Well, I have been a long time watcher, sporadic poster, here at [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MoS[/words]. I havent been into Penis Enlargement in a long time, but am getting back into it now.
I started up again 7/6/04, yesterday, and plan to continue til I have met my goal.
Started: 7.25 x 5.5
Current: 7.75 x 5.75
Goal: 8.25 x 6.5
My goal alrready thinks Im big and always comments how big it is, but I want a bit bigger. Just need 3/4" each way.
My routine is girth focused, I dont care ifI gain any length. I can already hit that "deep spot" on my girl I just wanna fill her up more. It is a routine I got from somewhere on here too so it isnt my own.
(10x 5sec dry jelqs - helicopter for 10 seconds) Repeat 2 more times
60 Seconds compression squeeze
Repeat that whole thing right there twice more.
Mid/high grip on penis squeeze-jelq the head so I can keep head big. Do SLOW SLOW squeeze-jelq 10 seconds. Helicopter for 5 seconds. Repeat 2 more times.
That is my girth workout. Length is just random stretching throughout the day. Also, I do wear an ROP so that will help.
My plan is also unique from what most people do, its the plan I always used and works AWESOME. 1 day on 1 day off for 3 weeks straight then 1 full week off. Then I repeat it over gain. It gives perfect 1 month blocks to measure on and the complete week lets it heal fully, solidify, and you follow up with a measure.
