I am still progressing even while not doing a "routine". I am slowly confirming the mitosis "flow" part of my PMS theory. I am not trying to prove that intense concentrated workouts do not work, but rather that very light and brief exercises performed many times a day may be just as effective. This is not something that is a "goal" of my experiments, but rather a very small piece of the overall puzzle of a PMS.

To be honest, I have been doing a tiny "routine" at night before bed. But it is only to stretch my balls :D Basically, I spend about fifteen minutes or so massaging and stretching my scrotum and testes. Ironically, my testes are hanging significantly lower making my flaccid hand appear smaller LOL So it is a little funny, as my flaccid length does continue to get longer, it can't keep up with the rate of my sack hanging lower. I am not concerned about this as I really do want my balls to hand pretty low as I have always hated them being so close to my body. Now when I lay down at night on the bed, so do they. LOL Although it feels weird having my balls hang past my anus while laying on my back. :D

Note that when I am stretching my scrotum, I also lightly stretch my penis in the opposite direction by pulling my glans away from the sack tug so as to minimize any turkey neck that would develop.

As to how I improve my flaccid? Nothing fancy, especially now without a "traditional" routine. I simple stretch moderately, very little in the way of intensity as would be suggested by the general community, many times a day. A minute here, two minutes there, but many, many times throughout the day. But I don't stop and do like 45 minutes of continuous dedicated stretching. I am working on a tiny fraction of an overall theory here.

If I had to make a suggestion to someone else that is not "experimenting", it would be to stretch with a force that you can tolerate for the longest possible period of time. Being as how the cell cycle works and mitosis works, this is the absolute best that you could possibly do to lengthen your penis over time.

As to some factors that can greatly facilitate this stretching or elongation which triggers mitosis. HEAT! Lower the tensile strength of the collagen, and you will get more effective stretch for a given force or effort. Placement, attachment, or position of force. Do as best you can to apply [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]traction[/words] force to the glans as this more effectively places stress on internal rather than external tissues. (Note that it is important to stretch the skin because this tissue can "fight" or resist elongation of the internal tissues, however, we do tend to want to work on the internal tissues as these are more resistant to elongation.)

What do you use L Histidine for? Is it a supplement you use before exercising or just in your regular diet?

actually, started at 5 bpel and now at ~8.5 bpel =D i first started with jelqs and stretches, and got to 500 jelqs/20-40 mins of stretching a day (7 days a week). i was constantly adding, changing, and tweaking exercises. most of all, i was having FUN!!!! making anything a pleasurable experience will make you more likely to continue frequently and have a lot of success. i currently am in love with the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words]/Bathmate combo, but i am busy 7 days a week with school work, work, and attempting to get some sleep. [Week 10 Update] "Mixed Messages"

Okay. The numbers, for the first time so far, are I will admit confusing. Flaccid hang is down, but flaccid girth is up. Flaccid stretch is down, but erect length jumped significantly. To be honest, I don't know what to make of it. These numbers seem counter-intuitive.

Flaccid girth up is good, because until now, I was running "negative" numbers from the start with this stat. So I will gladly take a 1/4" gain in girth for the loss of an 1/8" in length since the last measurement. :D

The same can almost be said of flaccid stretch being down, but erect length taking a nice jump. Although, the basically static flaccid stretch measurement over the last month and a half is worrisome to say the least. I will have to take immediate action to remedy this stagnation. Flaccid stretch is THE indicator for potential erect length from all of the scientific documents that I have read. So increasing flaccid stretch is going to be priority number one over the next little while.

As is evident from the chart, my erect length has surpassed flaccid stretch. This indicates to me that there is little or no further potential erect gains without first increasing longitudinal collagen fibers in my penis.

The plan. I will have to return to using high heat to weaken the tensile strength of the collagen while stretching along with a slight increase in intensity or force used.

For those who have not been following closely. I have not "worked" out in over a month in the conventional sense. Simply brief stretches many times a day is all I have been doing for about a month. Gains were still being produced without high intensity or dedicated "workouts" or "routines". I just want to verify that "flow" of new cells entering mitosis was just as important as the number of cells induced at any one time. (But that is all just for the "files" of the larger PMS theory. :D)

To reiterate, the biggest focus over the next two weeks to a month is in increasing my flaccid stretched length. Ideally, I always want the flaccid stretched length to be about a half inch longer than my erect length so that I am sure that I have "potential" length to fill. When I cannot fill the potential length, I know that I can focus more on blood engorgement exercises and such to increase my ability to produce blood pressure differential within the penis. Huh? Stretch to increase erect length potential, engorge to increase pressure differential ability. :D

P.S. I am using one of those rulers with an 1/8" inch "dead spot", so all of the measurements that I have been taken are actually 1/8" short of actual dimension. So I am now officially 6" erect, slightly above average for the first time in my life. LOL
