I started Week 5. My routine was the same as before, with the 65 [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]gaiter[/words], but I finished with 5 minutes of the Black 70 [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]gaiter[/words].

That [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]gaiter[/words] is VERY strong, I’m surprised and impressed. I got great expansion. I took a little bit more CM today, the max dosage for a workout, and felt nauseous. I'm going to stick to my previous dosage. That dosage should last me several more weeks while I try to get the Ring of Power from Supra.
 
I finished Week 5 today! My expansion was only decent the last two days. This morning I didn't use CM at first to see what would happen and it was kind of tough to get an erection when I needed to for the girth work. After taking it, that was corrected. I suppose CM really has been helping me, not by giving me better than normal EQ but rather maintaining most of my regular EQ through vigorous workouts. I'm anxiously awaiting the Ring of Power to arrive so it can assist me with that!

My Blue 65 [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Gaiter[/words] has been giving me some issues, I have been losing pressure while using it so I'm going to avoid using it as a secondary for the time being. It is also virtually impossible to do expressive stretches with it now. I believe the Purple 60 may be developing a similar kind of problem but I'll have to see. So next week I'll be using 60 primarily and 70 secondary.

Why do you think these problems would arrive so unexpectedly?

When I compress the 60 or 65, there is a leak that squirts out water on the seam of the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]gaiter[/words], not where the suction is but more like halfway up the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]gaiter[/words]. At first this posed no issue at all, but later when doing regular pumping with the 65, it would rapidly lose pressure, and I would have to pump once a minute.

That isn't actually that bad as far as I know and this problem came around on the last day I needed to use 65 as a primary, but I will have to see if that problem was due to something else the next time I use it. It's possible I needed to shave a bit more.

By the way I've been using the Ring of Power and it's so comfortable I often forget I have it on. No crazy results to report yet as I have been wearing it since Friday.

As far as expressive stretches go, I just tug more gently and I'm getting a better idea of how strong the suctions are.

I certainly will, but they are holding up for me currently.
I finished Week 6 and going on to Week 7, using the Black 70 and Gray 75.
I'm wearing the ROP all day now but I tend to have to take it off before or during sleep as it becomes more uncomfortable than usual.

I can only guess that it is the work of the Ring of Power. I had not been cleaning it as effectively as I should before, and when I realized my copper wool (box said it was just as strong as steel wool, apparently it's not) could barely get the waxy buildup off of the copper bar and could hardly get anything at all off of the zinc bar. Once I got something harder to scratch that stuff off, the ROP seems to be back to its day 1 strength. If you have a ROP, clean it everyday until it is shiny as a mint condition coin!

The Erection Quality improvements seem to be synonymous with [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Penoment[/words] use. I think a serious study needs to be conducted by [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Penomet[/words] to see what the broad comparisons may be.
 
Today I'm starting Week 9. Using some weaker [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]gaiters[/words] this time according to routine. The following week should employ my first use of the Red [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]gaiter[/words], but only as the secondary.

I measured yesterday for my second month. I have not gained any erect length or erect girth. Flaccid measurements are the same as well. My erection quality has slowly improved. My vascularity has not improved much from when I first noticed a change, but it is still very different from before I started this routine.

It's all good though, my routine is almost over and I'll be able to evaluate and start a new routine.
 
Good updates, neckercube. Cellular growth and proliferation is a slow-microscopic process; stay diligent and keep at it. Know that cellular changes are being made by the stressors you're placing on your penis and will, in turn, producing measureable gains. Are you currently jelqing?

I finished Week 10 last weekend and did my measurements yesterday. I have not gained anything according to my ruler.

As I've said this is no reason to give up, only to change the plan! I only got expansion some days during my first routine, and I suppose I should be getting them each time!

I wanted to comment on some observation I made about the Ring of Power. Ever since I began to wear it, I started to become dehydrated much more often. I drink water almost exclusively but I suppose I should drink more. Besides this, the "zapping" sensation of wearing it, and the occasional spontaneous erection, I have not seen much benefits yet after wearing it for about one month.

For a week I stopped wearing the RoP and I no longer became dehydrated. I started wearing it again yesterday and woke up this morning dehydrated. It seems to me that it is being caused by the Ring. I am not that well versed in testosterone or hormones in general and want to avoid making any so-called "bro science" claims. I am wondering, do I need to drink much more water to support the effects of testosterone that RoP may give me?

The sessions I get the most expansion are virtually always the ones where I am erect for the most amount of time out of the session. I suppose I need to step my kegel game up.
 
Been lurking the forum since my last post. Got busy with other things in life but had made up my mind a long time ago that I'd come back to PE to meet my goals. Little more level headed about it now though. This forum has a lot of experience behind it and I appreciate that.

For now I'm mainly just using a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]hydropump[/words] and doing kegels. I've also been going to the gym a lot more and trying to increase my grip strength. Grip strength is very important in manual exercises, it really makes a difference in the force you can apply. Other than that, no RoP, no pills or anything.
