Hmmm what contributed the most? Intensity...and I'm spending on minimum an hour in the bathmate, and stretching. When I started I went hard for a month, It seems now that I slowed up my routine to like 2-3 times a week after a 2 week hiatus my length just a half an inch getting back into it. I'm going to start turning up even more consistently. I'm going to go back to my daily routine cuz DLD is right, you miss one day and then you know a month has passed cuz it's that hard to get back into PE mode for me.
I might be larger than 7.5 though, just maybe because when I get hard in front of a girl, it's a different type of erection. Like I look down at it in disbelief but I'm not going to whip out a ruler and measure then lol.
Intensity + spending at least 1.5 hours on PE (When I was doing 2x a day it was like 3+ hours) + Consistency
