Brothers,

Thank you all for the help you provide with this forum.I must admit that although I heard about PE many years ago, I was always apprehensive to fully engage. I'm a bit of a hypochondriac so yeah, any little pain I freak. However, I need to do something about my average 5" penis (or below average I'm not too sure), my confidence is greatly affected by it. I've turned down so many one night stands and booty calls because of my size concerns. But, on to how this first few days have gone.

I read the SRT program, and have been following it. The first week is basically the beginners routine I believe. Any ways, all has been good up to thursday (today is Saturday), when I notice some discomfort when I used the cock ring after jelqing. It's been there since. I took Friday off from girth work, but still did my stretches , and have been using the wrap as described in the SRT. Its not a sharp pain, it's a dull pain on the left side of the penis shaft. I can massage it and it helps, I only feel it when I first touch the area. I think I may have been too overzealous with my last jelqing session, I was jelqing with a full erection as the SRT mentioned, but I just read a thread that said not to do that, to only do it at an 80% erection, which is consistent with my previous research, so I was confused when I read the SRT for the first time. I know that guys will experience some soreness, etc but I would like to hear your thoughts on the matter.

I finally got all my equipment, for the SRT, the Bathmate, and the Pro Extender (that was the only one available in my country). I think I bought the wrong size bathmate (hercules) though because this thing is huge! It's the X30 I believe. I tried it out and I can't get it to even pump. I did manage to get it to pump on my leg so the valve must be working...I think it may just be that I have no bloody Idea what I'm doing... I also ordered the xsleeve to use instead of the wrap, because.. well OCD and it seems much easer to put on and off. The wrap is excellent though.. loving it.. man turtling was a major thing with me!

I've been thinking to stop PE for a week and reboot. To heal any issues, study up on the equipment, and start fresh again. I'll keep wrapping. Thoughts?

I will say that I've noticed that my penis seems more flexible, and my erections are better already. I woke up in the middle of the night one night and was like...dayam!. So thats good I suppose.

Thank you brothers.

Consistency and a strong mental approach will get you though the many hurdles along this magical journey and once you start seeing gains/improvement, your enthusiasm/energy will grow as well.
I'd suggest spending $10-$15usd on The VacuVin and mod your BM...it'll help w/the initial seal you're struggling with as well as create as much suction as your body can handle.
Best of luck!

Thanks for the encouragement. I think I managed to get the BM to seal. I was using it at the wrong angle I think, still messing with it.

If you are starting out you should never be jelqing anywhere near fully erect. Some will gain, most end up getting hurt.

HECK even I won't jelq with higher than 70%

Oh shit... 0.0 Anyways, the discomfort seems to be almost fully gone, I'll start beck next week. Thanks for the advice.

A few years ago I managed to injure myself quite badly. It was a sharp pain just below the glans that could have come from stretching like an idiot or jelqing with a horrible grip. I tackled the problem with a daily hot compress and not doing any PE until I had completely healed. It is important to feel the difference between the soreness after your routine and intense feeling in your willy. What you described could be from the lack of lubricant and/or vigorous jelqing. You might have bruised your poor dick, mate.

Why the jelqing? I feel there are better, safer (less likely to cause clogged veins/lumped veins, nerve damage) exercises like squeeze variations and the DLD Slow Squash Jelq. Jelqing is also boring and not very time efficient.

Yeah, all is better now.. haven't done any jelqing since. I'll start back next week with the beginners routine, in the meantime, I'll take supplements and continue to wrap, I ordered the xsleeve for hopefully that'll work well. I started out with the SRT which I believe is too advanced for me at the moment. I bought all the equipment mentioned in the SRT, and have been getting use it in the mean time, doing the bare minimum, but frankly, I'm gonna stick with the noobie routine for a few months before jumping into equipment. Thanks for the reply.
