I use the bathamte for 15 min, is this ok because I am on newbie routine(also i did streching before Bathmate)

Mijo, That is perfectly normal and in your case, you deserve a little break! Do what you can when you can but if you are too tired do not feel bad about taking a day off.
 
DLD sometimes after my routine i get so horny so I jerk off (after the routine) does this do any harm to my routine

dld about pc muscle(it is just below testicles) the last 50 squezing (first 50 is 5 sec squeze then reales for 2 sec) do i need to do every rep for 1 min for those last 50?

You could go longer or shorter depending on how strong your Pelvic Floor Muscles are.
 
DLd I know you have told me but i have read that after jelqing trainig you should not jerk( right away after jelqing)

that it is useless???

My opinion on masturbation after girth work is very clear...it is fine! Now, understanding something here will greatly help you make gains. First, be sure to get a good girth session in, use the masturbation as the reward for work well done, crave the masturbation, use it as a tool. Now, after you have had an orgasm the penis is in the most malleable, stretchable state with excellent potentials for stretching. Remember, after you have had an orgasm you penis is in a state of complete fatigue, therefore it is most funeral to deformation and growth. If you plan your routine around these things you will see even better gains.

I usually try not to climax after training every time. Maybe only once per week. It seems like it keeps me motivated. Would pumping be beneficial after ejaculating, since you said it's at it's most maelable state?

I have a few questions if dld or anyone can help me with please. What is the best way for me to get gains (espically in length) should I just to the 5phase program? If so, how long should each phase be done for? When should I start using the power assist tool? And can someone explain how 'behind the cheeks' is done? I know these are all probably repeat question but I would appreciate the input.

The best program I have ever created is: Suppressed-Restricted-Transposition Theory (SRT). This routine is by far the most powerful way to gain size.
 
Thanks dld I really appreciate the advice, I was thinking of trying this as a routine to start if I did the Mos DVD 5 phase program (added in the PA stretchs after manual stretchs) And finish off with 20min Bathmate session. Do you thing I would see much length gains or would I be over doing it? Or should I spread the manual and PA stretches and put jelqing session in between? I'm not knocking on your SRT routine but seeing as how I got your DVD a while back and recently got the PA I was hoping to put them to work in a routine. Also if I am unable to wear an extender for long periods of time(long work days im a mechanic) would a ads(all day stretcher) work? It's a weighted magnetic sphere. Thanks in advance I hope this made sense
 
dld i do my jelgs with olive oil I find it better than using lubricante

ok, dld yesterday i started my training with streching but my dick got up and i couldnt do streching to the end I jumped to jelqing session, is this ok because i have skipped streching?, and I think i have gained 1 cm in lenght( i have measured it)
