Hep, you can keep it very simple. At the beginning of your length work do a couple sets of Expressive Stretches using your PowerAssist or your Bathmate. I don't want to see you get overwhelmed with your routine so introduce it slowly.

SRT and other DLD original workout can become overwhelming when you consider all the various moves but being perfect is not necessary, practicing, learning and gaining are the goals. You may start with one of my workouts and completely revamp it by the time you are finished and that is just fine. It also becomes important to put the blinders on and work a routine all the way through. If something new comes out, put it to the back burner until you have tested your routine fully. Penis Enlargement should be a joyful journey, stress is really not invited.
 
Ok... So if you read my old log thread type thing I recently posted on, I mention about me trying some "new(to me atleast) powerfull stretches which almost show instant gains"....
It is sort of fitting in here, and as I mentioned, this is atleast new to me - it could be an old method here but I though I'd share just incase.
Taking on the viewpoint of expressive stretches - I too have thought about the whole of your penis which is actually inside you, and the best way to expose it, and stretch it - almost pull it out.....though not pull your whole knob off in the process! :p
I started using a metal pole/tube (actually an old pull-up bar), holding it upright, put it to the one side of my penis, and push it as close and as hard into your actual body next to your member - then grabbing the penis with the other hand and stretch it over the bar... Doing this, instantly exposes that "inner penis" so to speak, and what I would assume, stretches it too, and, with long use, should gather good gains...?
 
I'm interested in the expressive stretching routine, but I'm having a hard time finding it in the thread. There's lots of great information, but where is the routine? Would one of you guys mind posting a link? I can't see for looking, apparently.

Good read DLD. I've been thinking about this lately and I think I've been making good gains from hanging at the base. I will try some of the exercises when I buy the Bathmate next year :) Keep up the good work like always :)
 
Is it best to stretch the inner penis at lower angles rather than higher? Or stretch at all angles just to be safe?

All angles should be covered. We are never sure where the gain will come from, it can be internal penis, tunica or a ligament gain and leaving one out would be limiting oneself from a possible gain.
 
As far as expressive stretching would would be a good time to do them using the SRT routine im worried that when I do my expressive stretching at night im missing out on alot of possible gains but I feel expressive stretching should be done then an ADS right after but since im using my Bathmate to do them I feel that it may be hard to stretch then because the Bathmate is giving me a girth workout limiting my stretching ability anyone doing something different? (Will also post in SRT thread)

Hang Enhancing Stretch
Being sure your penis and testicles are as relaxed as possible, bring your testicles and penis through the center hole of the Power Assist. Once completed, place the arms of the PA across your lap. Encircle your testicles with one hand while grabbing your penis with the other hand at the extreme base. Now stretch your penis upward while you stretch your scrotum downward switch direction (scrotum up penis down)

3 x 30 seconds x 3 sets up and down

So this thing requires devices. Not possible with just hands?

Not at all, you only need to find manual replacements that will accomplish the same task. Every device, except the LengthMaster can be duplicated in a manual sense. The beginnings of the SRT thread give those ways I thought.
 
I am blown away at how popular expressive stretching has become since it was thought on. Without expressive stretching SRT would have never happened.
