I am thinking of LM stretches, I have not gained much length with it yet, which I think is due to inconsistency. I want to focus on length because I think I still have a lot of potential. As far as girth goes, I really agree with SSJ because it helped me go from 5.2" to 5.5" girth in a month. I will definitely be doing that too, but possibly no more. I'm afraid if I try to commit to too many exercises it will make me miss days.
I trust your advice. I will get started on it this week. 3 months from now my weightlifting bulk will end, that will be a good time to assess the results. I've been gaining strength every time I go this season, if only I could make PE length gains everyday!
So I just did day 1 of my current routine, I really felt it. Is 90 days a fair chunk of time to see results with LM? I'm trying to use it every day.
Each routine keeps getting more intense. I'm at Day 4 and already gasping for breath at how powerful these stretches are now that I'm both stronger and taking advantage of the leverage capabilities of the LM. My grip strength has improved but thankfully I dont have to rely on it now. My wrapping technique and just the will to believe in PE and do the stretch seem to be most important here. This makes me pretty optimistic.
Still going! Will measure after I get further in. Seems like it's making a difference.
Hello again. First I'd like to summarize my PE experience so far:
Before PE, after Puberty:
- 5.5" x 4.5" Erect Length x Erect Girth (EL taken standing, bone-pressed and dorsal side)
After 1st phase PE, over the course of 6 months sometime after 2010:
- Basic stretches and Jelqing
- 6.5" x 5.0" (+1.0" x +0.5")
After 2nd phase PE, February-May 2012 (approximately 3 months):
- DLD's newbie routine, but skipped girth work in my second month
- 7.0" x 5.0" (+0.5" x +0.0")
After 3rd phase PE, January-April 2013:
- DLD's newbie routine, 5x5x3 routine with Penomet water pump
- 7.5" x 5.2" (+0.5" x +0.2")
After 4th phase PE, February-May 2017:
- Basic stretches and Jelqing, 5x5x3 routine through May
- 7.5" x 5.5" (+0.0" x +0.3")
- This phase continued without permanent gains from June 2017 - July 2018 (an entire year)
After 5th phase PE, October- December 2020:
- Length master 2.0 stretches
- 7.5" x 5x5" (+0.0" x +0.0")
In summary, half of my gains were before I joined MOS through very unskilled yet consistent application of the basics. The latter half of my gains to this day were from DLD's newbie routine followed by the 5x5x3 routine, with total gains of +2.0" EL x +1.0" EG. The volume difference between my initial size and present size is literally over double the volume, from about 4.4 fl oz to 9.0 fl oz. These efforts took a combined total of approximately 15 months. When you think about it, that's not that much work for such a payoff.
If you were to tell me when I was teenager I would have been this big one day, I would not have believed it at all. I ran these stats through a chart, and found that my starting size was quite average if not slightly below, almost at the top of the bell curve. Today, that chart categorizes me as "abnormally large" and places me in the top 1%. I still don't know if I believe that statistic, but I definitely feel accomplished.
While I have found success through PE, you can see that it has its challenges. Half of my time spent doing PE gave me no results at all. I simplified all these experiences for clarity. I think a major take away is that facing a plateau is brutal for motivation. The girth routine in my fourth phase could not afford any permanent gains, but I made some great temporary gains in girth up to 5.7" (even when edema subsided) and over 8" EL (which went down to 7.5" after an hour or so). Due to on and off challenges with wrapping in my fifth phase, I could not get the Length master to work for me despite the amazing stretches that I got from it. I have always struggled when it came to devices like extenders or the LM, and eventually I gave up because I could not find a solution in the forums, and my efforts turned me up with nothing.
After some recently reflection, I realized how many other things in life I've accomplished. That's why I want to do PE again.
This time I believe that I can reach 8.0" x 6.0". I think this is a reasonable goal to set my sights on. I cemented my past gains, so I have to gain 0.5" x 0.5" to achieve this goal. Yesterday I began the newbie routine again because I at least wanted to do something. But I am not sure what will break through my plateau, because likely my tunica or possibly my mental state had been fighting back. So I welcome any advice the forum has to get me started on the right foot because I am a very much out of practice. And it's great to be back.
Awesome to here your journey and your plan for the future. Why didn't lengthmaster work for you? Because I believe if you master the lengthmaster, you will get to your goal the fastest.Hello again. First I'd like to summarize my PE experience so far:

It could be a number of reasons. First, my technique may not have been sufficient, but considering how intense it felt I doubt that. Second, I think my workouts were not consistent or not enough total effort. This I think is quite possible because my struggles with wrapping made me lose a lot of sets in a given week. Third, I may have done everything right but I am too resistant to gains. This is plausible, but I kind of doubt this because I've never attributed any length gains to the kind of expressive stretch you get from LM. I figure that there is a lot potential in it as many of told me and have proven its power. Probably more than enough potential.
If LM is the gold standard for my situation, I can consider that for length. The wrapping situation needs a fix if I go that route, or just get better knowledge of the device period.
I am also interested in Ultrasound PE, but there's a lot of data and I cant simplify the approach in my head to know how to gain with it by taking advantage of thermoelasticity.
Not sure what girth work I should do but 5x5x3 is awesome. But hydropumps stopped working for me because I couldnt expand due to my curve. Pumping eventually had to end because the glans would press hard against the wall no matter how I wore it, so I released pressure before I could max out. If this had not been a problem, I might have reached my goal back then because I was dominating the bathmate and was going to have to upgrade to the largest size. I dont know what my alternatives are in girth work. But I'd love to solve this pump problem and do 5x5x3 again if that's the best.
I don't believe this is the case, not plausibel at all that you are too resistant to gain. What I discovered for myself is that, I need to constantly increase the intensity in my stretches. This have made me gain like crazy. Simplification, when stretching with LENGTHMASTER, Power Assist or "just" your hands you need enough intensity to gain. This is also true for girthwork. If you do not have enough pressure in your pump and in your Slow Squash Jelq's, you will not gain as fast, or not at all (permanent gains). Temporary gains leads to, permanent gains over time as the tissue/tunica expands and elongate over and over...until it's permanent gains.Third, I may have done everything right but I am too resistant to gains. This is plausible, but I kind of doubt this because I've never attributed any length gains to the kind of expressive stretch you get from LM. I figure that there is a lot potential in it as many of told me and have proven its power. Probably more than enough potential.
