Thanks for the demo KingD. I actually started to train seriously 2 days on one day off this week with the
LM. The two rest days I just do one set of light maintenance hanging with the
LM and a short
Bathmate session. Since I do Length before girth I've found myself being more consistent with the
LM then the
Bathmate because I don't want my ligs to toughen up. Even though I've been missing girth sessions, I'm not worried as long as I complete my length routine which consists of stretching and hanging. I've come to the conclusion that the
LM breaks down the tissues more do to all that stretching and hanging and I'm starting to see the true power of the
LM. The variety of stretches that can be done with the
LM is incredible and on top of that the quality and power of the stretches are insane. When I stretch with the
LM I bundle left and right for two separate stretching sets. So for example I'll bundle to the right and do these stretches all with rolls...
straight out, out L/R, V stretch (extra rolled), up, up L/R, down, down L/R, foot longs L/R, BTC, BTC L/R, BTC squat, BlueWhales lig stretch bundled with the
LM! which is my new favorite. Seated Lazy stretch, rotary cranks.
I do all these with the
LM and after completing this set I rest and shake out then I put it back on and bundle to the left and repeat. I believe doing this 2 days on 1 day off and hanging every day will get me that 8'' bpel in no time. Thank you DLD for this priceless tool.
