Yes I did say that and it is very true in my case and your too it seems. I think many guys are just not putting in the intensity that can for fear of hurting themselves. The penis can take quite a bit of abuse before any issues arise. I think it is up to each guy to find his max intensity and work towards that every workout.

The only time I've gotten that EXACT same pain was when i also got thrombosis around the bottom of the shaft, feels almost like a bruise if you poke at it, i always just associated it with the thrombosis and thought nothing of it, usually went away within a day or two.

If it's in the fat pad that is either ligament or skin related. Couldn't tell you how to decipher which but I'm pretty sure the best thing you can do for the sake of gains is to say screw it and push through. Thrombosis would kill your ability to get an erection for weeks at least. What you're dealing with sounds like an inconvenient sensation. If you can't get through it or it gets worse it's time to take a day or switch to a maintenance deal for a few to get it to heal.

Pushing through minor injuries is an inevitability for the long haulers.

I was thinking this might be the case, as it felt way deeper that just a skin flap getting smashed or pinched.

My pc muscle is so strong now, when doing kegals at 185 in my xx40 i can literally make my penis come down to 182 - 183 and then when releasing it back into the tube hitting 185. However despite using the cpad the first 0,5 inch of my dick coming out of the body is getting a nice notch/cut that hurts like a motherfucker when removing the tube. I know what you are talking about tho. I think the more you move your dick around in the tube the greater chance that stuff will happen. You got a hand ball right? What I would suggest and what I have noticed is that it's a good time to kegal when you add pressure with the ball, or in my cheap route the wine vac? Seems like there is a short window where a guy can kegal without the movement of the tube or gator being an issue and rubbing a guy wrong. Try to kegal as you pull more pressure and hold it for about 20-30 seconds. It's kinda like an assisted kegal. Hope you're aren't pinching yourself too bad out there.
