Hello fellow MOS members. I have decided, after many private messages about my routines, to share everything I did and everything I know about how I was able to add 4.35" in length and almost 2.2" in erect girth in about 2.2 years(10.5 months of chem pe). I will start by giving you a background on myself, why I started penis enlargement, and my routines along with the technical aspects of each element I used to grow.
I know this will disappoint many members, but I have decided against posting any pictures. I had kept my routines secret in my bathroom for the past year from my wife of almost 6 months. I had taken a couple picture of my penis I was going to post back in November, saved them on my computer, and she had discovered them. It almost caused a divorce. Although she is proud of me that I was able to change something about myself that affected my confidence in a negative way, she is still very bothered by what I have done to enlarge my penis. I gave her my word that this would probably be my last contribution to the forums. Those members that are married or in long relationships know that it's important to keep things battle-free at home....lol
So a background on myself and reasons for Penis Enlargement:
I have been involved in bodybuilding since my teenage years. I have always had good genetics for building muscle and staying fairly lean. I have also done my share of steroid cycles. I did some competing at a local level as well.
After I turned 21, being in good shape was generally my ticket to taking home women from the bars or clubs. It was my only advantage so I used it as much as possible. When I would sleep with women, I just constantly got this impression that they were expecting more from me in the size department. I went through a few relationships, and my size would always get thrown in my face during heated arguments. I had been described as "average-ish" or "the small side of average".
Being so focused on how I looked outside and realizing that I was very flawed as a male, was a huge blow to my self confidence. I became a very moody person. I starting thinking of everything in a negative way. I thought about my size day and night. I worried about it at work. I started to not talk to women anymore in any social situation because I didn't want to feeling that disappointing feeling again. It really was ruining me as a person.
As many people have done in my situation, I started with the desperate attempts to increase my size. I ordered every pill and every gimmick product I could find in magazines and online. I have literally probably tried every single product you can think of when I first started Penis Enlargement. Nothing worked obviously.
I kept seeing natural penis enlargement stuff all over when I searched online. I joined another forum back in early 2010 and the guys on there were absolute dickheads about any little question I asked, so I quit logging in their site. That same year I lurked on MOS, and everyone was nice and polite, so I decided this was the place for me.
I watched every single video DLD had up, and really studied the newbie routine and researched everything I could find about the exercises. I decided to start the newbie routine.

First off, let me preface this by saying that I have no formal medical training, and I am not a doctor or medical professional. Anything I mention or have tried was by my personal choice only. Any of the injectable drugs I mention I would not recommend using until you have been prescribed them by a medical professional and shown how to use them correctly.
After going through what I did to achieve my gains, I will tell the newbies one thing: chem pe is not a shortcut to be used from the beginning. Start with the newbie routine. If you try chemical penis enlargement without spending months or years conditioning your penis, you will end up in immense pain and possibly in the hospital. DON'T DO IT.
DIET & EXERCISE:
If you are trying to enlarge your penis, you want your body to be the best environment for expanding and rebuilding tissues as possible. If you are feeding yourself garbage like fast food and soda on a daily basis, don't expect to get great gains and don't expect them to come fast. You need a good, clean, organic diet so your hormones are at optimal levels. Eat lean meats such as turkey and chicken, and avoid meats with a high fat content. high cholesterol levels are not going to help your gains or heart health at all. Lots of veggies and fruits are the ticket.
Drink plenty of water, and avoid sugary drinks like sodas and energy drinks. High levels of caffeine will cause your blood vessels to constrict, which is not what you want for penis tissue expansion.
Now this part is important: Your penile tissues are primarily made up of the amino acids lysine, proline, glycine, alanine and valine. If you flood your system with these aminos, your body will be able to rebuild your penile tissues bigger and replicate more in a quicker amount of time. find yourself a good bioavailable amino acid supplement from a reputable company that contains these aminos. there are plenty out there.
N.O. supplements as well as creatine and a good multivitamin will help with your gains as well.
There are foods and supplements out there that will put your hormone levels at an optimal level to help with your gains. A healthy body will make a health penis. Check out www.ergo-log.com for lots of good studies and information on this subject.
Exercise on a daily basis. I usually do a 30 minute jog and 5x5 lifting routine of compound lifts everyday. It only eats up about an hour a day and is a good investment in feeling good and looking good. This will also help improve gains.
CHEM Penis Enlargement:
the whole point of chemical penis enlargement is to weaken the collagen cross-linkage that makes up the outer portions of your penis body. Once these are softened/weakened, the penis tissues become more pliable and are easier to mold, expand and grow. Is it absolutely necessary for penis enlargement? of course not. But, if you have plateaued in size or your girth exercises isn't responding, then this may be the answer. This is also the way to get the girth gains your genetic limits won't allow.
Dmso & Paba are compounds that help weaken your collagen cross linkage so to make your penis enlargement exercises or devices more effective in a shorter duration of time. They are most effective when allowed to soak into your tissues prior to injection your tri-mix solution. For those that will not be using injectables, applying them before doing your routines or using your devices is the optimal time as well. These compounds, in my opinion, will almost double the speed of your gains if used correctly in the correct dosages. DMSO can be found on amazon.com and many other places and paba powder can be found at pure-bulk.com. Check kingsnakes thread on how to mix the stuff.
Tri-mix is an injectable solution used to induce erections in patients who are having difficulty doing so, due to health or damage to the penis. It is made up of the vasodiolators alprostadil, papaverine and phentolamine. depending on dosages, erections up to 6 hours are possible. Safest range is up to around 3.5 hours. anything under 2.5 hours is probably not effective for penis enlargement. Tri-mix contributes to penis enlargement by keeping the penis in an expanded state and weakening the collagen cross-linkage. As I stated before, talk to your doctor about prescribing the stuff to you. I basically told them I could no longer get erections, and he had me try ED pills, told him those didn't work either, and bam I got the script. the stuff isn't cheap. I tried to be a cheapskate and buy stuff online but it was either underdosed or fake. It's better to be safe and pay the legit way.
I have decided to not elaborate on DHT gel for Penis Enlargement. I don't think the side effects are worth the gains. I think trying to increase hormone levels naturally is healthier and the way to go.
I also used some IGF peptides that temporarily deformed my penis by making it grow where I injected. not cool. many hours of jelqing and dmso/paba cured that luckily. I don't recommend it at all.
Exercises:
I started out doing DLD's newbie routine. I have done it 3 times for 4 month cycles. During chemical enlargement in the beginning, I did a modified version where I jelqed for 30 minutes straight instead of the 200-600 standard jelqs. I got out of the habit of counting jelqs. I bought a few seasons of family guy and I would jelq for about 1.5 episodes at a time. Just space out and watch the show while jelqing. 3 second jelqs. that's all I ever did. I also did alot of alternating of jelqing and pumping in my later routines that seemed to speed up gains.
I did ALOT of edging and kegels as well, especially during pumping breaks. They both helped my stamina, and kept the devices and tri-mix from having adverse effects on my erection quality.
I did horse squeezes for a while. I think they work great for girth expansion. I was happy with my normal routine though, so I stuck to that.
Devices:
I have used just about everything under the sun in terms of penis enlargement. I have made hanging devices, made pump setups, used extenders, hanging devices, all kinds of pumps, vac-hangers, ect, ect.
Now keep in mind that there are some devices that work well for me, and won't work well for others, and vice versa. I am a logger, so I needed something I could wear at work that wouldn't slip off. I tried extenders, but they didn't work. Extenders would probably work great for a guy with an office job. to each their own.
I used 3 devices and one homemade device. The grip system all day hanger, a regular brass LA pump for water pumping, a CTC xl-2000 electric penis pump, and an all day hanger I made out of buck skin, shoe laces and fishing weights when I outgrew my first grip system kit.
I'm sure members will say that I should water pump with a Bathmate or a penomet. I own both of those as well. I just prefer to use the regular brass pump. Like I said, some people will like to use things that I don't, and vice versa. All three will work fine. The LA pump cylinders are just more comfortable for me.
routines:
Keep in mind if you are married or in a relationship, it is going to be very hard to keep a routine like this a secret if you are trying to. It eats up about 3-5 hours a day, not counting the all day hanging. This takes an extreme amount of dedication and endurance to do this day in day out. If you are already hesitant after reading the advanced routine, you may just want to stick to the regular routine I have provided. Don't criticize either routine if you tried it for a couple months then quit please.

wear all day hanger of choice all day while at work. Wear as many hours as you can every single day. around 1-1.5 pounds of tension is adequate.
once you have free time and are ready to do your routine:
apply dmso & paba mix (kingsnake has a good thread on this) let soak into skin 15-20 minutes and wash off with a good soap.
use a form of heat to soften penile tissues ( bath,shower, heating pad, rice sock, ect) for 10 minutes
newbie stretching routine
edging
attach your heavy weight hanger. Start with a weight and duration that is appropriate for your hanging experience. I started out with 8 pounds for 20 minutes and ending my program with 15 pounds for 60 minutes (20 minute sets)
now you will jelq, pump and do edging in an alternating fashion. Jelq 5 minutes, pump 5 minutes, edging, then repeat. Repeat pattern until you have reached 30 minutes. I alternated wet pumping and the electric pump every other day. I felt as though they gave me different types of expansion. wet pumping seemed to give me girth expansion, and electric pumps constant tugging motion seemed to help with length more. I also did kegels while I was pumping.

I stopped doing everything beginning of febuary and I have maintained my gains so far. My wife says if I get any bigger she is going to leave me, so I have decided to stop. She enjoys the size but it is somewhat painful for her at first if we haven't done it in a while. Once you get over 6" girth get used to feeling teeth when you get head. She is a good woman and a hell of a cook so i'd like to keep her around so i'm willing to compromise .
I can say that I don't really even think about my penis anymore, which is nice. The confidence you get from being big is hard to really put into words. I really noticed the difference with women when I was still dating before I got married and I was around 8"x6". Women are alot more willing to pleasure you and actually call you back to do it again when you are bigger. walking into a place and having women stare at you because they can see the confidence on your face is pretty cool. They really can tell before they even see your cock.
My gains are proof that this routine will work if you apply yourself. I'm sure there will be people that don't get as good of results, and a few that will get better results. I believe the all day hanging is mostly responsible for my length gains. on average I wore my all day hangers 12-13 hours a day, and I only took off one weekend a month from Penis Enlargement.
