I have decided that in order to get the most out of Penis Enlargementing I should start a journal and log my gains and my excercises. The reason I have put it off though for the past couple of months that Ive been here is because my routine is very scattered- by this I mean that I don't really have a set routine that I do. If I stretch, then I do it for anywhere from 40-60 mins and I do whatever stretches I feel like- or maybe more accurately- I do whatever feels like it is working my package the most.
I do more stretches to the right, as I feel a really good stretch in my penis when going to the right. Its really hard for me to feel any kind of a stretch on the left side of my penis and if I can get it to where I feel it, its always from a tunica stretch. In fact, I do mostly tunica work as I feel like the lig excercises don't really do much for me- I can never feel a good stretch. I haven't stopped doing them all together, I just really focus on pulling straight out and higher.
I usually stretch every day, and this month Ive started doing girth excercises again. I do a jelq routine for like an hour also, sometimes a little less. I stayed away from doing too much girth work for the first two months because I didn't want it to affect my length gains, but theyre just so much fun to do! And I don't think its really going to have a negative affect on my length- if anything it should have a positive affect!
Right now I'm going to do my stretch routine- I'll post again after to see if I can get a handle on what I do exactly. :P
 
Done with like a good 50 minute stretch. I did a bunch of pulling straight out, left, right- some a-stretches, a bunch actually- a good amount of planted lig stretches and some various angled stretches.

I actually finally found out my LOT too. Its at around 6 oclock- hense my not really being able to get good lig stretches. I noticed though that when I get erect I can stretch my ligs by pushing down and to the right and kegeling- I get sore the day after doing a couple of these. I believe that this is because my ligs are tighter on the left side.

Later on today I'll do my jelq routine and some erect bends and some erect stretches (I know people advice against these, but I can get a really good upward stretch all along my tunica when I do these.) I can feel a nice inner penis stretch when I stretch erect. I'll post again later after the workout. ;)
 
You got a good routine and your a fast gainer i was looking at your stats im gonna start strecthing longer did you gain any girth.
 
I haven't really checked the girth as I've just started doing a serious girth routine, but soon I'll be checking it out. My girth routine consists of like around 500 (guessing) wet jelqs w/ some uli's, horse 440's, and dual consticted dry jelqs (w/head squeezed.) Keep in mind this routine goes for like an hour and I stretch after every couple of excercises for about 2 minutes. It feels like its really giving me a good workout after every session. I did a BPFSL the other day after a stretch routine (not erect) and I was up .5 inches from a month back (now 7.9)!
 
Forgot to mention that last night I was hanging out with this chick I met at work. Blehh- kind of hungover. Me head be hurty. Nevertheless, I will get my Penis Enlargement in today seeing as how I don't really have shit else to do. Yesterday, before I drank a few too many, I got a short like 30-40 minute jelq session in while watching some adult entertainment- made sure not to blow. Im not sure if Ive mentioned this before in my posts here, dont feel like going back and reading through, but I dont think that you should blow your load after a girth session. It feels to me like I lose whatever pump I had going and my penis shrinks up. I don't know for sure, but I listen to my body when it tells me something and it seems to be letting me know to lay off for a bit after a girth routine.

Anywho, I'm gonna go for like an hour long stretch session in a bit- post again later about how it went. Im sure Ill also get a good jelq routine in today also. I like to seperate the two by a few hours- I used to do them, while at school, one right after the other- jelq before the shower and then stretched after, but Im not quite sure if it was from lack of intensity or what but I never really gained. Now that I seperate my routines Ive gained very well, and now that Ive gained well Ive gotten much more into Penis Enlargement. Its an addictive cycle. :)

Got a good hour long stretch session in before- watched the simpsons on my computer the whole time, awesome! My dick is pretty sore I can feel it in the ligs a lot- at least I think its in the ligs. I was sore when I first started as I have been pretty consistent with my stretching and yesterday I was doing some erect bends to loosen up my tight ligs on the left side of my dick. It works pretty well, I just get really hard, kegel hard and push my boner down and to the right- really gets a nice stretch in the ligs.

Now, I think Im gonna go for a bit of a low level erection jelq session and finish off with a few horse 440's. Probably go for around 40-50 minutes and then Im off to bed- work at 5 am- fucking super!
 
Well I'm up a little past my bedtime, but whatever- just had a really good girth session. My dick is feeling pretty worked over right now. I went for a little over an hour and got plenty of dual compression dry jelqs, regular jelqs, edges-whole lot, some bends, and even some stretches. I can get a really good stretch pulling straight back while lying back when Im semi hard. To do this I get a reverse OK (palm away from my body) grip in the middle or a little lower on my shaft and pull up. This causes my skin to pull forward but my hand stops at my glans like in a normal stretch, and I yank away. Now I really need to get to bed. work :(
 
Well, I measured my girth yesterday and I'm just about at 5.25- that puts me almost at my long term goal of 5.5- Hydromaxmmm, possibly changing that long term goal to 6... Yeah 6 sounds good. Anyway, today I was lazy and my dick is feeling pretty worn out from some intense workouts over the past week, so I just had a quick 20/20 stretch/jelq workout tonight. I wasnt planning on taking any time off really, but I think my dick really could use a couple days of light routines. We'll see how the little buddy is doing tommorow.

Went down to school today to look for jobs, blehh, long ass drive, but I got a good kegel workout in as I was driving back. And, before I went I did like 20 minutes of jelqing with my morning wood, though it was kind of hard with the lawn guys mowing. Had a nice productive workout a couple of minutes ago- 45 minute stretch routine. Something I have negelected to mention in the past is the fact that I usually take a break when stretching about twice each hour long session and put the heating pad on my package. Sometimes I need to do it if I get a little hard, but mainly because it feels like it really loosens stuff up. I get a better stretch when my dick is properly heated- I also usually stretch after I get out of the shower, so thats my warmup.

I was feeling pretty sore when I started and had to go slowly at first, more so than usual, but after about 5 minutes I got into full- stride.

Should be getting my BIB in the mail pretty soon, but not before school I dont think. I'm going to moving there and living in an apartment with 3 other guys. Well, Ive done two jelq sessions so far today, one wet in the morning with the morning wood and one dry while watching some adult entertainment. I decided to ditch the idea that I was just going to primarily stretch and not do girth workouts as I measured today even though I wasnt supposed to, and I was just about at 6.5 NBPenis EnlargementL. By the end of the month I want to be bonafied 6.5 and Ill be able to say that Ive hit my first big Penis Enlargement landmark- my short term goal. Itll be nice to bring something like that back to school with me.

Of which, Ive been thinking that Im so excited about all this stuff that I know Im going to be drunk with my friends/ roomates and tell them about my conquests. These new gains have really amped me up to reall go for it in the final stretch before I move back down to school.

Woke up and did my new morning routine with the morning wood. This is starting to become a good habit, as it is hard for me to wake up and get out of bed usually. Now, with this habit/ routine, Im becoming a 'creature of habit, and waking up at an earlier time, consistently, and getting my day started off right.

Man, last night I think I took the hottest bath of my life- I accidentally left the water on pure hot water when filling it for too long. I did my stretch routine after and it went great, except for the fact that my core temp. was so hot that I couldnt stop sweating! Kinda gross. I dont have work until 7 tonight so I think Im going to go for a 30-40 minute stretch session after my shower before work. Then, after work Im going to go for a 40-50 minute wet jelq/ girth routine. I gotta get some kind of padding for this clap so I can really give it a go- only thing is I hear guys saying that clamping causes them to bleed out their pee hole sometimes. Kind of makes me hesitate going for a clamp routine regularly. When I do get it going though, the first time that happens, will be the last time I use clamps ever. No bleeding penis for me thanks- my other manuals are doing just fine without causing any bleeding.

Just got done with my stretch routine before work. It went a little over 20 minutes, around 24-25. Its nice to not always have like a 50-60 minute long stretch session. I think after work Im going to try to get another one in for the same amount of time. At the end of the stretch session I did a bit of a measurement just for kicks- my BPFSL is... drum roll please- 8"- Im pretty damn pleased with that, especially since when I started it was around 7.2 I believe.
 
Welllllll, yesterday I got two jelq sessions in since i did one, fell back to sleep, woke up with wood again and did another. Later on I did a stretch session for like 20 minutes I think, cant really remember. I also did a dry jelq routine for like 30-40 minutes and did some compression jelqs- horse440s? Today I woke up real tired and only did a couple minutes of jelqs. Im going to take a shower now and then have an all out stretch session. My dick is pretty damn sore though, but Im waiting until thurs., when I move back to school, to take a day or two off- otherwise Id be taking today off to recover.

It feels like something is tight in my dick and needs to be loosened up. This is what I think all the stretching Ive been doing is helping me with. I finally moved into my apt. down at school- its an OK place, just kinda sucks to be off campus as now its away from the whole college scene. Been thinking about my ex-gf, of about 2 weeks now, a lot- moving back down to school has really made me think about her so much. Kind of makes me feel shitty, even when I though I was happily pretty much over her. Im sure this will pass, but Ive felt pretty shitty today, even though earlier I got the job that I wanted at a nice restaurant right down the road. I def. need another girl to get the last one off my mind. I already had a bit of a rebound girl, but she went back to school in Virginia, like 5 hours away. Not that I really wanted anything long term with this other girl, I guess her leaving has a plus and minus to it. I think, even though this is my third year moving down to school, I really have a bad case of homesickness too. I am home right now, picking up the rest of my stuff, and I kind of just wish I could stay here. I don't really want to go back. I'm hoping though that once work starts Ill have more to do and to keep my mind off of everything and hopefully meet someone at work too.

I'm back-- not that anyone is actually reading this thread anyway, but I am back. I haven't kept up with my pe routine pretty much at all after the first month of being down here. I'm looking to re-measure, hopefully tommorow sometime to see if I have lost any gains. Before I get into what routine I will be implimenting for the future, a bit of journalizing: I have been quite successful with the ladies since I've been down here and have no complaints in that department.

In fact, I actually think that I owe my success to the confidence that this site gave me. I can honestly say that the girls that Ive been with have all been very satisfied with what I have gave them. I don't really know if its the size that has anything to do with it, but im very confident sexually now, and I dont really ever get nervous around girls anymore. Alright, time to set some goals for myself here. Oh, and I checked my measurements, though not officially since I didnt have a ruler. How did I do this you might ask, well Ill tell you. I found out how big a dollar was: 6.14 cm long. This was approximately how long I was before my break from Penis Enlargement, I was about 6.25, but hovered in the area (NBPenis EnlargementL). So, I marked how long my dick was on a piece of paper and then went for my dollar to see if it was about that big or what... no cash, fuck! But, always an alternate route- I found out how big a candian note was- alomost 6.25 cm- even better. I used the canadian note i had from when i was there on vacation last month and bingo... Im still at about 6.25. No losses to report at all.

I believe that i owe my permanent gains to the fact that I have always kept a good stretch routine when Ive been actively Penis Enlargementing. I think that stretching really is the best Penis Enlargement tool for me, and what Im looking to do- add permanent length. Though, I will still be doing some nice hard dry jelqs fairly often, just to have all my bases covered...

Had a good stretch session- I think I used the blasters right for the first time ever! I dont think that I was kegaling the right muscles before- Now I was kegeling not just the muscles in my dick so much, but more so the muscles in the abdomen above my dick.
 
I can't believe I was away from Penis Enlargement for five months?!?! I love this shit. I think I got out of it because I stopped checking out this site, but now I'm back and really into it again. Ive been getting at least two dry jelq sessions in per day and then after I shower I get about a 30 minute stretch session in. Piss pulls throughout the day too. Ive been trying to get two stretch sessions in per day as I really want to get somemore length going on.

I have a hanger, but I havent tried it out, and I probably won't until much later on down the road. Ive added blasters to my routine and am really enjoying them. I never did them correctly I dont think and i never liked how they got me semi erect when I tried them before. The other night I was so stoned (weed brownie) and I had me a stretch session- it helped me focus on the right muscles to flex to do the blasters.

I measured after my first workout today (dry jelqs) and I was at 6.5 nbpel, but my bpel was the same so it was just the pump from the session, but I think I should be able to get there by next month... hopefully itll be a nice b-day present to myself. Then- on to 7 nbpel. I hope to close in on that by the end of the year. That'll give me the confidence to know that Ive got a nice big one. I already am pretty confident about my dick and I def. am confident in how I use it, I just want to be considered 'big.' Plus if I fuck my ex- which seems to be a very likely situation, I want her to feel the difference. But more on that later.;)
 
Had a really good stretch session after my shower tonight- about a half hour. Although I couldnt get the same feeling I had the other night in the abdomen when I kegeled and stretched. After that I chilled for a bit and then had a harcore girth session- my dick feels worked. Hanging nice too.

Thats something I noticed when I came back to Penis Enlargement recently- my dick hangs a lot better (longer) when Im Penis Enlargementing. This gives me confidence and I like the feeling of my cock flopping around in my pants. Its weird to say, but its true.
 
My goal of 6.5 has been met!! Ive been measuring the past few days everytime I get a boner and each time, if I kegel a little I can just reach 6.5. I think that the time I took off from Penis Enlargement helped me with these quick gains Im getting now that Im back at it. I can't wait to get to my next goal of 6.75 and then finally to my long term goal of 7.

About to get a haircut and then have a jelq session (dry) and then maybe do some wet jelqs before my shower since Ive neglected to do them since I got back in the game and then finish it all off with about 20 minutes of stretches.

Well, it finally happened- I had sex with my ex girlfriend. The story you ask, but of course dear reader:

Well, today was a good day in general for reasons other than Penis Enlargement, but also because of it too! Ok just got in my first Girth routine of the day- about 45 minutes, my dry jelq routine.

Ok, to update... Yesterday I did 3 girth sessions: the one in the morning that I posted after and then another later on before my shower. I usually do a hardcore girth workout before my shower and ejac. at the end of it. Then after my shower I go into my stretches for about 25-40 minutes.

I feel that this is a good method because during my girth routines I flex my PC muscle a lot and work it the whole time that Im jelqing pretty much. This leaves the muscle fatigued and in a great state for stretching the penis. The ejaculating and the shower leave the penis loose and would leave the penis in an ideal state for stretching also.

I measured my mornining wood yesterday and it was at around 6.75 x 5.15.

Then, after the stretches I do a short dry jelq session- short but still as intense as possible- and don't ejac. This leaves me with a great hang and also my penis feels worked, but healthy.
