REST DAYS
I have always trained 7 days on no days off. I think this type of schedule promotes a more habitual program. For me days off can quickly turn into weeks off so it is better for me to be a daily trainer. I also believe that the penis only needs 24 hours of recovery before it is trained again. Some guys either do not have the time for this or it may be too difficult at first. In this case I recommend deducting one day at a time until the perfect routine is created. i.e. 6 on 1 off, 5 on 2 off.

Six on, one off is a good place to start. You can always adjust it as you see fit.
 
DLD you know that red dots that you said that will fed in a few hours they didnt(i was doing pe yesterday ,and today i am going to do it but the red dots are there)
ps i didnt have this problem in the begging when i was doing 2(angry)Bathmate,jelq) i started to have i think problems with 3x !?pls advice!?
 
BTW this is reason why i asked about rest days or recovery days whatever.

If they are staying around, and they bother you, take an extra day off. I personally would not worry about them, for me they came and went but the size I gained was worth it.
 
7 weeks had pass no gains
btw i have some problems with jelqing session after the Bathmate i think sometimes i cant get that erection?

Sorry to hear this MIJO, have you checked bone-pressed, flaccid-stretched? This measurement may have increased which would be a good sign for future gains. Let me know that measurement.

That is how you measure to check for length gains. When the penis is flaccid (soft) place a ruler firmly against your pubic bone and stretch your penis as far as you can up the ruler, this is your FSBP length. This is where gains in length usually show up first.

Maybe you are training too much and experiencing fatigue? Take a day off and see if your erection quality improves.
 
no i did not try newbie routine cause i dont understand those streching and that keqel jelqs if you can explain it to me i can try that stuf
 
you wanted to know my fsbp when i strech it I have a lot of skin and in that way it goes to 16cm but the penis head is at 13cm
so sad!
