Thank you, you made a lot of good points. I will consider getting the LM3 soon and really wrap correctly. Do you recommend I stick with any particular routine if I could do one a day?
Another aspect I think I overlooked. In my first and second phases, I used an electric blanket to warm up and warm down. Reading through some other progress threads, I realize this may me a contributing factor in my lack of success to get permanent gains. All of my length gains involved warmth. I can consider MOS-RED or Ultrasound instead as heating tools. Whatever I choose, I need to consider when and how I use them to best support my gains.
I am not sure yet how I can overcome the struggle with bathmate to continue doing 5x5x3. Hopefully the LM will change my curvature. The only pumps I know that can be customized to be curved are air pumps. If temporary gains really are indicative, I was on the precipe of getting great results before I failed to max out every day.
