Its been so long I dont really remember clearly atm, apologies. The diagram hopefully explains it with the text. It helped me well and I stopped as I was playing with other methods at the time and started the Bathmate. My stretching routine is when I pump and/or clamp atm. I do internal stretching by pulling the Bathmate towards me and I feel an internal stretch.
 
How do you do a stretching routine while you pump and clamp? You mean you only do hardcore Bathmate stretches? I'm surprised you didn't mention any LM work. Btw I tried doing down and outs with the LM attached last night and ended up getting a powerful internal stretch. Now I have two internal stretches I can do at the same time without taking anything off. The down and out ones and the one DLD mentioned where your dick and balls are through the PA loop.

Can these by substituted for stretches that i do at the beginning of my Penis Enlargement workout, right before i do my jelqs.
 
You can add them to your stretching routne, that'd be great. Substitute them? Do you mean substitute all stretches for only this one? It doesn't seem like a very good idea to me but I mean, why don't you try that for a week and see what results you get?

Ill try it for this week and see what happens i felt it when i did it earlier today

Lmaoo how long should I do them ? Should I do it on Both sides the left & right ? How many times a day ?
 
is it best to do this with your dick as twisted as it can get before the stretch?

also i like to use non latex surgical gloves while stretching. no slippage and works better than even baby powder/gold bond. best i have found to get monster stretch with no slip. you can get a box pretty cheap.

I know this has been dead but i just found this and am interested in giving it a shot, but how does one twist to 360 degrees, how is that physically possible with the wrist? I cant get it passed 180 degrees or atleast i think i cant, help is highly appreciated!

i cant do these 360, or its not as easy. i think 180 is ok but if you need 360 then pre twist it 180.

i do 360 on straight out stretchs, rotary and A-frame. its awesome.
 
I was jelqing only for few monts, and I was totally against these Penis Enlargement stretches, until i found this exercise.
Mother of god ! this is Absofokinlutely mind(and dick) killing thing !
Just after first few attempts, my dick was tottally shocked LMAO and surrendered to grow already :)
Seriously, i'm lookin at it and it is hangin like never before.

now...try it two handed. once you get the stretch either use your other hand and grip your wrist and turn it even harder or just pull straight up and then anchor your wrist...
