Even though I'm at my friends house (this is where my computer is) I still managed to do my girth routine last night (with 4Derm) and am hanging as I type. I have really good feelings about this month. Not too long to go!

Never thought of that, it's probably better for absorption that way rather than putting on clothes and having it absorb into the fabric..

So far today, so good. Did my hanging session this morning and got a lig pop!! I'm gonna start up a movie and do my girth routine tonight, so I'm hoping to make it for a good 1 hour and 15 minutes, while doing Horse's etc.. I better do it!

Did a nice girth routine, but didn't do it for as long as I had hoped.. Oh well, maybe tonight.

Also, I'm starting to wonder about my actual size. 8.5"NBP is still my goal, but I don't believe I'm only an inch away, more like two. Maybe all this time I've been measuring wrong. Maybe I've been cheating myself trying to make gains, but just fooling my eyes with the ruler. I'm motivated and consistent with my routines right now, but I'm pissed. I want to be bigger.. I wish there was a way to do it faster. If I knew I could get to 8.5" NBP tomorrow by doing Penis Enlargement an entire 24 hours then I would do it, and be done with it. I've gotta find the best exercises for length..

I think like that alot somedays, NO MAN .... the ruler hasnt been fuckin with ya mind, nor have yaz been measurin wrong....we all seen here, and its correct.
What sounds likes going on is ya low mentally with this, you might admit it? you might not? but I think you are feeling low in confidence about this.
WE ALL GO through this in our pe lives, some just longer [ME] than others, and some [DLD] < even admitted that he will never be confident about his size.

Your NOT tricking ya self or anyone else, your BIG man ... no questions asked, I sometimes....get this.......reckon ya miles larger than me.
Its all in the MIND....Confidence...confidence in the art that is pe.
Use your mind to a more positive effect.

Yeah, I agree RED, it just feels like it you know? I don't really know how to keep my confidence up about this. I know it works though and I'm being consistent. I'm looking up the best ways to stretch ligaments right now. Maybe that will help us all a little? Oh and by the way RED, I'm sorry I haven't got those pictures to you yet, I promise they're coming tomorrow. Thanks for the post though, man. :)

No probz mate , best way for me to keep ma confidence up is to do an exercise I love and gives me instant thickness or size.
Than while doing the session, watch bikini girls on video...NO MEN in it at all with dicks out to put me down.
I do this, get rock solid have a great session and close ma eyes and visualise me being Lex.....I have recorded sounds from adult entertainment films of the movies and pretend its me their talking to....I imagine with each squeeze and stroke am getting bigger than the guy I have now passed in girth - Lex.
I now aim for that guy of BangBoat, each time I imagine myselfbeing as thick as him with my sessions, when I finished and open ma eyes I see a massive cock infront of me......this works well, but if I watch a man with a bigger pole than me in adult entertainment it doesnt help .... I have to imagine that size and the woman n me.

Have had Friday and Saturday off and tonight I'm doing my girth routine. Right before though I'm going to go take official measurements for my website. I seem to have increased quite an amount of girth. Check it out in the picture proof section! :D

Here's my "new updated routine":

10:30 - Wake Up and brush teeth

11:00 - Morning Length Routine
Basic Stretches x1
Plyometric V-Stretches x25
V-Stretches x4 (30 seconds each)
Basic Stretches x1

11:25 - Acne Treatment
Neutrogena Face Bar
Neutrogena On-The-Spot Acne Treatment

11:35 - Girth Work
Edge Into Cable Clamp
Cable Clamp - 10 minutes
Clamped Jelqing x 120 (HARD!!)
Un-Clamped Jelqing x 120 (HARD!!)

12:00 - Repeat Morning Length
12:25 - Repeat Acne Treatment
12:35 - Repeat Girth Routine
Before Bed - Brush Teeth

Every week the intensity will be upped for the girth routines (more reps). Length is already being done extremely hard.

CONSISTENCY IS THE KEY!!

Well, I was consistent for a week or two and saw really good improvements. Then I started getting skippy with it. Just now getting back, but I did see pretty good improvements.

Well, it's been a while since I've done any Penis Enlargement whatsoever. Just been really busy with getting all of this school stuff together and working all the time. I did measure my girth this morning though and I got 5.125" so maybe this time off has done some good. I WILL start back up soon dammit, I have to!

I have a feeling I'll have to do these every other day, but that's ok. My guess is that it will take me about an hour or so one exercise after another. I'm guessing about an hour and a half total. :) It's gonna be really intense doing everything fully clamped! I'll show that damn girth..

I would say add some Downward stretches to your routine and do like 2000 Pulse 110's and bundled stretches downward. Or just do your stretches but Downward until your feel the GREAT sensation of a LIG BURN.
 
10:00AM - 6 sets of Basic Stretches in all directions (PULL HARD DAMMIT!!)

10:00PM - 4 sets of 4, 30 second semi-bundles
11:00PM - 30 minutes of clamping
11:30PM - 10 minutes of wet jelqing
12:00AM - 2 sets of 2, 30 second semi-bundles

Starting tomorrow..

Did my complete girth work and I'm still feeling the pump!! I'll do the length tonight after I go home and get my Mr. Clean gloves! :D

Did my girth routine again this morning, no length though. That's ok though, cause it seems like the semi-erect bundles i've been doing are trying to give me some length. Though i'm doing very few, when I got erect this morning, my dick went up to about .5" below my bellybutton. Normally it's an inch or more, we'll see!!

Alright, here we go. I'm going to be doing an extremely simple routine that takes about 5 minutes or so to do. I'll do it in the morning and night, every day.
