can you give some info on the intensity/bars you choose?
I extend at 1200g. (2 full blocks showing) I adjust as needed during the day but not terribly often. Maybe a turn here and there.
I don't stretch to a measurement, and I don't pay attention to what bars I'm using. I simply increase or decrease the resistance to hit 1200g. Some days I can extend at longer lengths than others, just the nature of the beast. I try not to force anything, it's a good way to get REALLY frustrated.
