Just put in my order a couple of hours ago. Super excited about it. I have a quick question to you DLD because I know you've done some heavy hanging in the past. I used to hang 20 lbs for 1-2 sets a day (didn't really see great results at all) and now I'm holding back on hanging since I'm afraid that my ligaments have become too strong. Compress hangers just weren't good for me as I'm uncut and it put a beating on my glans so I would like to go back to vacuum hanging at lower weights but way more time and of course also stretching with this wonderful device. So my question would be, how long should I wait for my ligaments to kind of go back to being weak again? I feel like hanging heavy might have caused them to be too strong and doing other exercises now will not have such great impact on my ligaments since they can handle 20 lbs. Nonetheless, I'm never going back to hanging heavy because it sucks to be honest.doublelongdaddy;610641 said:It will work for either cut of uncut.
