I've stopped my discoloration quest because I've found what works for me and I've started PE again after a long time!
Currrently just working on girth. I'm slowly building up. My routine is:
Long warmup
50x jelqing - 5min Penomet (blue gaiter)
50x jelqing - 5min Penomet (black gaiter)
50x jelqing - 5min Penomet (blue gaiter)
Long warmdown
When using the Penomet I also do the expressive stretches, which I really feel well at the base. I just started this week and I'm already seeing a lot of temp gains, especially in girth which is pretty big. Hopefully that'll cement within the next couple of months. Last time I PE'd my length was at 19cm (7,5inch), which is the longest I've ever been. It crept back to 17,5/18cm when I stopped unfortunately, so I hope to be able to cement those 19cm gains as well! At the time I was using the SG device in the morning along with manual work, like the fulcrum base stretch which really got that base more pronounced and longer.
I'm going to keep at it and when I'm finished, I'll turn to the de-discoloration process again.
