WOW! Now that's some AMAZING gaining temp! If the extending fo width worked for you I can only assume the hanging would do the same. Please keep us posted! :)

Congratulations on gains well earned! I am so happy you have used these super sets and I hope your progress inspires others to do the same!
 
It took alot of hard work. I stayed at it and it payed off. I took a break for thd holidays and lost my temp gain of .2 in girth. But its ok cause ill get it back with more. Thanks DLD

Holy shit!! You got my girth but 2,6" in width?? That's enormous width, congrats. I'm at 2" width at the widest point and even DLD with his 7" girth "only" got 2,6?! This is just crazy, I can't picture a dick like that. Are you okay with your depth? Because with 2,6 width at 6,1 girth it must look somewhat "flat"? Gotta try the compression squeezes again (tho not on toilet but on my deskrofl), supersetted with SSJs

Yep, it's gotta be pretty flat then. I can not imagine a penis 2.6 wide and 6.1 in girth...

Width is a very impressive thing, it can sometimes take away from depth but this routine is geared to cause expansion both ways. when I first started gaining girth much of it went to depth so I came up with this routine to cause width also. Symmetry is very important in gaining size.

I agree. But 2,6" width and 6,1" overall girth wouldn't be very symmetric imo. I for my part would love to have a bit more width. Those toilet compression squeezes can generally be done on any hard base? The thought of pressing my dick on the toilet is just very unappealing to me.rofl

Yes, you can use any hard flat surface like a counter top, a table, a book, etc.

Ive done these along with couple other exercises and my dick is where i wanted it. 7 inch girth little over 8 long. Try them but add some other girth exercises.
 
erm, you were at 6,1 in November last year and now you claim to be 7?? Sorry, but I have very hard time to believe this.The 2.6 width with an overall girth of 6,1 were already hard to swallow, but this would be something like an unprecedented wonder in PE history.

Im on vitamins,libido max, testosterone pills,and ive figured the perfect dose for me. So believe it or not some days i workout all day.

oh, c'mon cut me some slack here. How should I've known, that you have the time to PE the whole freakin day??? If you really somehow work girth the whole day (or at least for many hours a day) and thus maintain an erection for that amount of time, this equals some kind of priapism. I'm wondering then what other kind of medication you use to induce that effect. There's guy here who experimented with chemically induced priapism (88man is his name), but without that? Can't be the testo pills and vitamins alone. So I'd be interested in what you do to get in such ridiculously long girth workouts.

For most of the workout im clamped. Probably 70% of the day. Either with a cock ring or cable clamp. In between i [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]ssj[/words] and do a workout like the toliet compress but i dont use the toliet. Far as chemicals no i ant used none. Ive done my research trust me. I make new exercises.
 
Then it would be very informative if you could share your wisdom with us and you claim would have also struck me as more credible in the first place. If someone claims to gain an inch of girth (!) in 2 months without any substantial background specifics on the extraordinary methods that are able to produce such extraordinary results and just limits his explanations to the simple enumeration of the more or less basic stuff (i.e. clamping, ring, [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]ssj[/words] etc.), that doesn't do very much to convince me. I'm sure you can relate to that.

That said, I strongly believe that clamping alone (be it with a ring or a cable clamp) is the most effective way to gain girth due to the continuous expansion, but even with a clamp or a ring you'll lose your erection unless you constantly stimulate yourself somehow (or use chemicals). So, I figure you do that more or less all day long? And how can you stay in an intensely clamped state for such a long time without causing severe injuries like necrosis? How's your EQ after a day like that in general?
 
Because ive been peing since 1999. Far as any injuries. Learn your body,know your limits. Ive spent alot of time with exercising, my wife left me cause i was so deacaded. But i dont come on here trying to impress no one, or claim anything thats faults. Ive been on my girth since 2011. I know what works and what dont.

Oh my eq is bout 90% at end of day. Then back to 100% next morning. Im not new to this. Far as keeping a erection all day no if you stay semi hard while clamped you will gain girth. Along with other exercises.

Did today 7 super sets as described.Will check again if I miss something.Will play and experiment with intensity, time and methods for applying presure.I was very happy with the results.My front view was visibly wider, which was very cool.Although I didnt achieve 0.25 " width.As I said I need to experiment.My overall girth increase was around 0.25" - 0.3 ".And the best thing was that there wasnt any fluid build up.It was all expansion from the chambers.The future is a bright :)) Great exercises DLD
 
These are some crazy exercises. I’m not to this level yet however... I know there is also some stuff out there using a rolling pin, same concept!

So freaking glad someone if using this exercise and proving it works! I invented over a decade ago and people have not taken it up. So happy your are using and seeing results.

I was thinking...what if we replace SSJ in 5x5x3 with some width exercie?For example 5 min pumping, 5 min bends, 5 min pumping, 5 min toilet compressions etc...?Has someone tried ?

I like that, mixing in various manual girth exercise into the routine. I think it will be a big help in keeping things fun too. Doing the same exercise over and over can be boring. When you have a routine written up be sure to post it in the Routines Section so everyone can help you.
