dld trust me,ill take any risk to gain but i think my mental state isnt ok (i am little bit obsessed of my size)i will start to workout ill try your newbie routine and i hope so ill be back for 12 weeks with results I mean huge gains

50 of the following:
Squeeze your PC muscle as hard as you can, hold for 5 seconds then slowly release for 2 seconds. When you have finished the 50 your PC muscle will be screaming. This is a good sign. Now to finish the exercise start squeezing and hold for 1 minute, if you get tired squeeze harder until the minute is complete.

because I dont know what is this. I dont know the location of pc muscle and dont know how to do kegel squeezes, pls advise

Kegels are a simple squeeze you make with the pelvic floor muscles. It is the same muscle reaction that you feel when you stop the flow of urine when you are peeing. It can also be found when you are erect and bounce your erection by flexing. It is a very simple routine but very powerful.

Doing Kegels erect makes the exercise more intense because of the extra blood-weight of the erection. If you want to step it up even more try placing a wet washcloth on top of you erection and then kegel, even more intense. We are training muscles with this work so heavy lifting is a good thing.

Reverse Kegels are usually used in stretching so most of the time you will want to be flaccid. If you are trying to use Kegels and Reverse Kegels for lasting longer then the RK's would be done erect.
