Back to the basics.. I'm going to do an old routine of mine that wielded me gains a few months back:

>Circulation Break (35 Dry Jelqs, and Penis Twirling)

-Basic Stretches (Forward, circulation, Down, circulation, Left, circulation, Down, circulation)
-Squatting Stretches
-Crank Rotations (Left and Right)
-V-Stretches (15 sec intervals, circulation, 4 sets)
-Dry Jelqs (200)
-Wet Jelqs (400 Fast)
-Downward Wet Jelqs (200)
-Upward Wet Jelqs (100)
-Wet Jelqs (100 Slow)
-Base Squeezes
-Basic Stretches (Forward, circulation, Down, circulation, Left, circulation, Down, circulation)

Hell yes! I did my routine, in full, no slacking whatsoever, felt it in EVERY exercise! I know my girth got up to 6.5 at least while doing the girth exercises, and the ligs, well they got WORKED! Hell yes!! FINALLY I AM BACK!!

Ooooooooooh getting stoked for my routine tonight! I better not be interrupted! I don't feel like going downstairs to get the baby powder right now, cause I don't feel like catching my friends parents smoking weed (again). So I'll wait till a little later.

I'm here for the Summer by the way.

Yet another AWESOME workout!! Probably just as good if not better than yesterdays! Love it to death! I'm finally back guys! FINALLY!!

This morning I woke up with a morning wood and I couldn't help but pull out the old ruler.. I dunno if my eyes were playing tricks on me or not, but the ruler said 7.2" I'm not gonna take this as an official measurement, I'll wait till Sunday (Saturday and Sunday are days off) to measure again.

Today was SUPPOSED to be an off day, but I couldn't help myself.. I had to do SOMETHING! So I did one helluva girth routine. Very satisfied with it, I start back for 5 days straight tomorrow. I'll also post my updated size. Woo!!

Measuring time!!

Erect Length (Bone Pressed): 7.1"
Erect Girth: 5.25"
Flaccid Length: 4.75"
Flaccid Girth: 4.8"

This was really 2 days of work, so it's a job well done. :D

Keep up the great work man! Slow, steady progress is the key! Not just gainswise either, also with your routine. Finding what the best routine is for you, developing it, fine tuning it, and most importantly, STICKING with it!

Just got to do the stretches tonight, after starting the 'V' Stretches the sharp pain in the base scared me, so I didn't continue. That's ok though cause Sunday I did girth anyways! :D

Next measuring day: 8/21/2003

Did a great girth routine, and a light stretch routine. Both felt decent. Tomorrow I'll hit it back like normal, just giving the ligs an extra day to heal. Also I re-measured and got the same 7.1.. It was inching towards 7.2 though!

Did a full routine today, didn't really feel it all that much, stretchwise. Oh well, gotta get those ligs SORE again! :D

GREAT workout today! I can't ever resist measuring myself, even when I look just a 'little' bit bigger than before, today is the last day though (until 8/21/2003). I measured in at about 7.2" if you're wondering. Before any working out mind you, but we'll see. I started off with my girth routine consisting of lots and lots of dry jelqs, base squeezes as well as wet jelqs. The stretch routine was normal, but I'm glad I'm feeling the soreness from yesterday. :D Awesome! Hanger's on the way as well, sooooooo, woooooooohooooooo!

Not really sure what my hanging routine will be, we'll see when I get it. I'm thinking something like 7.5lbs for 60 minutes with a 10 min break every 20 minutes. (Would really like SWM to chime in on this.) I have pretty much as much time as I need to hang well (literally). I know it's pretty basic, but that's where everything begins. :)

That sounds like a very good place to start. ^^ You may want to start a little lighter on weight though. Even though youve been stretching for a while now....weights are a funny creature. There's a totally different feeling of stretch with them. Just be careful. It's easy to get 'over-eager'.

Went into the bathroom today..... 150 dry jelqs and two base squeezes later, I realized that Saturday and Sunday are off days! Oopsies! Oh well, I can't wait to get back to it on Monday!

Goal for 8/15/2003:

ELBP: 7.5
EG: 5.45

i wish i had your motivation, your going really well. Your current EL is my goal at the moment so im kinda looking up to you, cheers. I might try your routine later on in my program. Thanks
