I don't ever really get blue balls. My balls grow if I don't ejaculate, but I haven't gone more than a week since I was like 14... That might be why. A week sounds awful.

Thinking it through, I have stepped up my game quite significantly. I'm sure the extra girth work has contributed to the area in question being inflamed. Has there ever been much looked into weekly focused workouts? Like one week on length the next on girth? And alternate this way? I may have to back off the girth and go back to just causal pumping on the off days. I'm sure if I could keep pulling 7" post girth I could keep eding closer and closer to 6.5+" cold. Then I'm gonna need to find something else to do with my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]herc[/words]. It's almost to the point I can't go in erect. Or at most get back out. 😀

Just have to progressively work up to it. Add intensity over time. I wouldn't recommend my style of pumping to most men since it will cause donuts and darkening in the uninitiated. However, once one becomes accustomed to it it's just as dangerous as anything else in PE. One thing that helped me go longer in the tube was to increase my intensity in clamping. I feel like the pressures built up in clamping can help one transition to intense pumping with less side effects. I am about to put myself to work making the seven inch mark:) All this is coming about with all the talk of hitting seven. If I was able to accomplish this and add .25" to my length I could say that I have a :

Yeah me too. I just need to add another 4 inches to length and 1 inch to girth. Doesn't seem that hard.
 
Its funny you mention that because recently I picked up my clamps, and the exercises seem to dissipate FR a little :/. Plus I get way more expansion this way.

As far as FR? I don't get what the deal is? Some guys don't get it. Some, like you and I, get donuts from looking at a picture of a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words]. I think clamping, edging and even just erect heat and massage can do wonders for men that get FR. I've spoke at length about this in other threads. I can pull my dick out of the tube, be 7" around- 7.5" if you take the donut and put a heat pad on it, get out the lotion and get an erection and work 90% of the fluid out with erect massage. It's similar if you were to jelq after pumping, but less donut retention. Give it a whirl. Also, just a heads up, if you haven't came with a clamp on, watch out. What I do is go pump for five then massage, and repump another five. Then its time for some jelqs, and pump another five. Then it is time for some clamps muahahaha. I go straight into downward bends mainly from base to beyond midshaft. Really balloos the head too.

You are correct it is fun to do, good thing I got the clamps out. I wanna buy a cable clamp pro though, I think the inside is more symmetrical than traditional clamps.

Again, everyone is diff. If I pump too hard and then clamp more than 20 min or so, I get soggy wood. I always cease girth work at least a day before going for it. Two if I want to bring my a game. But, if you get better wood, go bananas, man. I get better eq after length, but I've heard of dudes getting complete eq shutdown from it.

I'm just now seeing what you mean bro. See the last two times I clamped there was an insane pump, today I felt some soreness so I didn't do a real workout. Instead I just did a little [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] which fixed the soreness, and left me with acceptable expansion.

I'm really feeling a difference with clamped bends, and plan to soon break out the wood plates for some 'reds frendos' which is gonna be a real sight.
