[Prelude and Insight to My Personal Journey]

Hello All,

My intention here is to document the Penis Enlargement journey of a truly tiny specimen. My little guy has functioned well enough (for me at least) throughout my life. I have no real complaints, other than my internal feelings of being small in relation to others, about my mini me. I have always "seemed" to give and receive pleasure having sex throughout my life and have always "seemed" to have very good, if not exceptional, staying power, erection strength, etc. Now if I had continued to be on the dating scene throughout my life, I may have gotten to this point of getting serious about Penis Enlargement a long time ago simply because I know that I am statistically quite small. And whipping out my elevator button sized prick in front of a new woman every week for forty plus years or so probably would have made me desperate to make a change before. However, I had my normal teenage sex life without incident, seemingly getting "lucky" as much as, or more so, than my peers. So that period of my life, didn't necessitate any changes for me. I met my beautiful wife while in my late teens, married, and stayed with her for the next twenty-five years. We had what I thought was really good sex, so again, no problem seemed to be apparent and I was not forced to change.

Now to the present day. My wife left me for my best friend of over twenty years and I am now alone for the first time in twenty-five years. The ugly situation of our breakup aside, I now find myself facing the prospect of reentering the dating scene or being alone for the remainder of my life. (I know this is all maybe too personal, but I feel that people's reasons for getting serious about Penis Enlargement are enlightening and reveal true motivation and true intent, so bear with me.) So basically, my whole life I was content with what I had had and never felt the need to change my penis. Now, however, I am faced with a prospect of something that I have not had to consider in a long time. That of meeting new women and thus forming new sexual relationships. Obviously, there is enough anxiety facing a situation that you never ever thought that you would be facing again in your life. I realize now, that my once irrelevant anxiety about penis size, is a deal breaker when added onto the normal anxiety of entering a new life phase. So this is why I am now finally embarking on the Penis Enlargement journey seriously for the first time. (I have sporadically experimented off and on with Penis Enlargement before just out of curiosity, but nothing serious or prolonged.)

I feel now that I need a bit of extra confidence to move on with my life. I feel that I now need that little bit of extra confidence to get over the hurdle of starting that next phase of my life in the dating world. Plus, if you are reading this, you already know that it is a natural desire for most men, to want to feel secure in the "manhood", and to even want or desire maybe even an "advantage" above their peers. It would just feel good emotionally to have a significant penis. Me personally, I would be vastly encouraged and happy short-term to even be average sized, as I am particularly small statistically speaking. Sure, long-term, it would be exhilarating to be larger than average. Although I would probably want to show it to everyone and anyone if that ever happened because I was never in that position before. :D Hey! Check this out!!! LOL.

Anyway, that is the background and motivation behind this journey of mine that I am now embarking upon. The specifics reason for this particular thread are both selfish and benevolent. Selfish, because I want to document my journey in public, have something constructive to do in this horrible period of my life, and have something to look forward to and strive for in daily life. Also, because I need my "own place" to vent my ideas, findings, theories, and insane rants along my journey. Benevolent, because if I am successful, as I believe that I will be in the long-run either way, I would be pleased to provide an honest, accurate, and hopefully inspirational story to others who are as significantly small as myself. Mainly, because I would like to show that anyone, no matter how small, or no matter how unhappy they are with their member, can indeed make changes to benefit themselves in the face of the "universally" accepted notion that one cannot improve their penis significantly.

Now the heavy lifting must begin. :D This is going to be mortifying, but I will post my pics and sizes to serve as the reference starting point. I see too many journeys that are viewed skeptically because this simple, if maybe embarrassing step was not taken to begin with. I will bite the bullet for all the tiny guys out there, my God have mercy on my soul. LOL!

To all of the tiniest among the world, follow me in the realization of some basic truths. One, to truly and consistently believe in anything no matter how absurd, is to make it commonplace within the world in which you live. Two, there is nothing that you cannot do if you truly want to. Three, (and this is related to those with tiny penises like me, and particularly relevant to Penis Enlargement):

We, of the tiny penis species, have the most assured path to significant growth in Penis Enlargement, because we cannot possibly get smaller. There is no evidence anywhere, medical or otherwise, where someone has made there penis disappear by using Penis Enlargement. :D

Okay, the third was just a joke...or was it??? Haha

Okay, so it makes sense to put up the initial numbers and photos now. Gulp! As embarrassing as this is, it is something that needs to be done. First, I will not be posting pictures a lot, although I will be storing them regularly for myself on my computer. I will probably only update the photos when I believe that I see something visually noticeable. This might be anything visually different even if it does not represent "gains". Although I will certainly post updated photos when "gains" are measurably significant even if "visually" it is not. (That is just as interesting in my opinion.) And now that I think about it, the pictures are pretty poor in quality and precise camera angle and distance is virtually impossible, I will post pictures again with a common reference object in the near future. I should have thought about this first, but that is part of the learning process. :D Got it! I will put up some more photos in comparison to a common tissue (or toilet) paper roll as a reference object in the future. This can serve as a good, solid, predictable reference point in comparison to my genitalia. Rulers are hard to see in the photos, and again there are issues with camera angle and distance, not to mention lighting, etc, etc. But these initial offerings will serve the initial purpose as "proof" of my extremely small stature :D I will also use rulers in the future too so that no one thinks that maybe I am altering the toilet paper reference object too. Remember, the photos I put up are for proof, not funny art! :D

Okay, here goes...no laughing!

As to the numbers or measurements. I will only be using bone-pressed measurements because I personally feel that the bone is a steady reference unlike the belly which is different day by day depending on a lot of factors. I just personally feel that it is not precise enough to use as a reference point for measurement from the skin. Accuracy is going to be difficult enough to get anywhere near scientifically acceptable. (If you do not know the difference between accuracy and precision...well that is a research topic for you :D ) I am not saying that non-bone-pressed is useless, it is just not something that I will be using, as I am quite thin and have a relatively very low body fat percentage either way. I have only about a 1/4 inch "fat pad" anyway, so it is not a big difference anyway. I know that I am long-winded, but I want to be clear on why I do what I do so that no one will be confused who might follow this thread.

As of 01/23/2012 my numbers are thus:

Flaccid length: 3.5625" or 3 9/16

Flaccid stretched length: 4.875" (hell, you all can do the math for the fraction, LOL)

Flaccid girth: 3.9375"

Erect length: 5.25"

Erect girth: 4.125"

[Early Lessons]

Hello All,

Okay, the initial numbers were from 01/23/2012. I am just four days in. I want to point out that I am not in a "routine" in the strict sense as of yet. I plan on spending at least the first two weeks or so in a sort of "experimental" or "penile acquaintance" phase. (Maybe longer or shorter depending on what I feel or learn) In a very general sense, I have spend the first four days with the very basics that I learned about many years ago, before sites like this even existed. Mind you, I was never serious or committed to Penis Enlargement before, but do have some limited experience and have "dabbled" with it from time to time just out of curiosity. Again, I have not started a specific routine yet, I am in a discovery, pre-conditioning phase. This is going to be a long, hopefully for my penis too :D, journey into Penis Enlargement, and not a sprint. :D

So what have I actually been doing during the first four days? Well, mainly the very basics, the time-tested methods which have been around forever. Jelqs, stretches, and Kegels. There are great descriptions of "proper" technique on this site by very experienced individuals and I will not pretend to be an expert. If you have never done or read about Penis Enlargement before, look around this site for details on how to do these things "correctly".

Loosely, my workouts have gone approximately like this to start: Ten minutes in hot bath while Kegeling continuously, alternating between quick reps and extended holds during the warm-up. I do this to consolidate my time, warming up while getting in a good ten minutes straight of Kegel exercise. I alternate between quick reps and holds so that I don't have to stop. When I fatigue from doing quick reps, I can do a hold to build up a little [words=http://fleshlight.sjv.io/c/348327/302851/4702]stamina[/words]. I find that when I cannot hold any longer that I can return to doing the quick reps again and vice versa. Maybe not textbook, but it seems to work great for me. I know that I cannot do just either quick or hold Kegels for ten straight minutes, but I can do continuous Kegels while alternating flexes and holds. (As an added note: I do try to do Kegels throughout the day whenever I think about it. It is already getting to be quite natural. I find myself doing them while at work walking around without even realizing sometimes already. I have noticed that I even am a little taken aback at times when I realize that I am NOT doing them and proceed to start flexing. Read up on Kegels, they are a staple of Penis Enlargement, easy to do, and have many benefits. I hope to be able to blow sperm through a piece of plywood one day like a rifle :D )

After warming up, I move to stretches. As of now I do not use a set program of stretching, however I do try to stretch in many different ways for at least another ten minutes or so. What I mean is that I am still focusing on which stretches have the most pull on my ligaments and other areas of my penis. For example, I have noticed that, for me personally at this point, upward, or straight up stretches, have absolutely no stretch feeling to me whatsoever, while straight down stretches do feel the most intense to me. Bundled stretches, for me, do not add to the intensity, but modified V-Stretches and such do add significantly to the intensity. In other words, I spend my ten minutes or so trying to find how to get the most intense stretches for my penis by varying techniques, angles, and grips to find what is most productive for my penis. (I keep talking about "my" penis, because I believe that everyone will probably be slightly different and will benefit most by techniques, angles, grips that are unique to "their" particular penis makeup. ie. Some will find that unlike me, that perhaps upward stretches would be more intense than downward for them, depending on their current penis limitations and structure.) I will speak at the end of this post with other things that have worked for me personally in regards to stretching at this point.

After stretching I move on to Jelqing (loosely defined :D). Here I spend another solid ten minutes of experimental work with blood manipulation, as this is how I simply view Jelqing. LOL. You experienced guys might laugh at some of this experimentation. I have not decided on a particular lube as of yet so I do a modified version of Jelqing. (I want to find a substance that serves a specific purpose that I will relate to you all when I have done some more research.) So being in a hot tub with no lube would really be like dry jelqing and I do not want to stretch my skin on the bottom of my shaft. So I do not do a conventional jelq as of yet. What I do do is to use successive fingers to engorge my penis and manipulate the blood flow and concentration. For example, I will use a few fingers to "slide" the blood from my inner penis(?) up to the exposed base. This probably needs some explanation as I don't know the correct terminology yet. I try to find the most rearward part of the shaft(?) well behind the scrotum, almost near my anus, I can feel a tube or vein or something back there and can slide my fingers forward against it to force the blood to the base of my external penis. Once I get the blood to my base I do the standard okay grip to trap that internal blood within my external penis. Then I progressively, one by one, close additional fingers forcing the blood forward towards my glands. When I run out of fingers, I simply make the okay sign with the other thumb and index against my other closed hand, and do the same thing until I run out of penis :D For the first time ever(!) I was able to get two whole hands completely on my penis behind the glans. (A big deal to me, as I would never have imagined that that was possible for me.) I cannot even stretch my flaccid penis this far, too painful, but I can get two whole hands around my penis when engorging it with blood in the above manner.

I know the above was long-winded in regard to a modified jelq, but it was revolutionary to me, as I never heard a description of something like that. (Could be ignorance on my part of course.) In much shorter description, I force blood from my inner penis, vein, tube, whatever, as far back as I can find near my anus by stroking, rubbing, sliding my fingers upon it until the blood reaches the base of my external penis. I then successively close fingers around my penis one by one, imagine 8 okay signs maybe?, forcing the blood towards my glans. There is no "stroke" or "milk" action here. After that when I run out of fingers :D, I take the first hand that is no longer holding blood, grap the base of my glans and give a light stretch and hold. And I have been doing this for the most part for my ten minute "engorgement" exercises.

The slight variations that I use with the above technique: After getting to the last finger, I release the base hand, Kegel, reapply a single okay at the base (to add more blood), and then use the top hand to force blood back towards the base. The penis is fully engorged and if I never let go of the base okay, I can basically manipulate the blood back and forth along the shaft by moving the placement of my okay signs. I can place the majority of blood into any specific point along the shaft that I want to. So this variation I use to stress or "baloon"(?) base, mid-shaft, or any point to see how it feels, and which areas feel most intense. Again, this is all experimentation and self-discovery in preparation for designing a routine targeted to my particular penis.

After doing the engorgement exercises, I simply sit in the hot tub and let the fatigue go away naturally. I do do light stretching during this time, usually only about fine minutes or so. Note the stretches are not nearly as intense as the actual exercise stretches, but just enough to feel "extended". Again, playing with angles, twisting, squeezing and the like, just to learn the different feelings.

So that is my rough half hour experimental, pre-conditioning, self-learning routine as of now. Also, like I alluded to earlier, I try to do as many Kegels as possible throughout the day. Even whenever I urinate, I try to start and stop my stream as many times as possible until I empty my bowels completely. I will do a quick 30 second stretch every time I urinate. And before bed I do various stretches for a little while, nothing set in stone, just moderate stretching. I also like to do a modified Lazy Stretch when going to sleep. I take my extended penis from my stretching, lift my knees to my chest, place the head of my penis between my thighs, then extend my legs back to the lying down position with the head of my penis trapped between my thighs. This is a pretty intense downward stretch and then I just try to fall asleep. I wish that I could just wrap my penis like this, but I have not found a method that works for me to do so comfortable or effectively yet.

Don't worry, this is all very wordy, but that is only because this is all new. And I am just putting this out to show the type of experimental type that I am and the thought processes that I am going through. Once I am clear on specifically what it is that works for me, my "routine" won't be nearly as long sounding. :D

Lessons learned during this brief period of experimentation so far:

For me, in stretching exercises:

Once I reach the limit of comfort, I hold. I then do a hold Kegel to increase the intensity. When that intensity subsides from the Kegel, I release the Kegel, and am then able to comfortably stretch just a tiny fraction further.

I kegel, then use my modified jelq to get a "balloon" to hold onto to do a stretch. It is just much more comfortable for me to use the blood as a "handle" than the glans itself.

When I really want to hit the ligs, I will stretch to maximum, then grab the base with the other hand, and then use the base hand to push the base either up, down, or to either side. This feels like the most intense type of stretch for me internally. All stretches without this base hand feel mostly external and dissipated along the exterior shaft.

When I stretch for maximum strength, I do the above, but than bend or stretch the penis around the base hand like a circle, and than I can use the strength of both hands to stretch the penis. This is as close to real "expressive" stretching that I have personally felt.

For me in engorgement exercises:

My modified jelq gets more blood into my penis than any traditional jelq that I have tried by far. I can reach my maximum threshold of pain or engorgement that I can stand at this time with just three fingers if I squeeze tightly enough. (I think that it has to do with getting all of that blood from behind the scrotum into my base before I even start to trap the blood into my external penis.)

My modified jelq can get my completely flaccid penis to extend long enough to get both hands around the shaft. (An impossible feat to my mind just four days ago)

General findings:

Simply refraining from wearing underwear, going commando :D, has made my testes and flaccid penis hand noticeably lower throughout the day. Freedom!!!! LOL

Okay, enough rambling for now. I will try to post penis pictures with a reference object, toilet paper roll, later today. (That will be worse than the ruler pictures before, as my little guy will be more apparent with a solid reference point. :D ) But this is a necessary part of the journey... I might put a 3d penis like image up to soon, just for easy comparison and life-size dimensions on screen. And I am also thinking of a good overall volume measurement system as that would be the most definitive of all Penis Enlargement growth indications.

Random side-note:

I will be posting size updates every two weeks. While I don't expect anything to happen in such short time spans, these slight variations, plus or minus, will be more representative of actual size when averaged over a specific time period of longer duration.

i'll definitely be following your progress; you already seem to have a good form of experimentation going. ever think of getting one of those kits where you put your pecker in a mold and make a dildo out of it? might be good for long-term comparisons and motivation.

I don't think I will be making any molds of my penis for awhile. People will ask me what I am doing with all of those plastic thimbles. :D Seriously though, I should and probably will be coming up with a liquid measuring device to precisely measure volume of the penis overall. I have a scientific background...so this shouldn't be a problem in the near future. I will simply use a displacement system. So the penis will displace a specific volume of a liquid providing accurate measurement.

hey man, glad your experimenting! I wouldn't measure every 2 weeks though. I would rather measure every 3 months - Then i can see if i've gained or not and If i havan't i know i need to change it up. Also i would rather say "Hey i've gained .3 inches!" rather than seeing TINY gains if any every other week. Also with different erection quality i would just get confused every 2 weeks. "last week i was 5.3 this week im 5.2??? Just my opinion ;)

I hear you, for some people measuring so often could be discouraging. Imagine the poor guy desperately wanting fast gains and not seeing a difference in six months and measuring all of the time. I would imagine that that would be very disconcerting for that type mind-set. However, there is a reason that I want to measure every two weeks that has nothing to do with "gains". (Obviously, I will be able to detect growing or shrinking TRENDS by measuring over a long period of time.)

What I am getting at is that I don't have the mind-set or expectation to see anything at all really over such small time intervals. I want to measure that often only because I want to see the very minor, if any, variations over a given time period of my choosing. With a lot of samples, I will be able to get an overall AVERAGE of a specific dimension over a specific time period. For example, instead of taking one measurement every three months, I would be taking six sample measurements. This would do two things:

First, it would ensure that any particular measurement, which might be effected abnormally by any number of factors at that time of measurement, over the three month period, would not introduce a significant error that is peculiar to one moment in time.

Second, the larger number of samples over a given time period, the more likely that the average of those samples approaches a true level of precision.

If you happen to have a really good flaccid hang on the day of very sparse measurement samples, I think that that measurement might be more discouraging than a more accurate average taken over a range of time surrounding that time. It may just be that the next measurement would be on a more "average" day three months later, and that measurement would indicate, erroneously I might add, that you have somehow lost length. Am I making sense here?

Once I have enough data over time, I will be able to do something that I don't really know if it is common in Penis Enlargement. If I want to say that my measurement is such and such at some date, I will be able to pick say a month range that encompasses my targeted "reporting date" and just use the more accurate average surrounding that date. Maybe I am too scientific, but this method seems like a no-brainer to me.

Again, I am not looking for significant differences at every measurement, I am looking for tiny variations over time to be averaged to arrive at a more accurate "trend" over longer periods of time segments.

P.S. "last week i was 5.3 this week im 5.2??? Just my opinion"...What I would see in that is that I would think of my erection as being 5.25" over that time span. :D

[Updated Beginning Pics With Reference Object] (and a few random thoughts thrown in after my first week :D)

Below are pictures that I will use as beginning pictures directly compared to a common reference object other than a ruler. I will user ruler photos in the future too, but the reference object I feel is also a good representation of change over time as well as using a ruler. (Rulers, as I have seen in many photos are not really the very best way to see differences over time because of angles, lighting, distance, etc making precise visual inspection of ruler markings and genitalia less than ideal anyway.)

Maybe it is just me, but I think the common reference object makes it much clearer, and verifiable to observers what they are actually viewing. Either way, this common reference object, a toilet paper roll, will be a common prop (along with rulers), to document my size over time.

Random thoughts at the end of my first five-day week of exercise and experimentation in Penis Enlargement:

I am actually pretty happy to be giving myself a rest. I mean it would be great to work out all the time, to learn as much as I can about myself in as short a time period as possible, but I am a little...tender. No real pain in any way mind you, but just a little tired and instinctively I know that I could use the rest that the weekend brings.

My "pain"? Nothing major, probably good in a way I guess. At least I know that I accomplished something. Mainly, my skin feels a little stretched or maybe just irritated. I should probably be looking into something to help with the expansion or elasticity of my flesh. (On the to-do list :D) A little less so, my upper ligs(?) are a little tender after the week, kind of feels like I am still stretching inside even though I am not. So it is a little bit of a "tired" feeling, not really pain. I am sure that I will be raring to go by Monday :D

I don't plan to change anything particular next week from what I said I was doing earlier. I feel that I am learning a lot about myself and my penis. I also feel that the experimental mind-set has allowed me the freedom to simply do what I feel is most intense and productive for my unique penis at this point.

Interestingly, though not surprising, my flaccid hang has been for the most part better than it has ever been in my life. The combination of all the endless angles, grips, and intensities of stretching daily while also going "commando" all week have been very beneficial to my softy.

For the first time in my life, while experimenting with my Kegels, I was able to orgasm pretty intensely without ever touching myself or using adult entertainment or whatever. By continuously doing as intense Kegels as I can manage at this point, I was able to achieve orgasm simply by using my PC(?) muscle. Pretty neat experience for a noob. (I know it is not polite discussion...LOL...but this is a Penis Enlargement thread :D)

If you have been following along, you know that I am pretty obsessed right now with Kegels, so a little side note on an experiment that I have been doing in the last few days is thus: I have been trying to practice getting "instant erections" by simply Kegeling. I have not had an instant erection mind you, but I am getting faster and faster at producing an erection by Kegeling alone. This thought process started out in trying to see how intense or how much blood I could move with just my PC muscle (while working on my modified "jelq" and engorgement experiments). What I found quickly is that I could also produce an erection like this if I really focused on very fast and intense squeezes. This realization, which is new to me, led to trying to get faster and faster. Which then led to me having "hands-free sex" with my PC muscle. :D I am looking forward to getting better at this, it makes Kegeling much more fun if it is like air sex LOL. And the more fun it is...the more that one will do it...the more benefits that they will get from doing it.

Anyway, that is it for now. I will update when I come up with something to add. I am still working on devising a fluid displacement device for the ultimate in penis measuring accuracy. (What could be more representative of overall penis enlargement than overall volume?)

I would really consider starting a structured routine this week. The Dld newbie one is a very good place to start because it hitscall angles and aspects of pe while conditioning your unit for the heavy stuff.

Just because it feel less intense doesn't mean its not working. I think almost everyone feels a more intense stretch in a downward angle but there is still a need for upward angles.

As mentioned previously, I am not placing too much seriousness upon these early numbers, but merely measuring every two weeks so that I have a lot of data points to use in the long run. Also to see how much fluctuation is normally present within the tolerance of the measuring technique itself.

Anyway, the numbers are very positive taken at face value. The flaccid gains, at least lengthwise, are rather staggering to me personally in such a short time interval. While I would normally attribute such a wild fluctuation to be possible given the the highly erratic states in the flaccid penis in general, I do think that this growth is beyond mere fluctuation because of the significant difference in stretched length. I would think that stretched length is less variable under similar circumstances. (Not sure what to make of the decrease in flaccid girth, but am not worried about it because erect girth is up.)

So as this is the two week update, I feel that it is in order to state things which I feel might be of interest to anyone following along.

Supplements:

I have been taking a general multivitamin. (Nothing fancy...just generic common sort.)

In search of additional sperm count and perhaps an enlargement of the testes over time. I have been supplementing with 75mg Zinc, 5mg Folic Acid, and 1mg B12. (This cocktail I found in a study on elevating sperm counts)

In addition I have been taking 2-3gm of L-Argnine to boost nitric oxide and help in cell tissue repair.

I see that my experimental/conditioning phase has led some to believe that I may be acting too non-traditional. However, I actually am being quite traditional in real terms. My routine consists of stretches, blood engorgement exercise, and kegels and reverse kegels. You can not be more traditional than that. How I go about doing the stretches, engorgement may be different, but physically they have essentially the identical purpose and effect.

My second week of experimentations (routine) was essentially as follows:

The actual "workout":

10 minutes in hot bath doing "complete kegels" while warming up. ("complete kegels" = reverse kegel followed immediately with standard kegel) I spend this time warming up by creating as much overall displacement of the pelvic floor as I can manage.

10 minutes stetching. I use my "modified jelq" to create a balloon to hold onto and the stretch as hard as I can bear. (mostly in the downward direction as this provides the feeling of greatest stretch for me personally) But whenever I feel fatigued in the downward direction, instead of releasing the stretch, I simply hit a different angle such as to either side. I only release a stretch if I notice coldness or numbness in the glans, but that is happening less and less as I practice. I always finish up my stretching with a least a couple of minutes of leveraged stretching like over my wrist and twist, for that deep internal feel.

10 minutes engorgement. I may throw in a few standard jelqs at the beginning only to warm up to the final phase of the workout. (But regular jelqs just don't get as much engorgement as I like to do, they just aren't intense to me.) I stay flaccid for this part, against what is usually recommended. I can get more blood into my flaccid penis than I can in my erect penis. Basically when I am erect, for whatever reason, I cannot get much more blood into it or make it any bigger. However, when I am flaccid, I can get more blood into my penis making it larger than it were if it were erect. I do not know why this is, but it is what it is for me. So I will spend most of my time doing my "modified jelqs" to reach and then stay at my maximum blood engorgement. Whenever the intensity is too much, meaning that forcing more blood into my penis is too painful, I will simply "clamp" off my circulation with a single "okay" and squeeze in different areas too place stress on different areas of the penis. Moving from place to place as each area becomes too fatigued or painful. I finish off the last couple of minutes of full engorgement by "squashing" only the top and bottom of my penis allowing it to expand only in the sideways direction. (I am hypothesizing that this focuses more on the corpus cavernosum than the corpus spongiosum because the cs is squashed while the cc is permitted to expand)

5-10 minutes of "warm down": Just laying in the heat. :D

Outside of "workout" time:

Kegel and reverse kegel as if I was addicted throughout the day whenever I think about it. :D

Do at least ten minutes, but usually much more, stretching, engorgement, kegels before going to sleep.

At some point in the day, usually in the evening, continue my practice of a few things. Like edging while using reverse kegels to keep from passing point of no return. And the most fun thing that I have figured out, getting erections on demand, and "masturbating with no hands", by the use of just intense kegel squeezes. (In my first week I actually came by just continuous intense kegels. Revelation to me. :D)

So while my methods might be different, in essence, they are essentially the same as Penis Enlargement fundamentals. I am only experimenting in the sense of how I can take traditional methods and make them more personal and intense for my particular penis. (but the underlying principles are the same)

Observations at the two week point:

Flaccid hand is noticeably larger both visually and "feel". Veins are larger and more noticeable. Erection quality is the same as before, substandard due to prescription ssri, but daily morning "wood" that I haven't had in years. (except when I had to urinate :D) Pelvic floor is gaining strength noticeably. I know that it doesn't, but it is starting to feel that I can lift and lower my pelvic floor a large distance. And as I get stronger, the contractions intensity seems to be moving closer and closer to my scrotum and farther and farther away from the anus. When I am doing my best pelvic movement it almost feels like it is taking place within the scrotum itself.

What I have briefly touched upon and what I will be incorporating into my next few weeks of experimentation have been triggered by some research and theories about collagen. I will be trying to incorporate a significant amount of heat that a "hot bath" simply does not provide. (At least at my house :D) So I have dabbled with, and will be using more in the upcoming weeks, the use of a heating pad. (Overall, I want to work on a theory of heating and cooling as it applies to collagen within the penis) I will not be applying the cooling principle just yet as I want to see if extensive heating in and of itself has any noticeable effect.

Mind you, I am not talking about "warming up" in the conventional sense. There are many types of collagen in the penis, but most predominantly type 1 and type 3. Type one is unstable, thus pliable and easily extensible at body temperature. However, type 3 is still very rigid at normal temperature. What this means is that the tensile strength of collagen varies greatly by temperature. From what I have learned reading about the collagen in the penis and heat and cooling. Generally, collagen has a tensile strength of about 2kg (yes that is close to five pounds!). However, that tensile strength drops to less than 25% at a temperature of just below 60C (140F), a temperature which I will not be able to bear without going to the hospital :D The 2kg tensile strength is attributed to a temperature of 37.5C (99.5F) which is basically about normal body temperature.

Looking at the curves of tensile strength versus temperature in regards to collagen it is apparent that this is an exponential curve that approaches infinity at 60C. (which also disappears at 60C when all collagen completely breaks down into gelatin) What this means is that the more temperature that we can stand, the easier it will be to stretch, expand, deform, whatever, the collagen that limits the size our penis. And every degree more that we can stand, will exponentially decrease the amount of force necessary to stretch or expand the collagen that makes up the tunica. This should not be overly surprising as Penis Enlargement always recommends "warm-ups" and such. But the science of the decreasing tensile strength of collagen to elevations in temperature in an (inverse) exponential way is not widely talked about.

What this means, is that given a specific technique with a specific amount of force, the effective force (or stress) upon the collagen can be exponentially increased simply by increasing the temperature at which the technique is carried out. (You actually get more "stretch" at the molecular level at a higher temperature than you do with the same stretch observed on the macro level at a lower temperature)

By the way, if anyone is curious, the heat basically unwinds the triple helix of collagen, actually causing it to shrink! We don't want to shrink! :D (At a molecular level, unwinding allows atoms to be closer in the longitudinal sense which is not common on the macro scale) But you must realize that these triple helix strands are only a few nanometers long in the first place. They lose there "connections" from one strand to the next as they become shorter and trigger production of new collagen to fill the voids. This results in longer systems of connection and more collagen overall.

As to the "cooling" part of the experiment that will be carried out at a later date. This also ties into what was talked about above, but from a different perspective. As we lower the tensile strength during "heated" stages, and stretch, expand, and increase our collagen volume, we can increase the tensile strength of this "extended" collagen by cooling it. By increasing the tensile strength while in an extended state, we can retard, or minimize, the collagen from returning to its previous state. Again, you must remember that these collagen strands are only nm in length. Once cooled, in a "stable" state, effectively "shrinking" or "stretching" is resisted by tensile strength. (Note: we will not be able to get type 1 collagen to a stable state unless we drop our penis temperature well below body temperature, so there is no benefit in trying to "trap" type 1 collagen in an elongated state, unless we want to always live in a freezer :D) But we can, I believe, manipulate type 3 collagen, and that is what I intend on experimenting with myself.

Also, I am not the first one to go into this realm of collagen heating and cooling, and I don't want to give that impression at all. I am looking to play with the premise as an addon and perhaps an improvement upon efficiency in Penis Enlargement. So in the next two weeks:

My "workout" will be basically the same.
I am looking to incorporate elevated temperatures to my existing "workout" as well as extending the time that I keep the temperature elevated after the workout.
I will be also adding props to aid in my stretching, such as pvc pipe and things for leverage. (I am being hindered too much by limits of grip pressure and circulation)

[Week Three Update]

Hello All,

Well, this is an "off" week, meaning a non-measured week, so there is nothing concrete to report, other than thoughts associated with the week now ending.

Early heat theory and practice regarding lowering collagen tensile strength while doing Penis Enlargement:

Definitely beneficial. I find it much easier to stretch in a highly heated state than when simply "warm" or "loose". High heat, while not "comfortable" by any means, definitely makes my skin far more elastic while stretching and engorging.

Observation of pelvic floor muscles increased strength: (Due to my new OCD with doing kegels and reverse kegels :D)

I feel like my pelvic floor muscles are becoming highly trained. The strength that I feel using them now is something that I could have never have imagined a few weeks ago. Doing my "complete kegel" (kegel immediately and smoothly followed by reverse kegel) produces an extreme length of travel feeling and significant blood flow. Probably from the ability to apply more contraction and expansion, indirectly, to the bulbs at the ends of the CC and CS. I haven't been playing with my "no-hands kegel masturbation", because I have been doing more edging and masturbation using reverse kegels to stop ejaculation. Which is going great by the way! I feel confident that I can stop ejaculation for as long as I want to using reverse kegels without having to stop stimulating myself. :D

Not so great:

My EQ is crap, maybe 60-70 percent, unless I manually fill the penis with blood. I have gained significantly in flaccid length very quickly and my skin is very tight, I might be simply experiencing a temporary inability to supply sufficient blood pressure or flow to accommodate my new growth. Time will tell. However, I have been getting morning "wood" every time I sleep, even if I just take a nap during the day, which hasn't been the case in about 25 years. LOL Also, I haven't mentioned it in this thread, I think, that I am on a pretty high dosage of an ssri. So I will be asking my doctor for an alternative without the sexual side effects on my next visit to see if that helps.

Research, research, research:

Haha....I haven't done this much reading and research since I was in college. LOL I wasn't too much into the sciences of living things even though I am a science and math geek. But I was always a physical science person, mechanical engineering was my love, so a lot of this "life science" stuff is relatively new and exciting to dig into. But I am finding it relatively easy to find a lot of information, data, and studies that are applicable to Penis Enlargement and seeing a lot of the underlying principles used in the Penis Enlargement community validated by more rigorous and scientific explanations for why it works. Overall, it is fun, I love to learn about the underlying complexities of what is usually just accepted as "common knowledge" or "anecdotal phenomena". :D Observations are great, but it is even better to know why you observe that which you do.

The week ahead:

Nothing fancy. Continuation of what I have been talking about all along. My "workout" isn't going to, and hasn't, vary in any significant way. Although because of my growing lack of skin elasticity. I have and will continue to place more stress on stretching and moisturizing my skin along the shaft.

Oh, I have been doing about 10-15 minutes of ball stretching every night. My sack keeps crawling further and further up my shaft, so I thought that I needed to do something to combat this.

And over the next week or two, I really want to get serious about developing, at least in conceptual design, my own [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]traction[/words] and vacuum devices to incorporate into my Penis Enlargement in the near future. I have kind of abandoned my volumetric measuring device for now. I found that it is simply easier to place my penis in a container to measure the fluid displaced for now. I will start reporting overall volume of the penis starting next week's measuring date.
