Hey, looking to increase my 6X4 erect bone pressed length and girth to 6X4.5. It's not much, I mostly would just like to fill up a standard size rubber instead of buying skinny ones. Of course if I do gain a little length I'm not going to complain, but that's not my focus. Hopefully I can do this without having to buy a bunch of equipment or dedicate my whole life to it...

I have been working my penis for the last few days as follows. Stretch and warm up until well engorged but not hard. Milk and stretch with the OK grip against my body, palm facing down. Also some gripping at my body and squeezing the rest of my fingers progressively to pump the glans quite hard. I worked with those two exercises for about 30-45 minutes. A short while after workout last night I noticed stretch marks on my glans, which I assume is a good indication? Let me know if it means I'm pushing too hard. After workout and cooldown, I worked up a good erection and brought myself to a few good close edges. I'll let myself actually cum on Sunday unless that's just ridiculously long to wait. I do want to get as much benefit as I can from the workout hormone boost though. Also on the edging, I have a few times in the past actually gone over the edge and successfully held in the cum with my PC muscles. Does that still count as a cum as far as the hormones are concerned, and is that usual to be able to hold it in like that?

Jelqing will help with your goal of adding girth and it may help you to achieve a little length as a bonus. Myself personally I do not get to the brink of orghasm while jelqing because I take long slow strokes that last around 3 seconds each, this way there is no over arousal but only expansion. Another exercise to look into would be the SSJ ( slow squash jelq ) I will attach a long below

Ooh ow, that looks kind of painful... I might try it especially if I get a little harder than intended but so far I've haven't let myself get that aroused. I can pretty well bend it right on over without feeling like I'm putting a kink in it. If the jelqing alone will do then I'll try to stay with that. From my description above then does it sound like I'm jelqing properly? I've read about so many different variations with different names I can't remember I'm not sure if I'm even calling the move properly.

Basically two of them:
1) OK sign from the top, sort of tight and pull it down or straight out.
2) OK sign from the top, quite tight, then and close the middle, ring and pinky fingers for a tighter squeeze and hold for several seconds.

The edging is after completion of the workout and cool-down.

Also I'm in my early 50's and I'm sure age makes a difference.
 
It sounds like you are doing it correctly. You can jelq with palm up or down . I would vary the angles from straight up, straight out and straight down. When jelqing below your erection angle you will gain base girth so straight down will be good for that. This being said it would be a good idea to perform SD jelqing with a lower erection of around 70%

Edging after your workouts are fine and advised by many in the PE world. This is something I very rarely perform myself due to time restraints with my workout.
 
Welcome Bern, If you are mainly looking for girth, you may want to consider the BM X30. I have been using my X30 for a couple of months and the expansion is unreal. I use my BM along with manual jelqing and get amazing results and the amount of time it takes for my routine is about 30 minutes. If you are wanting to stay with the manual exercises the advice given above is going to be the best methods. Some of the other members will be along shortly to give you some more advice.
 
Welcome to the Brotherhood Bern! You have very modest goals and this is good thing in your case as you can get that new size very quickly. Lots of good advice already. If girth is what you desire most and length is a secondary thing I say the 5x5x3 routine in SRT is the way to go. It will bring that girth gain very quickly and will also increase length a bit. It takes less than 40 minutes and gives immediate, useable gains. The 5x5x3 will bring you to temporary expansion of up to 1" or more and with continues, daily effort these temp. gains will soon stick. I would say about 4-8 months and you can have exactly what you are asking for.
 
Manual work will do the trick, but if you're looking for immediate results, buy a Bathmate and use it for a week or two. Once you've become accustomed to how your body responds, up the ante with The VacuVin wine-mod...this will intensify the power X's 10! Follow the 5X3X5 routine...you can thank me later, lol
 
Just curious Bern but is there any particular reason you are only wanting 4.5 girth?

That's entirely possible, and I may well set a new goal after reaching the first one. I chose 4.5 for a few reasons I guess. One, having a normal condom fit all baggy or else buying smaller condoms is a psychological slap in the face that I would dearly like to get away from. Seems whatever I've read on condom sizes is that they're typically designed for about 4.5 girth.

Well said Bern and I can understand your reasoning. I will admit that the "2nd best" thing is like getting kicked in the balls. Those women do have a way with words sometimes. I think if you follow the advice you are given here, you will have no problem reaching your 1st goal. As stated earlier, you may just up your goal once things start changing.

As for BJ on 6" girth, that surprises me quite a bit. I had read once about comparing yourself to a toilet paper tube and imagine working on that. Well I happened to have one handy and measured it at 4long x 5.5 circumference. Ahh.... probably shouldn't admit it but I gave it a try. Takes a bit of effort to get around that (dry paper doesn't help for sure). Can't imagine chewing on that for more than a few minutes before the ol jaw muscles started complaining.

That's not to say I don't believe it, but it seems like that size would be a hindrance in many cases.
