I have been keeping a daily journal and blog since starting Penis Enlargement for 60 days now.
My blog isn't that accessible, and I don't know why I didn't just make a thread. You can view my blog to check on the first 44 days but the rest are only viewable by me, for some reason. Were the daily posts considered spam?
These are my starting stats* from February 14th, 2012:

*These were first measured sitting down so that will be my standard for now. The medically correct way is to measure standing up.

I found it kind of uncomfortable so I have since stopped utilizing it, as much as I'd like to. I will get an [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ADS[/words] as soon as I can afford one. After my first month I gained a 1/4" in EL and my BPFSL went up by 1/2". My EG made a slight increase by about 1/16" or more.
Sometime in my second month I stopped doing girth work and decided to go only for length. I added in kettle bell stretches with 10lbs.
These are my measurements today:

I don't want to assume I lost EG but it may be plausible. A day or so ago I decided it may not really matter if I do length goals first, so I should start doing girth exercises again today. I admit I put in less time in the past 30 days than when I started, and after reading more about ligaments I think my kettles might be hurting my progress, so I will try to do them every other day instead. I thought I hadn't gained anything at all recently but measuring today proved me wrong, by 1/8". I should also mention my vascularity has greatly improved, due to Penis Enlargement and supplementing L-Arginine.

Penis Enlargement is slowly overtaking my other hobbies and I have no issue with this. It's fun and empowering, so I don't want to give this up anytime soon, if ever! I will try to keep you all updated as frequently as possible to my routines and progress. Thanks in advance to all of you who will help me or have already helped me.
 
So good to see such fast initial gains, I can see why your hobbies have fell by the wayside:) Looking forward to your future progress, gains and contributions.
 
For some reason I didn't realize that when I did bonepressed measurements I disregarded the 1/8" at the start of the ruler.
That means my BPenis EnlargementL is actually 7 1/2" instead of 7 3/8". So I made the same length gains in my second month as my first month, 1/4"

Yesterday I refrained from doing kettle bell stretches.
I just did manual stretches and a few minutes of SSJs. I couldn't get that much girth exercise done, due to lack of EQ later in the day. I need to avoid getting tired before doing these later at night, it has happened before. I would totally get some Citrulline Malate if stores around me sold it.
 
Yesterday, I did 16 minutes of kettle bell stretches, manual stretches, and several minutes of SSJs. There was some great expansion and the veins appeared to be more prominent than the last time I did this exercise. I got lots of little red spots after doing these. My EQ was still not that good, but it’s not terrible. I admit I have not been strict enough with my schedule for kegels.

I did lots of kegels today, over 35 minutes worth of different kegels. An erection I got during these lasted about two hours with some stimulation every once in a while. Eventually my shaft felt somewhat sensitive so I gave it up.
Throughout the day I felt a dull ache that I think came from the kettle bell stretches yesterday. My manual stretches seemed to amplify this sensation, have I felt this kind of stretch before?
I didn’t manage anymore girth exercises as I did yesterday, besides 50 reps of jelqs which isn’t that significant. For some reason I found it pretty difficult and uncomfortable on my wrists. Maybe I should stick with SSJs?
 
Slow Squash Jelqs are a good exercise to stick with as they always can be increased in intensity but you also create more intensity in the exercise as you gain. Th thicker the penis becomes the more intense the squashing of the walls is. It really is a perfect girth exercise.
 
Yesterday I went back to my three sets of kettle bell stretches throughout the day, totaling 28 minutes. Besides the manual stretches, I also did a few sock stretches. Did I mention that I do footlong stretches when I manually stretch down? I pretty much always do that. Surprisingly, my room was uncomfortably cold last night even with my heater on and it was exceptionally difficult to get an erection so I couldn’t do SSJs.

Today I did manual stretches and fixed my room temperature. I also did over 5 minutes of SSJs but didn’t get that good of EQ compared to earlier today.
 
Yesterday morning I did about 6 minutes of SSJS. I don’t seem to get much more out of this in morning despite my good EQ early in the day, so I will do girth later in the day next time. I can’t get the expansion that I want with this like I used to when I first tried them. I’m trying to stick as close as I can to my kegel routine now, the one that REDZULU made. I haven’t done these Kegel burns that truant brought but I will start trying them too.
I did two sets of kettle bell stretches, first one was 8 minutes and the other was 16. After the first set I did some sock stretches. I thought to myself, are these similar to the A-Stretch or DLD Blasters if I do kegels and reverse kegels? It sure felt the same and I got a lot of stretch out of it. The second set of kettles was intense, and I just did manual stretches after.

I did tons of kegels today; I could definitely feel the burn! I must be more consistent with this exercise because it is also important to do. During my manual stretches I did lots of kegels and reverse kegels, it made them more intense. I did a lot more SSJs today. After finding a good grip I was able to do them more effectively. I lost track of how many I did but it couldn’t have been more than 20 minutes.
I tried the Wendi Friesen “Nightly” Penis Enlargement hypnosis tonight. I believe I had done something like this once before but not with Penis Enlargement and it worked out nicely. I heard about this other hypnotist that I can get audio files from named Giovanni Lordi. I might check that out.
At any rate, the “Nightly” track was amazing. I will explain it more in detail in the Mental Penis Enlargement subforum. I will have to see if I get good morning wood tomorrow like most people say!
 
Excellent news! I am so happy things are progressing so well for you. I may put my own Penis Enlargement hypnosis system out, I figure no one could talk a penis into growing like DLD:)
 
Even though I washed my hands thoroughly after cutting up some peppers yesterday, I experienced some burning on my glans when I tried to start stretching. It hurt somewhat and I applied cold to ease it, and a few minute later I got an erection. I don’t know if this is because my EQ is good or because of capsaicin which is known to be an aphrodisiac, but I know it’s not supposed to be used topically, at least without diluting it first. Please don’t try this, it hurts. As a consequence, my left hand was very irritated and I really could only do sock stretches after this.

I did 26 minutes of kettles and 9 minutes of sock stretches. Like the other day, I did kegels and reverse kegels during this and it made it intense. I also did “Nightly” again yesterdat, but I was in a bad position and my room was way too warm. It’s strange though, I was getting extremely uncomfortable but I found it difficult to move at all. Is this what it’s like to surrender yourself completely to suggestions? At one point I could not ignore the discomfort and began to stir. I stopped, but thankfully the audio was almost over. I had pretty much the same experience as the first time besides ending up drenched in sweat.

I did all 9 minutes of sock stretches in one set today. It’s a hell of a stretch. It’s not painful exactly, but the amount of force I can exert is so great that I can get tired after it. When I did manual stretches I could really feel a pull. When trying to get an erection for the SSJs, my shaft ached a little. I was able to do some SSJs, but only about 7 minutes worth. I am getting used to doing tons of kegels now. I really like the kegel burns, I lost track of how long I held that kegel at full strength. I'm starting to feel sensations in my glans more often while kegeling, which I think is supposed to show that I'm getting stronger contractions.

That is HELL! I have done this so many times, only recently I have trained myself to remember to wear gloves. The penis and the eye lids, peppers will scorch!
 
Yesterday I did my kegels, 28 minutes of kettle bell stretches, 13 minutes of sock stretches, manual stretches, and over 7 minutes of SSJs. Not that much girth work, but a lot of length exercises! I am really enjoying the sensation with kegels now. I can easily hold a max kegel for 10 minutes, and as I’ve said before, I actually feel the kegel in my penis and not just the muscle anymore.

Last night I had some crazy experiences with the other tracks from Wendi Friesen. The feelings I felt were outrageous, and I have an anchor when I touch my thumb and finger together to help me during the day. I'll elaborate on it later in another thread.

Today I did my 9 minutes of sock stretches, manual stretches, and lots of kegels. Like yesterday, most of my kegels feel different than two month ago. I could get an erection but it wasn’t strong enough to do any SSJs. I used my anchor once an hour on the hour 14 times today, and it seemed to work each time. I also visualized going from my brainstem to my penis quickly, which creates a similar sensation, but isn’t linked to a bunch of beliefs. I'm also trying as hard as I can to visualize my exercises before I do them and the penis that I want. After listening to those audio files, I realized it's more than something I want. It's my destiny, the penis my body is supposed to have!
 
Yesterday I did 28 minutes total of kettle bell stretches, 9 minutes of sock stretches, manual stretches, and also tried out Blue Whale’s stretch, which I did about 20 minutes of. I did lots of kegels today but I didn’t seem to feel the intensity as much. SSJs didn’t work out. My hypnosis session went well today, I like the feeling.

I woke up very early this morning and decided to do SSJs. I usually get lots of precum anyways while doing this, but I accidentally ejaculated after 12 total minutes. I can’t get enough of this Blue Whale stretch, I’m stretching to exhaustion. I did 75 minutes total today. This afternoon after I was cooling down after the first hour of those stretches, I touched one of my traberculae, the so-called ribs on the erect penis, and it hurt! However, touching it a second time didn’t hurt, and I lost my erection in the next few seconds. It all seemed okay after that and I easily got an erection five minutes later, but I’m a bit confused. Maybe I touched a vein near it? I didn't do sock stretches today.

Later in the evening I did about 8 minutes of SSJs since my EQ had improved a lot. Of course, I did lots of kegels today, which more intense than yesterday. I usually feel a sensation on the tip of my glans halfway through it, and I could hold my kegel at max strength for 12 minutes! It seems so preposterous, as only a month ago I could hardly even hold it for 30 seconds.
 
Yesterday I did 28 minutes of kettles, 60 minutes of blue whales, manual stretches and kegels. Could hardly do SSJs. I swear, my EQ is as fickle as a feline. Hypnosis is going well.

I did 60 minutes of the blue whale stretch in one sitting, and lots of kegels today. The stretch was so exhausting I couldn’t do my manual stretches, so I will try to do manual stretches first next time, and get in habit of doing them early. I should mention that this blue whale stretch gives me the weirdest sensation; intense stretches can feel kind of good, and I can easily hold this stretch for several minutes. I had lots of spontaneous erections today. Instead of taking advantage of this I waited until later for SSJs, but could only do 7 minutes.

In the past few days I’ve been getting some strange occurrences. Sometimes my pelvic floor will kegel for no reason, or my penis will twitch. I also noticed that several times a day I am getting that warm, tickling sensation in my penis without even using my anchor. I haven’t really noticed any particular benefits from this yet besides a stronger belief in Penis Enlargement, but I really hope these sensations are for growth. If it really is growing, it’s fascinating that my subconscious is helping me out. I’d especially love to see some flaccid gains in a few months.
 
Yesterday I did 28 minutes of kettles, manual stretches, 75 minutes of blue whales, and my kegel routine. I figured I wouldn’t really do sock stretches as much, I want to keep it simple, and I can do blue whale stretches for much longer.

Today I did 60 minutes of blue whales and my manual stretches today. Kegels went well. I didn’t use my anchor as frequently today. I’ve been noticing my penis feels a lot different in the past few days, I can’t completely figure out why. The skin and glans feel different to the touch, a bit softer.

I noticed this a few times over my Penis Enlargement journey. It usually coincided with a gain so it may be good news. The skin would become very supple and soft and next thing I knew I made a gain...almost like the skin was loosening to allow it because soon after the gain the skin would toughen up.
 
Yesterday I did 28 minutes of kettles, manual stretches, 60 minutes of blue whales, and kegels.

Today I did manual stretches, 40 minutes of blue whales, and kegels. I did less stretches than I normally do because of fatigue. I managed to get somewhat of a seal with my ASTJ, and I trying pumping with it, but there is a small leak where the spigot is. When air isn’t getting displaced, it feels like there is no vacuum. After 15 minutes, nothing really happened besides some discomfort.
 
Yesterday my penis felt and looked exhausted for some reason. Maybe it was the pumping the day before? I didn't even get any kind of expansion, but I knew it was doing something internally and to the skin. When I was doing blue whales, when I used my right hand a small blister-like bump would swell on my my glans. I'd also see some kind of swelling around the largest vein on my shaft, though it wasn't the vein itself that was enlarged. I didn't want to aggravate this so I didn't do any more besides kegels.

Today I did 28 minutes of kettle stretches. I usually do these sitting on the edge of my seat, and it's difficult for me to stretch because it's difficult enough to hold the 10lbs up for a minute. So today I tried standing up and actually trying as hard as I could to pull while the kettle bell was hanging, and I could feel more of a stretch. It was tough to hold up though. I also did 60 minutes of blue whale stretches and my kegel routine.

It's been a while since I last updated, but I've been pretty busy for the past few days!
I have still been doing Penis Enlargement for since then except I got pretty exhausted and didn't do any for the past three days until today.
It's been roughly over 3 months since I started Penis Enlargement, but I haven't made many erect gains in my third month, though my BPFSL has increased by 1/8". This is great nonetheless.

I am throwing out the blue whale stretches, I am going to do DLD blasters instead. I've done them before and found it kind of difficult, but it today they didn't seem too bad.

I'm trying to get some money right now and I have just barely enough to get [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words], but I'd love to get all kinds of other devices too! I have quite a wishlist.
