TO give you a short answer, it's the use of the Bathmate as lengthening by pulling the Bathmate outwards that gives a pretty nice stretch. Do that six times in conjunction with manual stretches and you will feel the workout.

Week 7 has just ended, and here are my comments:

My cock is able to handle more blood, and it seems like the head is getting bigger. Wow, i just received the SG this morning, came in a plastic container with the sg box and a separate box of pills. Didn't think it'd take so fast to get here, kinda makes me wonder why some other products i ordered from the uk are still lagging behind, good one anyway.

Usually guys will pump the entire package (penis and balls) this would be hard to do in the X-40. The X-40 has enough room to accomplish this for me.
 
Hey guys, it's been a minute. Two weeks actually, since i received the SG.

I've faithfully followed the suggestions on the DVD, forum and my own intuition so i started light with 1 hour to 1 1/2 hour per day routine and a big Bathmate session to circulate the blood around as well as for gorth. This accompanied by manual exercizing with a variety of stretches and now 1000 kegels per day.

Now week 2 is halfway through, and i'm wearing the sg 2 hours to 2 1/2 hours per day again with Bathmate and manual stretches. After each hour, i give a breather to my cock and perform 500 kegels and 150 slow kegels.

So far the recommendations i've read on MOS have been pretty helpful to avoid any problems, and though the first week had a lot of trial and error with the comfort strap, slippage etc, i can comfortably ease into the stretch by first giving my cock a 1/3 erection and applying the strap. Also, doing that avoids pinching the frenulum to the cock plate, and keeps the slippage out of the way. It's also good to keep the strap behind the glans, as far as possible so as to trap more blood into the glans and avoid any blisters on the more sensitive parts of the shaft.
