From what I gather once you have a high grip on the flaccid penis you simply wrap the hand back so the penis wraps around the knuckles and from there you stretch. Sort of a Y stretch using the knuckles.

Your twisting your Penis for the tunica stretches and pulling out your inner Penis at the same time. You can add more twists and make it more for the tunica. It's a good exercise for any level once you become accustomed and figure where the stretching and pulling happens.

Using the length master, a third hand technique and workout bands. I forgot who did the bands but he gained quickly but I believe he didn't bundle though. You also have using the kettle bell, which I did with my 20lb, it's insane but feels good. Thanks for making me remember so I can start doing them lol. Figured out my morning routine now haha.

Holy shit this stretch is genious, your not only using your forearm and bicep strength but also your pectorals get activated depending on how hard you pull.
This is one stretch I will start doing from 14th of July with my length master. I intend doing the __________ stretch for 1 hour daily for 3 months with my length master. I believe I can gain 1.4 inches with this exercise within 3 months.
