Started Penis Enlargement back in January, kept with it for about a month and a half, then just stop for no good reason. Now it is time to get back into it and be as consistent as I can. Im starting back off with DLD [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words]. I also have a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] that I plan to start using on a consistent basis as well. I plan on purchasing the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words] soon also.

My current stats as of May 15th, 2011 are (in inches):
Flaccid- 4.75
FBPSL- 7.5
BPenis EnlargementL-7.25
NBPenis EnlargementL- 6.25
MSEG- 5

The past 2 days I have just done DLDs [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]Newbie Routine[/words] like I stated above. 300 jelqs in shower, then 15-20 minutes stretching later on. I also think that this time around I really have got the jelqs down. I have been seeing great expansion and it is sticking with me for hours afterwards, reminds me of when I use my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words], its just not as dramatic obviously.

My goals are the coveted 8 x 6. Non-bone pressed of course ;)
So I have got my work cut out for me.

I had a ver long day today. Almost didn't do my Penis Enlargement, but I knew I would regret it, so I forced myself to do so.. however I still took it kinda easy.

20 minutes of Basic Stretching (focused on mostly 'down' stretches, and I REALLY pull the hell out of it)

This whole weekend is gunna be tough for me to have good Penis Enlargement sessions. Once I get back home on Monday I will get back to a little tougher routines. Not too tough, cause I'm still fairly new to all this. However I know my penis can take much more.
 
Bam, Take your time and keep consistent, you will do fine. Never force yourself to train, train with joy for you are making yourself bigger! I still don't feel like this is enough to produce gains.. But time will tell :)

Can anyone tell me if this is a smart move? Or should I really focus on all the angles stated in the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]Newbie Routine[/words]? In my mind it makes sense, but you guys are the masters.

Down puts more focus on the ligs and promotes more base girth.

30-35 minutes of down stretches (about 5-10 of that was Priapus's Gym Band stretches) (Also did a lot of reverse kegals while stretching which made it more intense)

You are welcome. I'm pretty sure J1L almost religiously stretches with his down and has received results. I used to alternate but with more of a downward focus. Now I'm back to straight down. I think it is just a personal preference. Most likely wear it that way because it's easier to do so under their pants in public. When it comes to manual stretches I would stick to the routine. They were used in the way they were outlined and worked for people. If you feel like you are not getting enough out of them, pull hard and pull longer. I felt the same way when I started those so I did each direction for 45 sec. I've read some other logs and guys are doing 60sec each. Also work up to pulling harder than you are. This may come back to adding some baby powder to your grip or some non-latex gloves. Both of which will give you a much better grip to really be pulling.

I sorta went all over the place with your question. Downward stretching helps base girth. Someone would want to work on that if they noticed some base ball bat effect going on with their shaft.

Trust me when I say that I REALLY pull the shit out of it, I'm actually quite surprised how hard I can pull without causing damage. Also I do each stretch for about 45 seconds on top of pulling as hard as I can.

Then I wouldn't say that anything needs to be changed up. Stick it out with the routine for 2-3 months.

True. And even when you feel as though you maxed out a routine try to increase intensity and reps before changing. Get all the gains you can from your routine!

Besides that.. nothing :( I didn't mean to take the day off today, but it sort of just happened. See I do my workouts late at night, around 12am, but tonight I ended up going to see The Hangover Part 2 (which was pretty funny) with my friends for the midnight showing, didnt get home till 3am, and after that I was tired and just wanted to go to bed. I'm glad I got those jelqs in today tho, so I feel like I at least did SOMETHING. Will resume tomorrow, and will hopefully start my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] routine tomorrow as well.

I hit a new max, but it just didn't seem like I was getting the expansion I normally get. I'm not too worried about it, cause in the end, I will have a monster, and I win. :)

Just one of those days, it happens. The [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] does require some mental work so if your head is tired the session may not be the greatest. Rest and get back at it.

Whenever I try to change the angle and go anything but straight out, I loose suction :( This is very unfortunate because whenever I do the straight out stretches, it is incredible, I can really feel the inner penis being stretched and brought out! I wish I could hit the other angles, but it just doesn't seem to work out for me. Oh well.

No, typically I get up to 190 in about 3-4 minutes I would say. I don't enter fully erect, my first set I enter maybe 30-40% erect, and then my second set it more towards 60% because I am just coming off doing a [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] set, so my penis is still somewhat full of blood after that. But I really pump the shit out of it haha. Hmmm that is quite peculiar. Especially because of how close our stats are outside of the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words], like you said. I wish I could tell you something to help you out to get that number up, but I just dont know what to say, as I am still pretty new to all this. Maybe ask DLD??

I just took a look at SirKyle's log, and it looks to me that he does most of his stretching by the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] whereas I do purely manuel stretching for typically around 25-30 minutes each day at a very high intensity. But what we find odd DLD is that our stats are very similar outside of the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words], but inside the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words], I am pumping up to 190 where SirKyle is pumping to 150. I think we are just trying to figure out how this is possible? ha

Normally I sit at 190-192, and it sometimes drops down to about 187 if I haven't pumped in a few minutes in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words], but tonight I got to 195 for a good 4-5 minutes! And never went under 190! :D
 
You do somewhat more Jelqs and more and harder [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] stuff, that's true. I'm doing the Heavy Equipped [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]Newbie Routine[/words] I posted. I've also not used the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] for a long time, just got it 2 weeks ago or so, so that might be part of the reason.

I'd attribute it to a mix of:
1) My BPenis EnlargementL of 185 is really optimistic ;)
2) I'm not that pain-tolerant in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] yet
3) Hardcore [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] Stretches that I'm not doing yet.

Also I almost hit 160 yesterday, but boy that hurt I, I released pressure immediately. So yeah, I think once I can stand the pain a little better I can pump to 170 (the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] will also compress more). I'll keep you guys posted.

Yeah when I use the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words], the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]gaiter[/words] is fully compressed the whole time, Im lucky it really doesn't bother me at all though or else I'm sure id have a hard time. Do you still get expansion after the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] though? Also the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] Hardcore Stretches are amazing, but those ones actually cause discomfort for me, but its only for 30 seconds at a time, so I just deal with it. "Pain is weakness leaving the body" :)
