no such thing as posting too much rofl...there are a lot of members on this board that have been on for years that don't post...but they might not be doing a routine either...i find the more active i am on the board the more likely i am consistent with my program...but i'm sure there are guys that are dedicated to there routine that only post every couple of months

Thanks for the info, Admiral, I will try your routine. I need some serious length and, of course, more girth wouldn't hurt either. I started as low as 4.5"x4.25" - I guess Penis Enlargement was invented for people like me :blush:
Anyway, I'm making some slow progress, 6.5" is a long term goal, but I really need that length - and the sooner the better, because size seems to be affecting my confidence too much...
So thanks again for sharing this method, I'll probably keep posting to inform you whether that trick works for me or not, but I think it will :)

I think you'll get some good results. Like I said it only helps gain maybe 1.5" - 2" but if you've got the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] program going it should go hand in hand with that. That's what I am doing. I'm gaining too. :)
 
I have been working my girth. I am worried it may be affecting my sensitivity. I may have to lay off for a bit. I would love to hear comments on girth work and how to do it safely.

I am doing stretches too. Sort of a mix and match of things. Anything that puts tension on the shaft. I really would like to hit 8" by new years.

Reaching my goal means two things:
1. Cementing that 7.75
2. Gaining possibly more than 8" so as to cement 8".

I have not measured length today but I measured girth and I have a solid 5" and 5/8".

Second goal would be to hit that 5 3/4" mark by the new year.

I have been doing short work outs because I am at my Gf's house a lot. She doesn't know. I think sahe would think I am a freak. It basically consists of:

2 Admiral lig stretches. One for each hand.
1 set of manual stretches
10-15 mins mix of jelqing.

I seem to be hanging lower afterwards. It's fuller too.

I really think my girlfriend is very happy with how it is, as is. I just want to do this for myself.

keep up with your routine...hopefully you can get to that 8" mark by january...as for girth maybe you should just stick to the jelqing or a little bit, how intense are you squeezing? i never had an issue with sensitivity so maybe someone else can help you with that...
 
Well... I have been doing erect jelqs from midshaft to below the head and squeezing from the base to expand everything. I basically fill it up and hold for 10-15 secs. Not a lot of reps. I am probably being pretty rough, but it's not like I ache after a work out.

Sometimes I get those pinprick bruises on the head and today I got a pretty big bruise on the skin of my shaft.

Even with my shorter work out I can see it being fuller after a session.

Measured today again just for tracking reasons. Seem to be slightly smaller today. Maybe I measured wrong the last time or maybe it's just not cemented. I am not disouraged, I have noticed this effect before. It always helps to have a real naked woman in front of you to inspire erections. I have one in particular in mind.

Although I am not seeing gains when erect, I seem to be longer when stretching. Maybe as much as 3/4" longer when stretching flacid compared to a week ago. I used to barely hit my navel, now it's past my navel. I wonder if this will start showing up in my BPenis EnlargementL. I measured my base to my navel and it's 8". Over the navel should be about 8.5".

Girth. Mid shaft everages around 5.5 and a little bit.

I decided to measure my base girth. It's a good 6"+. So when I put it into a girl, by the end of my stroke she's getting a 6" inch split.

It seems to me if I can increase base girth it might stretch upwards to mid shaft girth. I have started experimenting with different base grips. Gripping below the base between my legs where I can't use my thumb. I use a finger against palm grip, kind of like a rock climbing grip called a crimp. Hence I'll just call it crimping.

I am also starting to use my ring finger wrapped around the base and pressing against my top pinky bone for a clamp. Pinky Clamp.

Maybe others do this too.

I'm really wanting to have an even girth as it goes from thickest and tapers toward the head. These new grips should help develop base to mid shaft grith more evenly.

I am noticing that there is a big difference between pre work out measurements and post work out measurements.

I also notice that my length and girth sort of vary a lot depending on whether I have been doing light or intense work outs.

I am curious if the large measurement is sort of a potential size that can be worked toward. If I've been doing stretches for a while I can measure a solid stretched length that is longer. Same goes with Girth.

Maybe this is what DLD is talking about when he says that you need to cement the gain.

Maybe someone with more experience can illuminate me on this.

Is the post work out size my next step. Should this be my goal to cement this size since it is obvious my penis can attain this size?

Hope this all makes sense.

The absence of gains was bugging me. I had to really rethink my routine.

I realized I was not jelqing seriously anymore. A had developed a fear of loss of sesntivity so I laid off on it. I went back to jelqing and instant throbbing thick member. I will have to keep jelqing from now on.

I hadn't been taking my routine seriously enough. A failing in my whole approach to life. So I decided I would start doing a warm up with a hot rag. And do my jelqs with olive oil. After all it's good for your heart right? Must be good for the hard on.

I have some serious progress to achieve in the next month.

I just posted this on another thread but I thought it really described what is going on with me, so I am going to paste it in my progress.

Well I have hit a slump in gains. Today I had sort of a Penis Enlargement depression if you will. Was thinking, "when is this shit gonna get bigger after all this work?"

The thing is it's easy to look at past gains and ignore them and only look at what isn't happening now. It took me a long time to get my 1.75" extra length. It's going to take a year to get another .5 on length and girth probably.

My GF doesn't know I Pe. But she keeps telling me how I have a big one. As she described it... If there's small medium and large, you are definately in the large range. Just not over large.

We seem to be like all the fast food joints when it comes to penis size. What was medium is now considered small and large is considered medium, etc. Gotta keep perspective. Get a ruler and see how long it used to be. Then look at how long it is now. For me it's a 30% gain. If I had a company and profits were up 30% I'd be jumping for joy. Lately all I do is think it's not gaining fast enough. That's stupid.

Another thing my GF told me was, that she was glad it wasn't a super fat one because it's not even possible to give head to one of those. It makes me wonder if I should be going for girth. The thing is I sort of want that 6" girth just so I can feel confident about it's thickness. As usual it comes down to Pe being something I do for myself.

I'm really wanting my 8" by new years. DLD has suggested flaccid jelqs. I'm doing a flaccid jelq/stretch routine. It seems to make it hang longer afterwards.

I did my New Years day measure and hit 8" BPL.

My routine since my last post was pretty simple.

1. Slow flaccid jelqs that were also a stretch as often as possible
2. 2-4 Admirals each morning
3. Manual clamping every now and then

I'm feeling more confident in my relationship. Girls sometimes don't understand what penis size is like for us guys. I guess it's like the FAT word for girls. I know my girlfriend worries about her figure, but she's just amazing and I aften think to myself, what the hell is she worried about she's a fucking goddess. Sex with her and everything else is better than I've ever had. Maybe that is how it is for us guys. We think women are thinking about our penis when really they are thinking "Gee he really does care about me". I know I have obsessed over it too much, but now I have taken care of it.

I guess now I just work at cementing gains. I suppose that means trying to gain even more so that my gains do not go away. Is this just an endless porcess here? Am I going to work another year and end up with 9 inches?

Also, the last week I started to get a urinary tract infection. I think the flaccid jelqing had something to do with that. I took some cranberry pills at my GF's suggestion. Everything went back to normal.

Girth is a complicated measurement.

5" at the head
5.5"+ midshaft
6"+ lower quarter of shaft

Girth varies so much at times. It all depends on how excited you are. I seem to shrivel up whenever I reach for something to measure with. LOL

I just read about aares girth excercize. I think I will give it a try and see what happens.

This morning I was looking at my unit and thinking, "Gee it really doesn't look that big to me." The ruler proves I have a 2 inch gain. Funny how your perspective changes as you realize that Pe works.

I've pretty much made up my mind. 9 inches is my new goal over the next year.
