I have done kegels while hanging, but the purpose of me hanging is to passively do my PE without having to physically do anything. I might do it in the future, but we will have to see.

Moved up in weight again today and it feels fucking spectacular. It is a great feeling when you actually feel the pull from hanging.

Does it get to a point where it's literally just too much or can you keep going indefinitely if you keep conditioning it?

What's your max anyway?

I got to the point of max weight and gains stopped. I think I gained 1/2" hanging. I got up to 60 pounds and after hanging that much for a few months more I no longer made gains. I think, for me, it is good to throw in hanging every once in a while to hit the penis in a completely different way.

I have only gone as high as the mid twenties. I am only concerned with milking as much gains as I can from hanging, and not so much what my max weight may be.

I jelqed the other day before I did my hanging and I felt longer in my hands. It was a great feeling. If I can gain 2 inches in length from hanging I will be more than happy.

Jelqs and bundles for 5 minutes each would make for a pretty monster warm up for hanging (or pretty much any routine) but I'm getting pretty tired of them myself. I think I over bundled a few days ago so everything was all lumpy and weird looking.

You're trying to avoid the sense of dread people wind up getting with their routine when it's too exhausting right?

Are you evenly doing Bundles? Meaning half to the right and half to the left?

In my experience jelqing before hanging can be painful and/or lead to numbness in the glans. I believe jelqing, or any other girth exercise, should be done after length. Preferably girth should be done immediately following length to help push along those length gains. I love to do some slow squash jelqs after hanging.

To answer your question, yes. I believe PE is meant to be a long term plan at the least and life long at most. That being said if you aren't comfortable with your routine I don't see you doing it day in and day out for years. Right now I am very happy with my routine, and as long as it shows gains I will continue with it.

Twisting the shaft as a part of the stretch. It's shown some good results for a few other members.

Dld; yea, I bundle equally. My understanding is not doing that can create an odd look or an inconsistent ligament stretch. Something wonky.

Exactly. Symmetry will be off if uneven Bundles are done.

I have gotten very inconsistent for stupid reasons, namely, smoking weed. I have decided to quit for a while so I should be much more consistent from now on.

For me it is all about starting the routine before smoking. If you smoke first it can kill motivation. Start, smoke and it will go great.

I agree 100%. I mean I can still get things done after I smoke, but I just lose a ton of motivation. I just measured and things did not look good. I might be switching to jelqing soon.

You guys are lucky. I trip balls now when I smoke because I used to mix it with synthetic stuff and salvia. Shit gets way too intense for me.
 
So I did an impromptu measurement today with not the greatest EQ and I lost a quarter inch. I was down to 7 inches. Maybe this occurred because I measured shortly after hanging and my EQ was poor? Anyone have any thoughts, because I'm really bummed out.

It's possible that your eq was playing tricks on you, and you could have been suffering from measuring anxiety. You can literally frustrate yourself to the point where you can't get a solid erection and you can literally mentally block yourself.

It's those and things like them that make bpfsl a more accurate method of tracking length gains. And if you start with a bpfsl measurement and you clearly see you have maintained or gained in that way it should ease some of the anxiety. I'm sure you haven't lost anything. Could have literally been a drop in arousal in the way. Seriously, I wouldn't be bummed, but I'd highly recommend tracking your bpfsl.

Try again tomorrow with your favorite adult entertainment before the hanging. I bet you've gained a little even. Even if it's a millimeter.
 
gaining one or two mm per session could be a great thing...while measuring the mind gets blocked sometimes,but measuring bpfsl i have an almost 5 inches flaccid:)
