I've stopped my discoloration quest because I've found what works for me and I've started PE again after a long time! :)

Currrently just working on girth. I'm slowly building up. My routine is:

Long warmup
50x jelqing - 5min Penomet (blue gaiter)
50x jelqing - 5min Penomet (black gaiter)
50x jelqing - 5min Penomet (blue gaiter)
Long warmdown

When using the Penomet I also do the expressive stretches, which I really feel well at the base. I just started this week and I'm already seeing a lot of temp gains, especially in girth which is pretty big. Hopefully that'll cement within the next couple of months. Last time I PE'd my length was at 19cm (7,5inch), which is the longest I've ever been. It crept back to 17,5/18cm when I stopped unfortunately, so I hope to be able to cement those 19cm gains as well! At the time I was using the SG device in the morning along with manual work, like the fulcrum base stretch which really got that base more pronounced and longer. :)

I'm going to keep at it and when I'm finished, I'll turn to the de-discoloration process again.

It definitely is a huge difference, DLD! :)

Razor, leech oil is suppose to enhance the penis and make it bigger, so in combo with PE it could mean more/quicker gains. But I'm also going to experiment with Castor Oil, that seems to be great as well. Also for discoloration.

A miracle in my opinion. When you started here I never thought you would get yourself back to perfect but you have, this is all the proof any Brother should need about discoloration. I think many men think that correcting discoloration is not possible but I say, you only need to see one white crow to know all crows are not black!
 
Exactly! Now I'm just focusing on getting back on track with PE, I'd like to get back to that 19cm (7,5in) BPEL. That looked pretty epic. Now after my girth routine it's also really fat/girthy. I've ordered the VLC strap for my SG. I think that'll make gaining a lot easier and more comfortable. :)
 
Actually, I'm just gonna focus on length now, I noticed some of the discoloration returning after a week of this girth routine. 50x jelq, 5min Penomet (3x). My girth is pretty good anyway so. :) I want more length.

I agree on your girth looking good and I see no reason why you should not go for a length only routine. What do you plan on using for a routine?
 
I've been getting very good results with the fulcrum base stretch, to get out that hidden length. I've also ordered the VLC Tugger for my SG. :) Hope I'll be able to work with that and perhaps also keep that on while sleeping. I'm also curious to experiment with the VLC and my weights.

As for techniques, I've been doing the regular stretches along with BTC and erect stretches after every length routine. Works well! My top measurements were at 19cm (7,5inch) BPEL. I hope to get back to that and cement it! :)

That sounds like a perfect balance of shaft stretching and expressive stretching, you should do well. I have another stretch that I have made recently that you may want to add in, it will help secure gains made internal penis. In erect state, in a laying position, force your penis downward until it is in pointing down, from here stretch, with both hands, downward towards your feet starting at the internal base and working your hands down the shaft to just below the head. It is almost like dry jelq but instead of jelqing, the grip will become stronger and you will be stretching. I will put up an official thread but I wanted to tell you here first.

How's it going with the discolouration issue? Any product that works for you so far?

Excuse myself for asking this but, are you naturally uncut or restored? In one of the pics you posted with the skin retracted, kinda seems as if it was a restored foreskin but then when it's all covered looks perfectly natural.

It really is, I think it is the new wave of girth/length exercise in one approach.
 
PS: Mate, you should read this whole thread. Main products are Amlactin Lotion and Retin-A, which really work. At least for me.

PS: DLD, if I only focus on length with manual exercises, hanging and the SG device, will it affect girth, as in get less the longer I get or gradually expand with the added length?

I'm not DLD but I believe I have the knowledge to answer. It is the principle of elasticity of a material. As you elongate a maleable object, it looses its girth or thickness but in the case of PE, I believe the losses are not that significant.

Are you planning on not using jelqs as well?
 
Mate, thanks for this answer. I'll see how it goes. I was under the impression that the SG also gains girth.
