I am over the depression and more importantly I finally have the mania under control because of the pills I am taking. What would happen in the past is I would go into a manic state and that would cause me to end up in some sort of trouble, then the negative effects of being in trouble would get me really depressed, and that is when I would quit my workout routine and start eating poorly.

These pills have put me in a really good place, but they make me sleepy and that is the last thing I am battling. As long as I get up early in the morning and get my workouts in I should be fine.

Thanks DLD. I really do love this forum and it is hands down the best way to get PE information. Hopefully I will continue to gain and then I will post some success pictures to help further convince people of the truth behind PE.

I LOVE having you here. What makes me so happy is to see guys come in here and really become an integral part of the Brotherhood. There are a few guys on here that dedicate themselves to the Brotherhood as I do and admire that. You have become part of that league and I commend you on this!

In other news, I will be increasing the weight by 1.25 lbs tomorrow with the hope that by the 1st of February I will have some BPEL gains.

So I have finally hit a weight that I feel will take a long time before I get used to and can move up from, 18.75 lbs. It doesn't sound like much, but at this point I feel that I will have to slow down to get used to this weight, and begin only increasing by about .5 lbs at a time.

I have also had some problems with slippage with this weight, meaning the hanger slides down over my glans after I thought I securely fastened it. This all could be the result of it being only my first time using this weight, and I may feel much better about it after a day or two of getting used to it. If that is the case then ignore what I have written here, but if not I have finally reached a useful weight.

Edit: 15 minutes into my set the slippage got so bad that I had to stop, entirely take off the hanger and wrap, and redo everything. The second time I attached I did so much closer to the base which doesn't seem to stretch the entire penis as much but gives a decent pull on the ligs.

Yes, but the closer to the base you connect the more internal penis you will stretch out. Gaining in length will happen fastest when you keep 3 important factors in the routine. The first would be Ligamental, which is done through basic high grip stretches. Tunica Expansion and Elongation, which is done through erect girth work and erect stretching. And finally, Internal Penis, which is done through Expressive Stretching. If all 3 of these areas are consistently trained your length gains will come with much more speed.

I hope so. I am on a very strict diet where my calorie intake is incredibly low. If I didn't consume sodas and sugary drinks my daily calorie intake would probably be between 1000-1500, and that is considering I am 6'2'' and nearly 300 lbs a good deal of which is muscle. I know it sounds a bit unhealthy, but before anyone comments that I am not eating enough I will say that I have lost upwards of 50 lbs before and worked as a trainer myself, so I am keeping a careful eye as to what is going on.

To answer your questions, yes and yes. I have a digital scale at home that gives my weight down to the tenth of a pound (such as 299.6 lbs). I am very OCD about weighing myself (not literally, but sort of). I weigh myself in the morning in my pajamas, I weigh myself after I take a piss or shit, I weigh myself after I eat, etc. The weight that I post in this thread, however, is every night wearing the same clothes after I have consumed all my foods and liquids for the day and am preparing to go to sleep. I even try to stand on the scale in the same exact way.

In other news I believe I got a particularly good attachment going tonight so the weight I am currently using feels fine and I assume I will move up within a week or two at most.

Yes, and the 4rd type of gain -making BPEL into NBPEL (losing fat). Since he is now losing fat- I can see some really good gains coming his way. :)

I've pretty much gotten used to this weight (18.75 lbs), so I feel confident that I will move up in about a week or so.

Weight: 298 (I didn't work out for the past two days, ate a bit of dinner when I wasn't supposed to, and drank a lot of juice before weighing, so that explains the slight increase. I will become disciplined again over the next few days and hopefully break 294 by the end of this week).
