Pe is one of those things where real life gets in the way alot. i see myself as a veteran of these forums even though i am not the most active player here.
in the past i had a thing with starting up heavy and then falling off too fast. simply because life got in the way. these days things don't seem to go that way i have until april where im gonna have no work. and therefore alot of time on my mind.
i wanted to punish myself by not making a progress thread again. as it has been a repeated pattern for me to fail the thread.

so i figured that this should be shared. and therefore i started this thread.
anyways first week. i jumped in too hard. my penis felt sore in ways i haven't tryed before deep inner tissue at the base of the penis felt like it had been doing 1 rep max deadlifts. and i had to take a few days off with very mild exercises to recover.
maybe 10 days passed and even though i had gained some weight since last big measurements. i had gained lenght in erect bonepressed lenght.
i went from 18 to 19 cm (7.1 to 7.5 inches) needless to say this is amazing.

my experience tells me that lenght gains usually shows up in the following pattern. :
1. bonepressured flaccid lenght
2. bonepressured erect lenght
3. erect lenght
this means that my first gains from pe where i had a spurt growth in bpfl has now turned into bpel.
and now need to transcend to erect lenght.
the goal that i setup when i started pe'ing was the 7 inch lenght. (later on i turned 8x6 becuase of the baaad influenze of this board love you guys)
anyway this makes me feel like my goal is right around the corner.
and i want what is rightfully mine.
recently i have been focusing on some different things than usually. most of the time i did a lot of bundles with my hands. and power pulling in all directions.
but i have been experimenting with the dld blasters theory. (making your pc muscles relax 100%) hell i actually got high and did the blasters as sensations usually gets more intense. just to get a better feeling of my pc muscles (it worked but don't do drugs kids!)
all of this has resulted in a new way of soreness at the base of my inner penis. sometimes it is so sore that i think i am overdoing it. but i have yet not to recover. so it is all good. and i think this is a new part of my penis that i havent been able to reach with my exercises before. so there you have it.

warm up with infrared heating pad.
light stretches and tissue massage.
DLD blasters (this is purely to fatique the pc muscles)

a quick massage to restore circulation and then into the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] with the infrared heating pad attached. to the shaft.
