So, I'm changing it up a bit tonight. That's kind of a theme in my PE training. I don't really do the same thing twice. I have a basic set of "tools" to work with, but I get bored doing the same thing day in and day out. Plus, I've only done this for about a month, so I don't really feel like subscribing to a particular set of exercises. I guess I do, I just switch up the order, duration intensity etc.

Without further ado:

Warm up
5 min basic stretches (down, out, up)

30 min hanging at 10 lbs (the last 9 min were horrible, the fatigue set in hard and I had to ride the last 1:30 sitting on a stool draping my chest on another one) am I doing it right boohoo?
5 min heat pad rest
20 min hanging at 10 lbs off of bed ( laying back for a differnt angle) I wanted to keep going on a stool but my glands shifted with some skin and pinched, so I had to bail.
I'm sitting in my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] as I write this and will be doing my giant set of [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] for 20 min at 195-200 mm constant pressure whenever I get around to it. Quite possibly the most Intense PE session I've done to date. Length work has been a very challenging endeavor for me, as I was used to doing hardcore girth work for so long.it was a beat down for sure.

As I zero in on my first measure, my resolve is the strongest it has been in my entire PE journey. I have pumped crazy, mashed my dick to mush with SSJs and clamped till my cock has turned purple, but all of this has paled in comparison to my length game thus far. The stretching and hanging has been immensely taxing both physically and mentally. It's the hardest I've worked to keep going and stay in the pocket of fatigue I think one can. I think it will be Monday as I eluded to in a previous post. Groundhog's day seems too serendipitous to pass up. If I'm growing, I will stick with the same sort of thing I've been doing, but if not I may have to kick it into overdrive and punish myself with six more weeks of super intense training like the winter that we've all been enduring.
