration to me, just as much as the man who gets .5-inch in one month. I still can't get my damn cap'n wench comfortable enough to use for manual stretching, so I might get some doctor shoals insert for grippers. I don't believe the current ones are made for skin.

Anyways, I am taking off girth tomorrow I worked it hard today and dont want to overtrain even though I am ambitious and itching to do my next workout. Im going to work length hard tomorrow and then start girth, length rotating day by day, again.

My balls were hanging so low today after I was done clamping and I had like erections all the time. I couldnt ADH cuz my flaccid girth with the pump I had. I had to blow a load, get soft, do all my stretching, blow another load, so I could stretch more then ADH.

Anyways, I had this Peter North load after my clamp routine as usual. My normal loads especially after my first shot of the day just arent too impressive, but I am looking into this ;) Found the 500% concentrated herb they are selling at North's endorsed product @ petenorthsecret.com or some similar name, but I found it for a FRACTION of the cost, while they charge 60$ for 1 month supply.

In conclusion of this LONGWINDED drawn out post, I am just very excited Penis Enlargement is going so well, even if I dont see any immediate or huge gains, I intend to hit my intermediary goal of 8.5 x 6.5 by new years :) Wish me luck! Ill keep up to date as usual =D

Well yesterday I took a length day off. First time I purposely took a day off because of or to avoid an injury. My ligs were really sore.

Anyways going to pop a 50mg kamagra and hit a HARD girth routine today. Everything I planned out in my routine this time with harder bends to currect this slight curve to the left. I am also trying to get an upwards curve a little so Ill bend more one way to get that.

Gonna get the 2 x 50mg kamagra they forgot to send me a 4 x 100mg silagras (free sample) :) Saving those puppies for sex. Anyhow going to do my girth routine for today and report back how it went.
 
I can't do supra slammers while clamped it just puts too much force on area above clamp.

Anyhow. Routine went okay. Did it 5 times instead of 4 as last time, but not as good. I started routine early instead of waiting for kamagra to kick in :( So my last 2 sets were good. "6.5 base again, but also once again because fluid build up.

Not as good ejac at end, couldnt get clamp off fast enough. Anyways, my first day where I wasnt happy with the way it went, but that is ok. Next time I will take all the right precautions and do it perfectly.

Can't wait for 11th. Last workout before 1 week solidifying stage where I don't do any Penis Enlargement, just rest. And on the 19th measure with full erection after 1 week no masturbating to check measurement.

Didnt have a good girth workout today. Just didnt work well :( Also I think I might of lost a little length and a LITTLE girth. Might be sitting back at 7 7/8" x 5.75. Not sure tho.

I think the expanded cells from girth workout dont stay expanded when healed so I dont gain girth. And due to my recent and very brief period of lack of ADH/stretching the tears in my ligs havent had time to heal open to give me length.

I am gonna do some research and find out about ligaments and supplements for them. Maybe glucosamine or chondroiton. I might do some power growth plan. Power through 2 weeks straight keeping ligaments stretched and open with long periods of ADH as possible. Then the following 2 weeks no stretching and do ADH less, while taking supplements for lig repair, to let gains settle in.

Ill try the same thing with girth. I am going to finish out this one month block with just length as my girth is doing real well, but that will be fixed with my future plans. So I am done the 11th solidifying to 19th. I am going to stretch and ADH everyday, and stop stretching the 12th and just ADH less to solidify up to the 19th. I need to focus on school as it is just starting and the first 2 weeks are critical so I will start back Penis Enlargementing again Oct 1.

October will be all girth. November all length. December all girth. Ill measure length and girth at the end of each month.
 
Here is my new length routine. Always do ADH to keep it all stretched and open to heal that way. Going to do it the 6th-11th, to finish out this 1-month block of Penis Enlargement, with 12-14th just ADH 2lb of golf weights for 2-3 hours each day.

Warmup, then increase intensity to max intensity, then come down on intensity, to keep stretching fatigued, without injury. Finish up with ADH 2lbs.

Very much so, but my current financial state leaves me unable. If I could get one that would make me most happy, and that would be my length routine except for three-legged stretches and basic stretches.

Anyways, bad news. Found T-Vein today. It just popped up and I havent done girth in a while, cant even Penis Enlargement til this thing goes. On 400mg Ibuprofen going to massage it and put hot rag on it for long time in the shower tonight, and every night after til it goes.

I knew my base veins in the left were getting too much pressure.

Anyways, maybe once I make some more money I will get one, maybe next month. Also I can only use cash in the mail or paypal so, if he can accept it, that would be nice.

Not gonna let this T-Vein, lack of gains, and lack of money for a Bib get me down. I will not stop, and will never stop. I will always hope and always strive towards my goal, until it is reached be it soon or never.
 
Ok I think I am gonna start a new phase of my current job, and I will be getting paid more frequently, so now I can afford to get a Bib.

My goal is to heal this T-Vein, then start on length stretches + ADH the 11-13th hardcore and let rest til 19th, so I can measure the 19th and have something to report positive.

The 19th I am gonna start my length routine that keeps ligs/tunicae always stretching. Anyhow, depending on what grip I can get, using any means possible, will depend what manual length exercises I can do. Anyhow, I plan to go the routine every other day with ADH everyday for 2-3 hours.

Since I wanna start my 1-month block routines at the beginning of each month to make it nice clean-cut to check gains this I will do an extended length block lasting approx 1 1/2 months. I will go from 9/19/04 to 10/24/04 with the 24th to the 27th being where I do no manual length but ADH as long as possible. Then the 28-31 Ill let my length gains just settle in with no work and measure on 10/31/04. Then Ill go back to 1 month blocks. I think this will net me enough length that I will need to focus on girth to balance it out, so November and December will be girth months.

Also plan to blow some money middle of next month on an assload of silagra so I can do my constant pump, max engorgement, girth routine for my first month. Itll be like 30$ worth of 100mg silagras.

I changed routine to be less insane to allow healing more, and so I am not jerking off 8 hours a day lol. Every night I will pop a 100mg silagra and just keep max engorgement with clamp on for 4 hours. Every 3 days I will do an intense girth work while on viagra, following my remaining time out of 4 hours keeping max engorgement (which will count as my 4 hour per day. 24 days straight then 6 days rest, makes one awesome month of girth.

Since I am itching to hang I am going to do October as a girth month and november as a length month, then will go to whichever one is farthest from my target goal and do it in December. I also didnt want to do 2 months back to back girth, as I want it to long-term settle in and gauge my program on it.

I keep repeating myself because I keep changing my routine and plans. Sorry if this sounds redundant, but I am writing it to keep my mental focus and planning in order. Anyhow, wish me luck I will keep up to date.

That the move right there! I wish I could afford to do Viagra Girth routines everyday, the sessions are so much more intense. I did get some generic CIALIS a while back and that was good while it lasted.
 
Ok I ordered my Bib Starter today, well I mailed the cash, should be here in a week or so. I plan to move up my measure date since I havent been consistant these last few days and I am still working out not only my routine, but my whole Penis Enlargement philosophy. Anyhow, I am going to try and continue to manual stretch some then ADH with golf weights, waiting for my Bib.

Once hanger is in I will keep doing every day manual length + ADH and adjusting/playing with hanger til I got a suitable weight and configuration ready. After the first week of playing with Bib I will continue to do little, yet intense and targetted manual stretching, followed by hanging with Bib Starter, then ADH hanging with golf weights.

I will do this everyday even when sore, unless the intensity is too much, but I will always ADH, unless the intensity is just too over the top even for that. I will measure on Oct 31, Halloween :)

If too soon try dropping in 5lb increments.

My current length is just under 8" BP so by 11/30 if my length isnt 9"BP/8.5"NBP), I will continue with length until I am 9"BP/8.5"NBP, before I start girth.

I hope to gain .5" both NBP and BP, alone, off of girth workouts going from 5.5" Behind head, 5.75" Mid-shaft, 6" Base (right now might be thicker after hanging) to my ultimate goal of 6.5" Behind head, 7" Mid-shaft, 7" Base. During this time I also hope to fix my slight left curve.

I think I can reach my goal in this amount of time (1" in 2 months) and if not hopefully by New Years.

To gain 1" behind head, 1.25" mid-shaft, and 1" base, girth I think will take 3-4 months of my hardcore non-stop max engorgement routine, because girth seems hard. So by prom... ;)

I am hoping to gain 1" in length and girth. Possibly 1.25" both ways. Who knows these are just estimates. Will keep all the details in the thread in experimental/alternative forum, but will keep financial and gathering information updated here, until I start.
 
Going to get 70$ soon which is owed to me, approx $170 this weekend 25/26th, another $100 from some other shit, that is $340 so I can get the DHT gel (80$?), 1ml IGF-1 LR3($200), 1lb arginine ($30?), Saw Palmetto ($10), bromelain ($10 - prevents scar tissue). I need money to support some other things in life so I will just get the palmetto, bromelain, and arginine and I think I will wait til the 2nd/3rd of October when another 170$ approx rolls in, to get the DHT/IGF.

Hopefully start this by the 10th of october or something. I hope soon though because I am planning to streak this highschool football game November 5th, and I wanna be packing more than I am. So no haters can talk shit because it will be obvious Id be huge, if this works like I hope it to.

I havent started yet, that is my plan for 5 weeks. I am starting tomorrow, might mess with it today, cut the wraps (ace/rubber stuff), etc.

Started hanging and I like it. Not really feeling any burn @ 5lbs, but then I am not hanging very long. Just working out kinks. Plan on getting clamp tomorrow to replace broken one, then I can ADH, and tomorrow I will start stretching again.

Yesterdat I did 15 min @ 7.5 lbs twice. Today I did 15 min @ 7.5 lbs, 7.5 min @ 10lbs, 5 min @ 10lbs. Time for me to go buy new clamp so I can ADH rest of night.

I am going to try pyramid hanging tomorrow. Start low slowly decreasing time, and increasing weight, til at max weight, then decrease weight and increase time back to starting weight.

I am going to try this tomorrow.

10min @ 10 stretch
5min @ 12.5 intense stretch
10min @ 10 keep intensity
15min @ 7.5 guessing will start weak and increase in maximum intensity equalling the 5min @ 12.5 hang by the end.

BTW, I was around 8.25" BPFS now I am almost 8.5" I think this is slowly over the month going to increase into some gains maybe .25". I think this is the very early newbie hanger gains. I think rest of month will solidify 1/4" flaccid gain into erect gain putting me just under or maybe at 8.25". Also if I keep this up I can only dream of 8.5" but hell .25" gain is awesome itself. Then I can finally nail almost all my BP lengths at least 8".

So far so good. I realized when I hang my dick sorta goes to left, maybe because my curve, but I noticed that through testing stressing each lig with different weights/angles, my left lig is much "tighter" than my right, or my right is more conditioned. I can get my left lig to pop, when I do three-legged stretches and pull down right. If I weight twice as long to stretch for pulling back and up sorta BTC pull with hands, I can pop that top lig. Never the right lig though. Maybe once left lig catches up on length/stiffness whatever I can stress them equally and all will be well.

Measuring Halloween Oct 31st as planned, hoping to make some gains by then. Only been seriously hanging (ie feeling some sorta burn be it skin or ligs) for a few days and it already seems promising. I want to be 8.2-8.25" by oct 31st.

My new goal is 8.25 BP x 6.25 (behind head and mid-shaft, thickening to 6.5 at base), so now I will only be focusing on girth.

I am going to try to get some money in paypal ASAP and order viagra from pugal. Going to get 30 x 100mg silagra to use once daily with my 4 hour girth sessions :). Until then I am just going to clamp and do some girth work for now.

Nice routine sephin, you are going to hit your goal FAST. If I had the money I would buy some Viagra too, I bet it's killer to work out on.
 
Ya forgot I was deconditioned. After my 3rd or 4th compression squeeze I had to lay off. I think my girth routines will be 2 hours. 4 hours is a LONG as time to beat my meat lol. By time I got viagra I am sure I will be conditioned enough to do this.

Besides bad discoloration going away fast, the workout went real well. The Uli #3 rule. The upper half of my dick was HEAVY. My pre-workout girth around circ-scar was 6.5! That is .75 increase. It is weird because like I described in earlier I get this inflation of skin that pops out on belly of penis by circ-scar.

Anyways it was good workout, I intend to keep and increase intensity as dick allows. Tomorrow is just 1-2 hour clamped edging session. Day after the same, 4th day start routine again and repeat.
 
Today did like 2, 30 min sessions of clamped edging. Each time I blew my load it wasnt much, but damn my first shot was frikkin 2-3 feet from where I shot it. I shot it as I got up from chair so I am trying to figure in my head the physics of it to know how fast I shot my load :) Anyhow, going to drink lots more water, I am currently doing vitamin C and daily vitamin (has 15mg zinc), and will probably buy more stuff.

I am way motivated. Spring break I am probably gonna do some crazy shit somewhere with some friends. I am not a partier. Rarely, so I think itll be awesome. Might go to mexico or some shit. Probably turn some chicks in old meheeco :-D

Anyways I am really motivated to hit my goals. I want to majorly pack some face and get some "AY! Papi, que grande!" if you know what I am saying ;) and Ill be like "Pongas en tu boca!" lol. Anyhow my friend speaks Spanish well so that is good.

Probably bring like 2 boxes of magnum XLs, maybe some viagra, etc.
 
I might get some tonight. Where my circ scar is I can get 6.5" engorgement post workout and the rest of shaft is 6-6.25" so I know if I hit it doggy style she will love it and will want it more, luckily it will be in dark so she wont see bruising etc. Anyhow, I just hope I can last long. I am going to kegel the shit out of my dick 15 minutes prior to doing it so I dont get too horny etc and I will practice breathing, going slow and reverse kegelling. Going to try to get through whole workout tonight, we will see. Peace.
 
Wasted a 50mg viagra, got no sex, got 2 t-veins one on each side, I am extremely dissapointed and need to take 2 weeks off now, and I have given up on trying to get any sex. I just dont fucking care, I always try and it is fucking pointless. She is like so-so whatever about it, and the opportunity never comes unless folks go out for weekend or something and even then nothing will happen. When driving late at night I cant find any spots or anything.

I have just giving up on looking for sex or even going to anything hinted at or even promised it is fucking pointless and depressing. I could kill someone how frustrated I am. I am taking time off from Penis Enlargement and waiting til T-veins gone, then I will move back into girth slowly building my way up to the routine I set out. Probably take a month not including the 2 weeks it will take for t-veins to heal.

2 T-veins have left me on the injury list with time to think about Penis Enlargement and I have decided to keep up with kegels and keep a very short probably 10-15 minute workout a day to make slow steady gains, as Penis Enlargement is just not my bag right now. I already have an 8 x almost 6 inch dick when on viagra which is fine by me. Just want to close out that last bit putting me over the top and correcting my left curve and getting a slightly upward one.

I also dont want huge discoloration in my dick which I think I might already have a LITTLE of I hope I can reverse or it will go away. Slowly progressing will help this. The workout being 10-15 minutes will be perfect meaning I wont miss days and I can focus really strongly and visualize the whole time.

My real focus now is all natural weight lifting. No roids, no pro-hormones, no creatine. Only used creatine once, amazingly wasnt as successful as everyone said it was. Never used roids, never will. Whey, water, glutamine, multi-vitamin. Probably keep my progress log here so I can stay in touch with Penis Enlargement boards and people and have a journal.
