Hi all,

I've just recently registered to this forum as it's an amazing community of guys trying to get themselves to a level of satisfaction with their schlongs for first and foremost themselves but also for the lovely ladies that surround them.

Don't know if this works but i take this soluble post effort amino acid complex which is supposed to shorten healing time but i can't prove anything unless i have a viable way of measuring changes in cell divisions and mithocondriac vascularity on specific regions of the body. and statistically plug it into a random blanket survey.Maybe there's an app for that? Lol

So i've taken one day off and did a 45 minute session yesterday.

My shaft is getting more flexible at handling ligament stress, and i can actually observe and target certain areas of my inner shaft with the rotary and pull routine, interspersed with Bathmate workouts.

Yes, that is fluid retension. I suggest using a super-eset routine like DLD Bathmate Girth Blasters as these will bring greater tissue expansion and much less fluid retention.
 
You should try 6 mins Bathmate pumping followed by 1 minute followed by another 6mins Bathmate pumping, repeat until 6 sets completed, so 6x6 with 1 min rest in between, this has given a guy on here 1.5 inch increase in girth in under 2 months.

Thanks for the suggestion. Though i hope counter--productively that i don't get that much gain in said time, i just baught the X-40 and a half inch more and i'll have to switch to the X-40 :)

I'm really trying to equalize my gains as odd as it seems cuz i've never had problems with my girth but personally felt a tad short on the length side, just above average isn't enough. Or maybe the proportions make it feel estranged.

Hi again,

I did the girth blasters as recommended in 4 sets of 10 minutes with manual stretches. The fluid is still there, pain isn't there but i'm taking it easy on the pumping as it seems my shaft is almost filling the X-40 up in girth and have some length left.

I'll ease up a bit on the girth and try more getting the length to par.

The fluid retention however is a bit bothersome and i might take a few off to get it to heal better.

So it's week 3's end of Bathmate workout and several sessions with a girl who does boxing to stay fit, and well here's a few takes so far.

1-Routine

I've been doing the same routine, adding more pump to each Bathmate session and stretching for longer periods of time between Bathmate sessions. Ok, i'm nearing week 5 of Bathmate and manual stretches, and i can say for definite though i haven't measured myself yet, this shit is working. Not without discomfort though, as i also do a weekly concept exercize which goal is to reach muscle failure in a minimum ammount of time, the aimed ceiling being 2 minutes per muscle set. And Bathmate should be categorized in the same respect.
