I may have injured myself. :( Hopefully, it is very short-term in nature. If anyone has any ideas or suggestions, please help.

[Update Week Four]

Considering I had an "injury" this week (week four) I am very happy to update my measurements. I am still gaining nicely, even though my "normal" workout was basically non-existent during the fourth week.

Flaccid length and girth had no change during the last two weeks, but for the month the over 1/2" gain in flaccid length is more than I would have hoped for expected in the beginning. :D

Gains continue coming in in erect length and girth though :D A 1/4" inch in length and 3/8" in girth overall for the month isn't shabby at all. I am pleased.

What I am happiest about is the 7/8" increased flaccid stretch in a month. I have no hesitation is stating that I will probably get to about an 1 1/2 increased stretch over the next month, even if the rate of change decreases. This is significant in my opinion, as the medical community clearly, uses this as a direct correlation to potential erect length. So I am basically waiting for my erection gains to catch up to its potential :D

But yeah, week four itself was a little bit of a downer from one perspective. I was barely able to do any actual workout. On the really positive side of going through that injury, I did get a chance to devote a significant amount of additional time "playing" with my balls.

And they do feel great. In combination with the jelqing and stretching of my balls and the "sperm-boosting cocktail" I have been on, they are noticeably lower and heavier. Which is great!

Looking at today from the perspective of a month, and not just two weeks though, I am very pleased with my results so far. Especially considering I was only able to get three real weeks of exercise in. :D :D :D

I am sorry for being a little brief with this update today, I do have a lot to say and a lot that I have been working on, but my plate is getting pretty full with things going on here and in other areas of my life right now.

But I will be charging ahead full steam my Brothers. My "injury" is pretty much defeated at this point. Last night I was able to get in a decent, albeit not particularly long, workout without experiencing any difficulty. I just have to slowly build up my intensity again to my pre-injury state. I am going to do so in a manner where I am comfortable that it will not cause another. :D

P.S. I will get a volume measurement going in this thread too, and I was actually going to take it this morning, but I realized that I did not have a container with sufficient markings to accurate gauge the total volume with relevent precision. I will make up a simple container or add markings to what I already have for the data. :D

Now to the interesting part. I am always experimenting of course. LOL So over the last two weeks I have not worked out like a routine. No "sessions" whatsoever. Trying to lightly tip-toe around some of my ideas, I wanted to see what would happen if I didn't work out in a conventional sense. I did not use any of the elevated heat, that I have proven to myself is very effective either.

So what did I do? Instead of a conventional session in the morning and a "workout" of sorts at bedtime lasting anywhere between a half-hour to a full hour for either session. I simply did one or two minute sessions thrown in throughout the day. (The reason for doing so are rather lengthy and will all be explained after a lot more experimenting LOL but you might get a glimpse from a distorted perspective if you have been following any of my PMS ramblings. :D) Anyway, spending no more than about fifteen or twenty total minutes over a typical day with comparatively little intensity doing little more than "easy" stretches, I have still seen gains.

Now it may seem contrary to a PMS what I have done, but when looking at it from a "flow perspective" over the course of a day, it is a brief glimpse into maximizing efficiency. :D If you are confused...you will see in time. LOL

good work. nice gain in girth. Trying a low intensity 24/7 routine to gain also some girth. very light clamping but all day trying to get as much erections as possible.

Thanks DDC :) That is about half of the whole reason for this thread. To maybe someday be an example to other short guys to see how much can be done with Penis Enlargement. @irsprow man that flaccid is bumpin and jumpin bro lol... i wish my flaccid was closer to my erect. my flaccid is about 2.25 inches shorter than my erect...smh but anyways, what are you doing to upgrade that flaccid so quickly big dog...

[Week 8 Update]

I am still progressing even while not doing a "routine". I am slowly confirming the mitosis "flow" part of my PMS theory. I am not trying to prove that intense concentrated workouts do not work, but rather that very light and brief exercises performed many times a day may be just as effective. This is not something that is a "goal" of my experiments, but rather a very small piece of the overall puzzle of a PMS.

To be honest, I have been doing a tiny "routine" at night before bed. But it is only to stretch my balls :D Basically, I spend about fifteen minutes or so massaging and stretching my scrotum and testes. Ironically, my testes are hanging significantly lower making my flaccid hand appear smaller LOL So it is a little funny, as my flaccid length does continue to get longer, it can't keep up with the rate of my sack hanging lower. So visually, my flaccid appears like it is getting smaller contrary to the measurements. I am not concerned about this as I really do want my balls to hand pretty low as I have always hated them being so close to my body. Now when I lay down at night on the bed, so do they. LOL Although it feels weird having my balls hang past my anus while laying on my back. :D

Note that when I am stretching my scrotum, I also lightly stretch my penis in the opposite direction by pulling my glans away from the sack tug so as to minimize any turkey neck that would develop.

Leaker, thanks for the recipe. And I wish that I could wrap all day...I just have not found a way to wrap that does not cut off my circulation yet. :(

As to how I improve my flaccid? Nothing fancy, especially now without a "traditional" routine. I simple stretch moderately, very little in the way of intensity as would be suggested by the general community, many times a day. A minute here, two minutes there, but many, many times throughout the day. But I don't stop and do like 45 minutes of continuous dedicated stretching. I am working on a tiny fraction of an overall theory here.

If I had to make a suggestion to someone else that is not "experimenting", it would be to stretch with a force that you can tolerate for the longest possible period of time. Being as how the cell cycle works and mitosis works, this is the absolute best that you could possibly do to lengthen your penis over time.

As to some factors that can greatly facilitate this stretching or elongation which triggers mitosis. HEAT! Lower the tensile strength of the collagen, and you will get more effective stretch for a given force or effort. Placement, attachment, or position of force. Do as best you can to apply [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]traction[/words] force to the glans as this more effectively places stress on internal rather than external tissues. (Note that it is important to stretch the skin because this tissue can "fight" or resist elongation of the internal tissues, however, we do tend to want to work on the internal tissues as these are more resistant to elongation.)
