I just did the beginner workout dld advicates yesterday. Stretching followed by 300 jelqs for first two weeks then 600 jelqs after that. I did it in the morning and when I inspected my dick later in the day I noticed it was covered in bruises. I am pretty sure this is normal and they seemed superficial. The head of my dick was really bruised I think from squeezing it when I was stretching. The following day I wake up and my dick is a little sore...seems like the good stretched out sore you guys talk about. The only problem is it seems my dick is really shriveled today, more than normal. Is it just my dicks way of trying to heal? Seems like it is when it is really cold and trying to hide, lol. Anyone else experience this when first starting out?

Bruising and retraction CAN be symptomatic of training too intensely. Your penis is going to take some time to become accustomed to the manhandling involved in Penis Enlargement, or at least mine has. I still get spots very often when doing intense girth work but they're usually gone within 10-24 hours. Anyway a thought is to separate the girth work (jelqing) and the length work (stretching) so you could do girth one day and stretching the next. Otherwise just go easy at first and ramp up the intensity as you go along.
 
Yeah thank you for the advice. I did just girth work yesterday and this morning (3rd day practicing Penis Enlargement) the purple spotted bruising is gone. I am going to stretch again today and see if I get the bruising again. Maybe I won't stretch as hard this time. It seems like when I start something new I always go balls out...no pun intended. I can't wait to have a big giant DICK! Oh I also bought some Vaseline at the store like dld recommends and now my wife keeps asking what I need it for. I think I should probably just tell her what I am doing.
 
O.K. it is the end of my third day using P.E. and my bruises are gone and instead of my dick being shriveled I noticed it hanging most of the day. This was an awesome feeling. I also had sex with my wife tonight and my dick was super hard and I even kept an erection long after I squirted. This P.E. shit is awesome, it's like my new hobby. I did notice down towards the base of my penis being a little sore and I can't tell if it is the skin or deeper. Nothing too painful, just feels like skin is stretching like when you give someone a "snakebite" but not as bad.
 
Fourth day down and everything is going great. I can tell when doing my stretches that my dick is much more elastic and easier to stretch. It also seems that after my stretch session my dick hangs all day. I went to the gym this morning and had my first muscle workout since starting Penis Enlargement and I could tell my dick was shrunk immediately after the workout. I assume this is because my blood was in my muscles and not in my dick. One question for some Penis Enlargement vets....my dick feels like it itches a lot after a stretching session. Is this normal and a good sign? I know skin can itch sometimes if you have a stretch mark or something like that. In my next post I'll give my stats.
 
5th day of Penis Enlargement and I have only had time to do my stretching routine today. Hopefully I can work on girth jelqing tonight. I have noticed stretch forming on the base of my penis. I guess they aren't actually on my penis it is like where my fat pad and and penis meet. You actually can't really see them if I had hair there but I shave so I can see them. I am not at all worried about this because that means my skin is stretching and I have had stretch marks other places and I know they fade. Wooooohoooooo!
 
Yesterday was my 4th day doing Penis Enlargement, and I noticed a blue mark on the right under side of my shaft after my jelq session (as I posted in another thread). It kinda looks like a bruise but it also doesn't at the same time.

What did your bruises looks like and how big were they?

My bruise hasn't gone away and its been more than 24 hours, so I don't even know if it is a bruise.

Do you notice a stinging sensation around the glans when you're done with your jelqing session? Cause I get a slight stinging sensation around the shaft which is just slightly stronger around the glans.
 
Hey, I read your post as well. My bruises went away mostly in a day or two. I agree they looked like bruises kind of but also not. They were black, purple, blue, and pretty big. I had them on my head and top of shaft from stretching and squezzing to hard when doing it. It sounds like the location of your bruise is from jelqs. I do get a slight stingy feeling when I do jelqs and I think it is just because you are forcing that blood in there. It isn't really painful just a little stingy. When you jelq do you use both hands? Also do you change the position of where you thumb and index finger meet? I do because I did not want more pressure on anyone one side or spot of my penis. Try doing jelqs with both hands and try doing on rep with thumb and index finger on top of penis, then on the side, then on the bottom. Does that make sense?
 
Well resler I guess we'll be talking a lot cuz we're both fairly new to this and are gonna have a lot of info to share. Its good to have someone to discuss problems with when you first begin out.

Right now I'm doing one handed jelqs. I tried 2 handed jelqs but the problem was that my skin was getting in the way.

I pull my skin back at the base of my shaft with one hand and then do jelqs with the other hand. This way I'm focusing strictly on the tissue without the skin getting in the way. I certainly felt like a got a better jelq using this method. Try it and see if it feels better for you and then let me know.

Another thing you should focus on while doing jelqs is putting pressure on the sides. I did a lot of research on a lot of forums and the general consensus is that you will get amazing growth if you apply pressure on the sides on the penis. The corporus cavernosa is situated on the sides and that is what you are targeting for growth.The top and the bottom of the penis contain a lot of important veins and nerves that you wanna leave alone and not damage by applying too much pressure.

So the best method would be to make an ok with you palm on top of the shaft facing downwards. Try it this way applying pressure on the sides and tell me how it feels.

I'm on a one day on and one day off schedule. On my day off I hit the gym. This way I'm alternating days between Penis Enlargement and the gym. Its great though, cause the day after my Penis Enlargement session when I go to the gym and do some dead lifts or squats, the following day I feel growth in my penis due the testosterone and growth hormone surge from the squats and dead-lifts.

I know I've gone on pretty long, but just sharing my valuable info from my first week of Penis Enlargement.
 
O.K. I will concentrate on only working the sides of the penis when I jelq. I also pull the skin back when I jelq. What I do is just alternate using my freehand on the base of my dick to hold the skin back. Yes, I noticed a big difference holding the skin back instead of letting the skin go over the head. Much more pressure when you hold the skin back at the base of your penis. It takes a lot longer when alternating hands but you could do 10 with right hand then 10 with left and keep alternating sets of ten. Funny you mentioned deadlifts. I did them two days ago and it is the first time in a couple years that I have did them. Holy shit my back is so sore right now lower back and also my upper back trap area, it is such a great overall power move. What are your starting stats and how old are you?
 
Yeah that sound like a good idea switching hands after 10 reps. I will try that as well.

Today is my day off anyways, and I guess I'm gonna wait for the bruise to go away before I start even if it means missing tomorrow. No point in pushing it too much. After spending years in the gym I know its better to work out when you muscles have healed and are fresh, and I'm sure the same thing applies to the penis as well.

I'm 28 and I haven't measured all my stats yet but I measure 6 inches exact in length when I'm erect.

I should measure my other stats, so i will do that later on today and post it.

I am 29 and I was always an athlete in high school and college so I worked out a lot. That is until I got married and since being married for the last 5 years I have pretty much let myself go. Before getting married I measured around 5.5'' and was pretty girthy. When I got married I was about 200lbs and could bench 315 max and was lean enough to have a six pack. I now weigh 245lbs and am a weak ass. I saw a buddy from college and he was like wtf dude. My wife also asked me if it is possible my dick has shrank and honestly I think it has. I know losing weight will make it bigger but I think I have shrank even more than that, maybe because of low test. from no lifting and being tubby. I've been married for 4 years, but don't have a kid yet cuz I'm still a student. Planning on having my first within 2 years.

Well I haven't told her yet, but I'm definitely gonna tell her. I have experimented with Penis Enlargement last year. My wife asked me then whether I got thicker and I thought she was just saying it to make me feel good. Now that I think back I'm sure it must have had an effect but due to my hectic schedule I couldn't continue with it.

Haga, thanks for that link I'll read it today. I wish I would have stuck with Penis Enlargement when I first found out about it. Well I'll tell you something about doctors, I'm a medical student myself and to be honest 85% of doctors that I have come across in hospitals don't know anything other than the medical books they have read. In essence they don't know anything other than diseases and lifestyles. Trust me when I tell you there is nothing about penis enlargement in any medical textbook, hence the answers that you got.

Well my goal right now is to work on the basic exercises ie. stretches and jelqs for 6 weeks, and then I'm gonna add in some advanced exercises.
 
Well I have been going strong and haven't taken a day off yet. I guess I have been going for about a week and I can definitely tell a difference. I am hanging when flaccid and not shriveled all the time. I can also tell I am harder and feel thicker when erect. I did a penis inspection tonight and I have noticed probably 7 stretch marks on the top of my dick and I was super excited. They don't look bad they are just small brown or pink lines, whats the big deal? I have stayed on the beginner routines of stretches followed by 300 jelqs. After next week I'll be doing 600 jelqs and then maybe try out the dld A stretch. Exciting stuff!

You should start doing squeezes along with the DLD A Blasters. You'll get both length and girth that way.
 
Haga, don't use exam excuses. That is something I would always say to avoid going to the gym after getting married. You know the Penis Enlargement workout for us is only 30 minutes or less. Everyone has the time to fit that in to their day. Your my battle buddy in the Penis Enlargement effort so keep it up no excuses. Yeah I tried getting into the A stretch dld blaster last night but my wrists are really wide. I can get it around but their is no real slack. I think I am going to use the vacuum cleaner attachment because I don't have pvc pipe to do the assisted stretch. That should work right?
 
been away for a week or so, had 4 exams in 5 days...I jelqed in between, 15 minutes every day but didn't have time for anything more...

Yesterday had my full Penis Enlargement session after a week and I feel good.

As for the DLD blasters, don't use your wrists just yet. Right now use 2-3 fingers to form a fulcrum where you can bend your dick. We are not at the level where we can use wrists just yet, work up to it.

I started doing uli's and horse 440 squeezes yesterday, and I had a crazy pump. I was bigger at a 70% percent erection than a full erection, thats how pumped the horse squeezes made me.

Welcome back hope you did well on your tests. I have continued doing my basic stretches everyday and jelqing most days. I just tried doing the dld blasters with a couple fingers and I felt a deep stretch inside. I knew I was really stretching my inner penis when something scary happened. My dick popped! I got pretty scared, no pain just felt it pop. I will have to look up the odd uli and horse squeeze because I don't know what they are. Hey you need to take it easy in the beginning...I'm the same way I like going all out, but this is a sensitive area...its not like muscle or bone that it will heal...once you do some permanent damage you're fucked...a lot of people have had serious injuries going too intense in the beginning..

A pop is not actually a bad thing though, but you don't wanna make it pop all the time, cuz that means you're putting too much strain on the ligaments....once in a while pops are actually a good thing cuz that's how you know you're getting a good stretch...but remember, NOT ALL THE TIME.

By they way I've noticed that my dick is getting darker where I grab a hold of it for stretching....have you gotten some kind of change like that????

Yeah I need to make sure I don't over do it. Once I get motivated or learn something new it seems like that is all I can think about. That was the only time my lig popped and it has never happened before so I was pretty scared. It was definitely a scary but not painful feeling. I will check out those links you provided and try those excercises out. Yes I have noticed my dick darkening a little in some places. I also noticed that if I masturbate with lotion I can feel a little bit of my skin sluffing off like if you had a sunbun and skin peels. It is only a little bit of skin and I think it is probably coming from the stretched spots on my penis. It is only a little bit of dead skin so don't think my penis is like a peeled snake skin. Yeah I also experience the stinging when stretching the shaft skin. It feels kinda like a "snake bite where you twist someones arm skin" but on your penis, lol. The shaft skin for me is definitely stretching/growing though and even when my penis shrinks like during a workout, it has a lot more deep wrinkles than before. I haven't noticed the hair going up the shaft because I have kept my pubes shaved during this whole Penis Enlargement thing. I do think it is normal to have some hair going up the base of the shaft. Maybe one thing to combat this is by holding the pubic base down when doing shaft stretches. I do this by pulling down on my balls when I pull out with my penis. I really don't want the turkey next and this seems like the way to avoid it. Thanks for those links. Yeah the flacid hang is awesome and yeah balls hanging low is great. I use to wrestle in high school and college and to cut weight before my match I would run around in those vinyl sweat suits. I would sweat so much and inside the suit would get so hot. When I finally would take the suit off my balls would be hanging about down to my knees. o.k exaggeration but they would hand super low and it did feel kinda cool. LOL, Yeah I have looked at the member picks and being hung like some of those guys would be awesome. I think StillWantMore has just about the size I would like to have. Not insanely long because I like to go balls deep when I'm humping. I have been going everyday with no days off and I haven't seen any problems with it. There has been one day when I only stretched and did not do girth. I might start working in some rest days for my penis to recover once I increase the jelqs to 600. I also did this other move today which I think is the best. I could definitely feel the burn. I look up what is called and let you know. In December once my dick is conditioned I am going to begin clamping.

If you wanna get more girth like you said, you should start incorporating Ulis and Horse Squeezes into your routine. They are the best manual manipulation exercises for girth.

I want to get into clamping too, that's the next step. I think I'm gonna wait until January and then go crazy into it. I don't want my dick to be weak.

Another thing I would recommend is make sure you do PC exercises. They are very important. They are the basics for getting a big dick size. If you don't have the supply of blood and the underlying support then you will never build a really big tool.
 
You mentioned doing 600 jelqs...

Well I was gonna follow that 300 to 600 jelq routine, but I've come up with something else...

I read somewhere that half an hour of jelqing is enough, actually more than enough...

so what I do is do 3 sets of 10 minutes of jelqing...

Now during these sets I'm not focusing on how many jelqs I have to do. I'm focusing on INTENSITY. My usual jelq lasts for more than 3 seconds, usually 5-6 seconds. I do it nice and slow so that I get a uniform distribution of force throughout my shaft. The focus is to get a good expansion and stretch with the blood flow.

After I finish 1 set, I will do 3 uli's and 3 horse squeezes.

To be honest I probably don't even get close to 100 jelqs in half and hour (sounds pretty weird doesn't it), but it works great.

My cock is throbbing at the end of the session and is inflated like crazy. Then when I edge at the end, it honestly feels like I'm holding a steel pipe in my hand.

You might wanna try it just to see how its different to the way you do it.
 
The new girth exercise I have been doing is "isolated compression squeezes". They burn so good and you and really feel expansion taking place. I have also tried the horse squeezes like you recommended and they are pretty awesome. I also forgot about counting jelqs and just went with a time limit concentrating on the excercise and going slower. I think it was much more intense doing it like that. I have been doing my kegels and testicular massage since I started just haven't talked about it in my post. I took one day off yesterday from Penis Enlargement and I woke up with super hard morning wood so maybe that was the answer.

Did a combination of Ulis, Horses, and Compressions in between my intense jelqing...WOW what a killer workout...My dick is stinging all over. That's my marker for the intensity, the stinging...

Plus incorporated DLD blasters into my stretches, and I'm starting to feel that my dick is getting bigger...

Yeah the sting is great. When you feel it stinging during girth you just know you are pushing so much blood in there expanding things beyond their normal size. I need to get more familiar with the anatomy of the penis, but I know what I am feeling when doing Penis Enlargement. The stretching sting is totally different than girth sting, don't you agree? I just love how it hangs when I whip it out to take a piss. I might not be bigger when hard yet but I am turning into a shower instead of grower. I'll just briefly mention the important points.

There are 3 cylinders which house the blood...2 corpora cavernosa and 1 corpora spongiosum.

The corpora cavernosa are located on the sides, and corpora spongiosum on the bottom.

Which is why when you jelq you do it on the sides and bottom to get the best results.

The dorsal artery and dorsal vein of the penis are the major artery and vein supplying it and they run on the top. Which is why you should never apply pressure to the top, because they can be easily damaged.
 
Hey thanks for that link you have been very helpful supplying links to great info. I have been doing my jelqs the last few times with a reverse grip and have been getting better results I think. Jelqing the normal way was applying too much pressure to the top of my penis and I witnessed my major vein twisting and squiggling (weird word) when I squeezed and moved up my shaft.
 
I personally feel that you should place the palm on top of the shaft facing downwards. The ok sign with the thumb and index finger should be made on the bottom side of the shaft.

This way there is no pressure applied to the top at all. From my experience this is the safest way to do it and it should only be done this way.

It is very easy to apply pressure on the sides and on the bottom in this manner.

Also you should finish your jelq before you hit the glans. There are important venous tributaries around the head, and the all important nerve is on the underside immediately before the glans.
 
Today was my day off, so I just edged right now for 35 minutes.

I'm noticing that I've gotten really fat. I can't get my whole hand around my shaft anymore. I'm gonna measure my girth tomorrow.

I have also noticed that I haven't gotten much longer, but obviously I haven't measured it.

To be the girth gains look a lot more considerable than length gains.

I will measure myself tomorrow, just to see.

Welcome aboard WeeWee, Haga and I are new too and just bounce questions and advice off each other. Haga, when I said reverse grip for jelqs I meant like the same position and a uli but then just jelq. So my thumb and forefinger still meet at the bottom in an o.k. sign. It just seems easier for me to get all the way down to the base when starting the jelq this way. I know I have some flaccid length gain and when I stretch it flaccid it is a little longer. For erect size the increase has come in girl and I have not measured but to me it is very noticeable. Last time I jelqed I got out the toilet paper role and just my head and glands fit in. I was so excited by this because before my dick easily fit into the paper roll. Lets keep it going strong.

yeah I hang really low flaccid, but I just haven't seen it in the erections yet.

I figure it will take a while to get longer. Ligaments are made up of strictly collagen, and the body takes a bit longer to build collagen than it does regular cells.

The cylinders which house the blood are a mixture of collagen, muscle, and endothelial cells. The muscle and the endothelial cells grow faster than collagen.

I guess this is why we are getting thicker a lot faster than getting longer.
