Blast. Started off with wet jelqs after my 10 minute warmup with the hot pad. Put a little more intensity in it this time and ended up injuring the tissue close to the glans. It was kinda swelling up so I put the heat pad on for a while. It's now black (bruised) but has gone down in swelling. Guess the rest of the day is just kegals and testicle health again. At least he's getting veiny, heavier, and a little tougher. At least I'll be able to wear my ROP soon.
 
10 Minute warm up . 5 sets of clamping . 4 sets x 10 minutes. 1 set x5 minute intense clamping doing horses. 45 minutes spent pe'ing today.
 
Everything looks good from yesterday but just taking it easy. Did kegals while stretching the sac. Also basic stretching followed by sock stretches. ROP in tomorrow!

i had 3 days of sice last post, and havent posted my workouts for this week.
my last 3 workouts =

quick warm up,
rotary stretches x150
manual stretches up down left and right 40 secs each 8 sets.
quick warm down.

quick warm up
rotary stretches x200
manual stretches up down left and right 40secs each 4 sets.
jelqs x120
quick warm down.

today =
quick warm up
jelqing x200
clamping while edging and kegels x20 mins.
quick warm down.
 
10 Minute warm up and 2 sets of clamping with a few horses here and there.

Set one ,1 x20. Set 2, 1x40 total time p'eing 50 minutes.
 
Last couple of days i did my regular lenght exercises .. i had a 1 day off .. i need it ..im having lots of problems keeping my penis and hands dry ... so i keep it clean at all times ...keep you updated
Also some pics soon ..maybe when im 19 cm ...thats like by the end of the next month .. thats it for now ;)
 
Slow dry jelq and stretch straight out and down--plus hard press on my ligs--off and on for two hours.
 
I like this thread. I think it keeps motivation up.
 
Today I did 120 minutes of ADS with 3x15 minutes clamping. Saw highest measurement ever in clamp.
 
did about 10-15 minutes of jelqs.. i don't count it messes me up. i just try to watch tv while jelqing.
did a few minutes of kegels and took a nap.
 
I love it, keep this thread going. I am surprised it has no been ongoing. There is something inspiring about a quick post of what guys are doing.
