Very powerful stretch on its own, add the LengthMaster and ease off the intensity until you are secure in the form of the exercise.

It would be terrible for us, everyone would be hung! But the truth is some men do tack on an inch in a month, not many but it has happened and has been documented. Those newbie gains happen to some and not others. I live the reason is some men put in far more intensity than others in the beginning. They do not hold back as others are overly cautious. PE is so about riding the edge between gain and injury. Getting as intense as you can without injury, that is the sweet spot and where gains come and continue to come!

Now that I'm back at it, I'm doing at least an hour, usually two of intense stretching daily instead of 1 day on and 1 off like I always did. My fsl has gone up in a week already so hopefully this is what I needed to be doing all along

So awesome that such a small change makes such a big difference in gains.
 
Took me 6 months for 1 inch. Had i been more intense I could've been that guy who did it in a month. Most intense routine I've done lasted 2 hours of stretching max. I would power through 2 minutes of stretching in one direction for 2-3 sets. So 5 directions 2 minutes each. Then on top of that add __________ stretch, A- stretch, BTC, foot stretch, erect stretch, and bundled stretch for 5 mins each. Go hard or go home.

Incredible gain! And you are right, go hard or don't go at all. PE takes consistent and constant increase in intensity or a change in routine and exercise to keep things going.

I wish I had redone my PE journey to gain 2 inches in 3 months. Maybe would've gained a third inch by now!

Now when you are in position where you have rotated your fist 180 degrees(or more) and your palm is facing up with you holding the dick just beneath the glands and your shaft is on you knuckles your down side of thr palm should be resting around your belly which wil enable you to generate incredible amount of force without spending energy.

Now for the final part.The way you generate leverage is simply by bringing your wrist upwards without moving any other part of your arm just using your wrist as a leverage(your fist is on the belly).You dont pull upwards like in an upward stretch rather its an adduction of the wrist shown in the 3 rd exercise on the next link ExRx.net : Page Not Found

When doing the stretch you should feel extreme sterching of the inner penis from the shaft all the way to the ass if you put your hand on the part of the dick thats closest to your ass you should feel extreme hardness.
The stretch is very painfull also.If you dont feel extreme inner dick strecth you are doing something wrong.

On little thing.If youre dick is 2 big put some pading around your knuckles so it spreads better around your knuckles enabling you more tightness.

One last thing i wanna give credit to DLD whos done great thing for Penis Enlargement comunity with his hard work and inovative exercises that take 1000-s of hours to be created.

Just waiting patiently for 14th of July to come so I can start doing this exercise. I know for sure I'm going to make very big gains from this exercise if done for 1 hour daily for 90 days.

Created gains for some members using it, incl me at the time. Looking back now though, I cant help but feel it was originally inspired from DLDs methods.

I think this exercise is more effective when done with bare hands instead of the length master. I didn't feel it much when I did it with the length master and the gains was very little in a 90 days period. if you must do this stretch, do it with your bare hands as described.
