I've came up with a good routine for myself. within my limits.
i do hardcore stretches then hanging then edging then hanging and jelq.
Ill do the hardcore stretches as the last excersises next week. see where itll get me to. or vice versea. what do you think, dude?
Thats in the evening. ill be hanging in the morning before work and some jelqs too then use divocup.
I will be drinking alot of water, eat fresh organic foods more, and take my supplements.
I ll workout 3 times a week for now. cardio as a fourth day.
Ill be doing piss pulls too. but on busy days, ill be running alot and cutting. i work at a lumberyard in the west. hopefully divocup can handle that. ill see eh.
