Hmmm what contributed the most? Intensity...and I'm spending on minimum an hour in the bathmate, and stretching. When I started I went hard for a month, It seems now that I slowed up my routine to like 2-3 times a week after a 2 week hiatus my length just a half an inch getting back into it. I'm going to start turning up even more consistently. I'm going to go back to my daily routine cuz DLD is right, you miss one day and then you know a month has passed cuz it's that hard to get back into PE mode for me.

I might be larger than 7.5 though, just maybe because when I get hard in front of a girl, it's a different type of erection. Like I look down at it in disbelief but I'm not going to whip out a ruler and measure then lol.

Intensity + spending at least 1.5 hours on PE (When I was doing 2x a day it was like 3+ hours) + Consistency

Started this thread at 6 inches. Length now measures at 7.5 erect. I slowed down for a sec, let life get in the way but these new results have reinvigorated me.

in my newfound knowldge i plan on achieving the same as you or atleast 1 inch in 2 months but im reality i know now i can acheieve what you did mr silent learner the name means alot to me here i go 9.0 end of november 9.5 max i need the 10 'rod muahahaha

Yep it can be done, just gotta put the time in and intensity. Bathmate + Jelqing + Stretching.
 
Nah like 42 minutes in the bathmate, not in one shot. 6 sets of 6...really 6 sets of 7 minutes. But also I stretch for 20 minutes (the newbie routine) and then jelq for 10 minutes. Afterwards I jelq for 5 minutes.

So it goes like this

Stretch for 20 minutes
Jelq for 10 minutes
Bathmate 6x7 Session
Then Jelq for 5 minutes...

Oh yeah I'm also kegeling the whole time I'm in the bathmate

thats crazy man, is it all at max pressure? if i even did half of that i would get fluid retention, is there anything you do to prevent this?

Nah, first three sets I go light just to get used to being in the bathmate.

4 set I turn up the pressure, then 5-6 I got for max.

Fluid retention, I do a few jelq strokes in between, but then DLD mentioned doing the SSJ which killed all fluid retention.

Once you get used to the routine you should have little fluid retention. Your penis gets used to it eventually

ah i see, makes sense. i do a similar thing with the warmup sets, just not as long.

and yeah im fairly conditioned to the bm and do ssj's, and still get fluid retention, but oh well
 
Oh word I was getting some doughnut around the head which I quickly massaged away, but at the end I still had a little puffiness
Also I've never used anything but manuals, clamps

That's a pretty long time. Have you looked into air pumping? Id say if you're making gains though, then I wouldn't really change anything other than upping what you're currently doing.
 
wouldnt you guys say a horse queeze would be best to kill fluid retention ? but you can also do ssjs just the horse squeeze would be absolutely perfect for fluid rettention just saying i dont have a bm but doing the excersize makes me think it work as i have done both mechanics wise id say horse suqeeze is the way to guy try it out and tell me if its bette then ssj for fluid retention as for girth work id do ssjs instead but you can start with horse squeeze then do ssjs double fluid retention killers mad girth workouts

it doesnt work for everyone, and depends how long and how intense youre pumping

Everyone is different and will find a jelqing method best for them when pumping. The SlowSquashJelq has been the favored exercise in this due to the way it is proficient at dispersing fluid throughout the penis with equality but there are other exercises that will serve a similar function. Horses and Ulis can be used as well as even basic jelqing. Whatever the exercise is it is most important to take notice of how much expansion is gained with the most minimal fluid retention.

Don't even sweat the fluid retention, it can be jelq'd out later but I also notice when you do as you do the 6x7 more than once a day, the second time you won't have fluid retention. In my case anyways

I actually bought an air pump but I made a mistake and got the wrong tube size, then discovered the bathmate, haven't looked back since
 
Also not sure if this adds anything but since I've been doing PE I've been going commando, no underwear. And I started started taking L-arginine but recently switched to horny goat weed

i get fluid retention whenever i hit a good intensity in the bm. it doesnt go till the next day so it would still be there if i did a second session in one day unfortunately
 
Time to Turn UP..........Today I did my session 6x7 but this time I did it while listening to an hour long motivation video on youtube....talk about pumped (no pun intended) I'm going to do no less than twice a day...2 to 3 times a day. I won't measure till Dec. 1st, I'm just going to put the work in. My ultimate goal is to get that 6 inch girth (really 6.3) and jump a whole inch in length, so 8.5 x 6.3. Wish me Luck!
