I remember trying the toilet rim squeeze a few months ago after someone suggested it, probably DLD. Ive done it the past few days and have a few minor problems.

The edge of the rim digs in a little bit and it hurts. It also leave a little indent on my penis for a short time. The only way i could resolve this was to use one hand to push my penis head down, but that keeps me from using both hands to push down.

I also feel some pain that im a little worried about on the underside of my dick when i pressure the middle section. anyone experience the same pain? its sharp

the base seems like the hardest to pressure for me, and never seems to be much wider afterwards. do you think thats cause the blood is just pushed out? i tried kegeling hard, im not sure if its working that well.

I guess ill just learn with experience, its only been a few days. Im gonna really try to kegel while im doing this to keep a max amount of blood in.

I have been privy to a table top that works brilliant for me. This may solve your problem.

Yea I'm sure that you dont have to just use the toilet rim to do the squeeze. I use my table. I would use the toilet rim when i have to do more stealth Penis Enlargement.
 
I also think that it is vital that men using this wonderful exercise to pay equal attention to circumference. Depth of the penis holds as much importance as width. In order to accomplish this, I am following the entire workout as doublelongdaddy is doing and the immediate engorgement post exercise is phenomenal.

I can't wait to see some new pictures. Your first picture was very impressive! There is no reason that you can't do these more than once a day. I sometimes will work in a second and even a third set if I have an extra half hour here and there. I just get wider and thicker...pretty good side effects:D

Excellent point and this is my theory behind this new routine. I want to address GIRTH, WIDTH and LENGTH as separate components. Mainly because I think I have ignored width hoping regular girth exercise would hit...but it really does not...not like this. It is a different feeling all together. I also think the mental dedication to each part as a separate component gives better results. Whenever I can solely concentrate on say length I am able to dedicate all mental strength to this and really envision the results I want and this is reflective in a solid, accomplished workout. If I am trying to rush a workout I get nothing out of it. Just the fact that I am dedicating separate time just to width has already made me gains in width.

I get the same thing. I did a second set last night and even before I started I was very girthy and wide from my earlier session. After the second session I looked like I grew a third leg:D

Step Two:
With other hand grab penis just below the head. Once a good solid grip is made slight arch the penis.

Step Three:
Once in this state you will want to roll the blood between
the hands in a slinky type movement.

SUPenis EnlargementR-SET with

TOILET COMPRESSION SQUEEZES:
With an 80-90% erection in a seated on the rim of the toilet (Seat Up) Flatten your penis against the rim. Start at the base and work up to just below the head. Imagine your penis has 3 separate segments, the lower, the mid and the upper. Each segment should be flattened for 30 seconds.

Complete 10 Super-Sets



I am looking at my new routine as 3 areas of training:

1. GIRTH every other day
2. LENGTH every day
3. WIDTH every day (Sun. off)
I do all length first thing in the morning.

GermanStallion was doing something similar to this called Erect Twists and I believe allot of guys were really liking them. I have no finalized this workout yet and I will no doubt make some changes so in todays session I will see if there is a place for this. Thanks for posting.

twists arent easy to do. its like a scissor can cut off veins.
erect ones seem to be better as it cant cut off it too hard.

I dunno about some but I am having a hard time keeping an 80-90% erection while doing these exercises. After the Bend my Erection drops to about 50%. Then I gotta wack it till it gets to 90% and start the compression squeeze. After the first or second 30 Second squeeze my penis is back at 50% and i gotta wack it again just to finish the set. Is there anyone else that is having this problem?

This is not really a problem. I have to do this too. It makes it easier if you are watching something sexy while you train.

DLD Bends are nothing to be scared of. They are done semi hard when the penis is easily pliable. Just take your time. If you are a member of the site you can see me doing the DLD bend if not Gandolf has a video available too. The bend or arch, as I like to call it, is done along the top of the shaft in a rolling motion back and forth.

Ok here is the best graphic I could make. I hope this explains my goals a Little better. My main goal is to gains width while retaining good girth. I do not want a flat penis with no depth or a deep penis with little width. I think the overall goal should be good WIDTH and GIRTH. I know for myself I have gotten to very good girth levels but I was still disappointed in the overall look. It was difficult for me to peg down exactly what bothered me until I realized most of my girth gains resulted in depth with little or no width gains. Since I started doing these Expansion Super-Sets I am seeing impressive width gains with no loss of overall depth. This means, for me anyway, that I am still gaining depth while expanding the width of my penis.

No there are other exercises too. PAN SQUEEZES, ATS ROLLERS, ISOLATED COMPRESSION SQUEEZES (to am extent), and I am sure many others. I prefer the DLD Bend and Toilet Compression because they seem to target this area the most.

Incredible illustration doublelongdaddy. Addressing all angles will no doubt give the most desirable gains. Esthetically it makes total sense also as you show in your graphic. I would also suggest that if any type of imbalance occurs one could boost one area of training to counter the other, is this correct?

Your not going to cancel out your girth. I prefer to do the EXPANSION SUPenis EnlargementR SETS first than do GIRTH later in the day. This system for me has not only increased my width but kept my girth at or above normal.

Spot training definitely has its place in Penis Enlargement. I know for myself hanging increases my base girth and squeezes increase my sectional girth so I think the same properties apply here. I hope that this workout gives balanced results since it covers all areas equally...but if it does not one could tailor the workout to be heavier in one section than the next.

ATS constrictorized Rollers.

I can go from 2.2 to 3 inches girth width after these, it stays swollen for 2 days too.

I will post the info on the exercise as time goes, and I test it ... but you can get an idea of it by searching for ATS rollers, although my version aint exact its damn near.

My cock FEELS lke its been worked out, ya know the chambers feel sore to.
 
Red sounds good. ATS rollers are very suspicious in my house. I need something just involving hands cuz using house appliances starts to look suspicious u kno... If u can modify this or give me another width perpetuating exercise... i would be more than happy to use them.

We have talked and I think you got the hang of this whole concept. I will repeat it here for everyone else.

Depth is very important but gaining all girth in depth and little in width does not do your gains justice. What I mean is a penis with 7" of girth that has a WIDTH of 2.5" opposed to the same girth with a WIDTH of 1.5" is estecally more pleasing. I think that traditional GIRTH exercise, while being very important for overall GIRTH, tend to favor DEPTH over WIDTH. My goal is to produce a long, deep and wide penis.

This is a very cool exercise. I want to stress how important I think WIDTH in addition to traditional GIRTH is. I think everyone should include WIDTH in their workouts. There are not many WIDTH specific exercises so the few that are available should at least play a minor role in a solid Penis Enlargement routine. So whether you do EXPANSION SUPenis EnlargementR SETS, PANSQUEEZES, ATS ROLLERS or some other variation of the theme, I think it is something everyone should consider for their routine.
