I just measured today finally...as you all know I started at 6 inches length erect and the girth was 5 inches

Since the 24th of August I have gained a half inch to my length erect, and a quarter inch to my girth

So I'm currently at 6.5 x 5.25. This is post a bathmate session a few hours ago and stretching and jelqing so of course temporary but yep thats what the ruler says.

This morning jumped up to 5.5 girth. It's thick as hell, can't wait to see what a 6 looks like.

What I did this morning to get so much more expansion was the Dan Clizer 6x6 routine.

I started with it 5am this morning. I reckon my day will go like this from now on, wake up and do the 6x6 5am to get it out the way, when I'm done, jelq for 5 minutes. Throw a band around my unit to keep the pump for a half hour. Later on in the day around 8pm I'll do my basic stretches for 20 minutes, followed by Jelqing for anywhere between 15-20 minutes. I start off regular jelqing, then throw some ���� on 10 minutes in to get it hard then go for some aggressive ass jelqing. I mean kegeling and getting real hard and jelqing the life out of that thing. Then from there, go into the bathroom. Bathmate for 1 set, 6 minutes. Come out do another set for 6, followed by a the last 15 minute set. I've been doing only 1 6 minute set and then jumping into the 15, but I think I'm going to add another 6 minute set cuz I like the expansion it they create. They loosen me up down there you know? Then come out and jelq for 5 minutes, throw the band on for a half hour then I'm done.

This is what I will do every day for the next 6 months given nothing gets in the way schedule wise

I came across a post in this forum about a guy with the username Dan Clizer, and he grew 1.75 girth in like 2 months by using a bathmate. He would do 6 6 minute sets 2 - 4 times a day. I don't plan on doing it that many times a day lol but I def did incorporate it to my routine this morning and in the afternoon. I'm going to keep building and keeping the forum updated

I would save masturbation for a reward after your girth work and I suggest doing this only once per day. Be sure to get everything in and make sure you are satisfied with the routine and when you are done feel free to shoot one off. After this you should get some stretching in, taking advantage of the fatigue caused by having an orgasm.
 
Still at it, been doing the 6x6 in the bathmate every day in the morning and right before I go to sleep plus the stretching and jelqing exercises. Still at 6.5 length and 5.5 Girth which is a half inch gain in both. I made a discovery yesterday...If I managed to somehow get rid of this fat pad, I'd have a 7 inch visible cock like right now. That would mean I'd only need 1 more inch to reach 8 and another half inch in girth to reach 8x6 even though now I want 8.5 x 6.5. I'm going to keep building, interesting to see where I'll be at in 6 months. I currently dedicated at least 2-3 hours a day on PE and still manage to go the gym and workout
 
For those who don't know, the 6 x 6 is 6 sets of 6 minute intervals in the bathmate. I go light pressure for the first 3 sets, kegaling the whole time, last 3 sets I ramp it up with higher pressure. The dick gets so fat I literally have to tug the bathmate off

I would try to work in some jelqing or SlowSquashJelqing in between the sets of pumping, this will help with expansion big time and also disperse the gains equally over your entire penis.

Do a total of 5 minutes worth, this may be 10 or 100 depending on hand strength.
 
I've been doing the slowsquashjelqs and crazy...those things kill all fluid retention. I get no donuts around the head from the bathmate. Also Immediately after doing it, it looked like my erect length jumped up another .25 making it 6.75 but I gotta re-verify that
