I do not know why I tend to forget the kegel during the day, but I do. I always do them during my DLD's blasters routine, and I can kegel my dick an inch longer, sometimes two or more.
Been nailing my routine the past 2 weeks. I am starting to gain some strength that i previously lost! Time to really stay on track and have a SOLID cock!!
Boy, I need alot of work, relatively new here. I am not even too sure that i have correctly located the pc muscle. Kgeling and reversing Kgeling seem to have the same effect for me. I am thinking that i have this all wrong. I can only hold a kgel for like 2 secs at most and i have to release (its like almost involuntary and I hear you guys talking about minutes). I am just perplexed. Did the urinating thing to make sure that i had the correct muscle and i seem to be handling that ok (could stop my urine whenever I want and for as long as I need to) but still can't contract it for more than 2 secs during the exercise.
And for the reverse kgeling is it the same muscle or a different muscle that you contract?
